1. Assemble all equipment needed for this process.

4. Feed the thread through the eyelet bar.

2. Place the bobbin on the winding pin.

5. Wind the thread through the eyelet on the winding bar.

3. Take the thread up from the cotton stand.

6. Wind the thread around the tention disk in a clockwise direction.

7. Wind the thread around the bobbin to secure the thread before winding.

8. Push the winding lever forward into the centre of the bobbin.

9. Wind the thread onto the bobbin by placing your feet on the machine controller. Apply pressure gently.

10. When the bobbin is full enough pull the winding lever back to release the winding mechanism.

The machine will automatically spring back when winding is complete.

11. Remove the bobbin from the winding pin ready for loading into the bobbin case.

12. Finished wound bobbin.
