It differs from a personal level to a countrywide level. Throughout history, humanity was looking for their independence. Because of its importance, countries made national days to celebrate its independence.
Saudi Arabia, likes to not only celebrate its independence but as a unified Arab state. This makes us think of how powerful this is and how independence and unity come together.

z z u B The national day in Saudi always has a buzzing sound like a beehive as it celebrates its 84th, definitely similar to how people react to Fourth of July in the United States. You get to see how people celebrate with their own ways by wearing green tops, scarfs at shopping malls. People are especially active on social media as well. The Saudi Flag was hanged everywhere from streets to shops.

There was also an event organized by Jeddah Arts called “Watany Be Oyoony.� In this exhibition that was held on the national day, on the 23rd of September, more than a thousand drawings from kids of all school years were displayed. Each school kid of those took the time to artistically express his passion for his homeland from kindergarten to high school as well as the special needs kids.

Out of YOUR System! Stress is inevitable that no one can avoid it in their lives. But the good news is, you can always get stress out of your life and get relieved. Here are some tested tips that can help YOU!
1# Manage YOUR Time!
Everyone will tell you that you should manage your time. Having too much to-do lists may overwhelms you which will ultimately stress you out. Know what to do first and when to do it. And remember, first things first.
2# EXERCISE! Exercising regularly will actually make you feel better about the day. Exercise can also release the happiness hormone, the Serotonin. Not only that it will free you from stress but you feel happier.
3# Express YOUR Feeling! A lot of times we keep our feelings deep inside until we are no longer able to handle them. To avoid this, try to talk to anyone who can be supportive, a close friend or write a journal about it!
4# Do something you enjoy! We all have something that we enjoy doing. Find what it is and just do it! It could be a movie you are longing to watch, a book on the shelf you haven’t read yet, or maybe drawing something.
5# Focus on the Present! We often times recall the past or worry too much about the unknown future that we stopped focusing on the present. The past is gone and you can’t get hold of your future, but you own the present. So remember, live your moment!

The reason behind this choice is because Emotional Intelligence is seriously an important topic that should not be taken haphazardly. This book will teach you skills that you never knew before. There are also four elements that you should master in order to be emotionally intelligent.
The idea is simply to be smarter emotionally and to be able to control your feelings at the right situation.
