Make clean up easier by wrapping the baking tray in tin foil, then spraying the rack with oil before baking.

焗盤鋪上錫紙及放上燒烤架，把雞翼 放在已掃油的燒烤架上，再塗上碗內 餘下醃料。 Line the baking tray with tin foil and place on the rack. Place the chicken wings on the greased rack. Brush the chicken wings with the remaining marinade from the bowl.
將柚子蜜和2茶匙水拌 勻，掃上雞翼。 Mix the yuzu honey with 2 tsp water, brush on the chicken wings.

用廚房紙抹乾雞翼。
雞翼放入焗爐以180℃焗8分鐘。
雞翼以200℃焗3至5分鐘，或至表面金黃。
Pat dry the chicken wings with kitchen towels.
Bake the chicken wings at 180℃ for 8 minutes.
Bake the chicken wings at 200℃ for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the surface is golden.
t 雞翼以鹽、胡椒粉、紹興酒、 糖、是拉差、油醃20分鐘。 Marinate the chicken wings with salt, pepper powder, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sriracha and oil for 20 minutes.

Score the flesh of the eggplant into diamonds pattern for better absorption of the sauce.

焗爐預熱至180℃，茄子洗 淨。

Preheat the oven to 180℃ and rinse the eggplants.
Bake the eggplant at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
Bake the eggplant again in the oven at 180℃ for 8 to 15 minutes or until the surface is slightly charred.
t 茄子去蒂及對切，在表面 輕輕劃出格子狀。 Remove the stems and cut the eggplant into halves, and lightly make grids on the surface.
t 茄子塗上橄欖油。 Brush the eggplant with olive oil.

茄子上碟，灑上芝麻粒和葱花，即成。
Mix the seasoning together.
Dish up the eggplant. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion and serve.
