Dear woman, you don’t have a super model’s height. You body isn’t skinny enough. Well, no need to worry anymore! Here are some simple fashion tips for YOU that will make you look the way you want to be.. .

Tips for the shortie out there: 1. If you are short, there is always a way to make you look taller than you really are. The trick here is that since you’re not that tall, avoid wearing shorts unless you are at the beach. Long pants are always great. That also goes for skirts. Remember this, the shorter the skirt’s length is, the shorter you will seem to others. That doesn’t mean you will have to wear long skirts or gowns all the time. You can still show your lovely legs, but be smart in choosing your skirts. A good length for you is the knee level or slightly above it. Although miniskirts are fun to wear, they are not always the greatest choice for petites like yourself. 2. Avoid wearing dresses or pieces of clothing that are too decorative. When you wear fluffy dresses or fabrics that contain big patterns or shapes that extend your body limits, that will actually make your body seem chubbier. Hence, you will look shorter. If want to go for stripes in your clothes, choose them to be vertically rather than horizontally because that will add more length to your body which is what you need.

Tips for the tall out there: 1. You don’t need to wear high heels all the time. You are blessed with height, so go don’t ruin it by making yourself look like a giant for the average people. Heels are sexy, but choose them wisely. Choose a reasonable length of heels. Also, there are many amazing collections of ballerinas and flat sandals that

2. Don’t be too colorful. You don’t need to bring attention to your body. Always choose calm or dark colors such as black or even gray. White is not always good as it may highlight the weight.

3. Tight pants are no good if... If you are a person who tend to have extra weight around your lower body, then wearing tight pants will make it more obvious. Avoid that! These were just some tips that will help YOU look better and more gorgeous for everyday life.

Health Tips YOU should NEVER underestimate From a Fitness Trainer YOU! Newsletter recently conducted an interview with a fitness trainer about the five main health tips you should do to be the healthier YOU.

1 # Cut Out The Soda Soda drinks in all its types, whether diet or not, are bad for you, the trainer explained. Their gases can cause your stomach to bloat.

2 # Eat More Veggies Vegetables and also fruits are very important to have in anyone’s diet throughout the day. For Veggies haters, they can spice them up by putting special dressings over it or tasty dips as an example.

3 # Move Your Body More As the trainer clarified, taking the stairs is definitely better than taking the elevator. Walking is also good or simply anything that gets your body moving.

4 # Eat Small Meals Frequently Eating small meals is better than eating one huge meal a day. One of mistakes people do, the trainer stated, is eating a big meal during the day instead of small portions.

5 # Drink More Water Drinking water is the best thing to do. As for people who dislike drinking water, they can always put something as such a piece of lemon or mint to enhance its flavor.
