SETTIMANE DELLE CASTAGNE KASTANIENWOCHEN CHESTNUT WEEKS I ristoranti e le osterie di San Genesio sono lieti di portrare in tavola i sapori tipici dell’autunno altoatesino con i prodotti regionali e le specialità contadine del periodo „Törggelen“. A partire dall’11 ottobre tutto ruoterà intorno alla castagna, maturata nei castagneti lungo i pendii di San Genesio e zone limitrofe. Die Gastbetriebe freuen sich, die Fülle der herbstlichen Genüsse zu servieren: regionale Produkte und traditionelle Törggele-Gerichte. Ab dem 11. Oktober liegt der kulinarische Schwerpunkt auf der süßen Powerfrucht Kastanie, die am Sonnenplateau in den Edelkastanienhainen heranwächst.
