What do you want to study?
Visit us at an Open Day
Some of you may have a specific subject or course in mind already. If so, start researching what universities do that course, and look at things such as the different modules within the course and work experience opportunities.
Open Days are a great way to find out more about a university. At our Open Days you’ll be able to tour our facilities and accommodation, speak to some of our academics and current students, and learn more about student finance, careers and employability and Beds SU. Our 2021 Open Days are listed on the back of this prospectus.
Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want to study – you are definitely not alone! Think about the subject areas that you enjoy and where it could take you. We'd be happy to hear from you, so you are welcome to contact us with your questions.

If you can’t make it to an Open Day we also run regular campus tours and virtual events.
3 Apply Once you have done your research, and visited some universities, you should be in a position to apply. You can apply for up to five courses through UCAS. For information on how to apply to the University of Bedfordshire see pages 188 - 189.
4 Take part in Applicant Days At the University of Bedfordshire we run Applicant Days, where you can visit the campus and take part in a subject specific taster session. You’ll have another chance to help you get a more in depth understanding on what your course of choice entails.
