When You Wake Up

Start your day with a glass of room temperature water with a lemon squeeze. That way you will boost your immunity.

TIP: Put a jar of 1 Liter water on a bedside table and drink from it

Your Late Night Cravings

When you just crave anything, eat a banana or yogurt. It will keep you full without eating heavily and snacking unhealthily.

When You Feel Sick

To avoid making yourself more sick from eating, don’t drink while eating, and eat small amounts frequently.

When You Are At a Party Try to pick a salad from the buffet and don’t put a lot of dressing as some dressings may be fattening. Try to eat more protein than carbs.

TIP: Choose chicken or meat instead of pastas.

Aloe Vera Mayonnaise Mask & Banana Aloe Vera is known to be good for skin and also hair. It will make a stronger and smoother hair and it is a natural repair.

Tip: Blend Aloe Vera with coconut oil and a hair conditioner. Experts suggest keeping the mask on hair for 20 mins depending on hair condition and then wash your hair.

Mayonnaise and banana is a good hair moisturizer. If you are suffering from a dry hair, using both is an excellent choice.

Garlic & Mayonnaise Mask
