Inside ESSEX Show Support by Wearing Denim

Caldwell Banker Realtor Wins Five Star Award

AVE of Essex County, a program of the Family Service League, will hold “Denim Day” on April 26 to encourage the community to wear denim as a protest against the stigmas and misconceptions surrounding sexual violence. Business owners are asked to purchase “Denim Day” buttons to hand out to employees and customers. The event is a way to stand in solidarity with survivors and raise funds to support them through SAVE of Essex County’s services.

onita Areman of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has been named a 2016 Five Star Real Estate Agent. Award winners are determined based on thorough research by Five Star Professional who contacts recent homeowners to identify candidates. Award winners are chosen for their professional excellence, quality service and client satisfaction. Areman is in an exclusive group, as less than 2 percent of real estate agents in New Jersey received this honorable recognition.

S

SAVE of Essex County is a sexual and family violence intervention and prevention center. The center provides services to survivors and works to prevent sexual violence. Their services include a crisis hotline, medical and legal accompaniments, prevention education, and counseling. Show your support, whether as a business or an individual, by taking part in “Denim Day” on April 26. Visit www.familyserviceleague.org/save for more information on SAVE of Essex County, and email taustin@ familyserviceleague.org to learn more about “Denim Day.”

B

On being awarded, Areman says, “It is an honor and a privilege to be named a 2016 Five Star Real Estate Agent. Positive client feedback and experience are the keys to my success.” While the award is the icing on top of the cake, for Areman the real joy of her business is changing Bonita Areman lives. “Seeing the smiles and relief when I put a sold sign on a home or hand new home keys to a client is worth all the hard work.” she states. Through top-notch service and expertise, Areman has grown a successful business that cares for its clients.

Camps Aim to Help Ease Children’s Anxiety

P

arents of children battling anxiety are challenged with choosing the right camp with the right programs and environment. Today’s technical and competitive world evokes anxieties related to anything from social acceptance to math exams.

Spring Lake Day Camp in Ringwood NJ is sensitive to the anxieties and stresses of children. It trains its staff, utilizing the expertise of camp professionals to effectively help campers. Staff orientations include discussions of various scenarios that campers may experience and how to effectively deal with their issues. Anxieties about camp are also eased with tours of the camp. At a “Preview Day” in June, new campers meet their counselors and supervisors and get to experience a camp day, doing activities with family and new friends. The camp’s daily program encourages exercise, skill development, goal setting and healthy risk taking, all while campers receive support, encouragement from the staff. The small camper:staff ratio offers each camper the individual attention they need to flourish. Summer camp needs to be a place to unplug, revitalize, discover new strengths and build a strong self-esteem. A positive and fun summer camp experience like the one offered at SLDC, can then have a life changing impact on a child.

Paint, Sip & Give Back

P

ainting parties at A Sip of Art are a fun and unique experience that make for the perfect girls night out, a birthday party, work outing, or date night. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants sip wine, munch on snacks, and paint their own masterpiece step-by-step. But, the best part is that A Sip of Art has a philanthropic twist—every activity creates the opportunity to give back.

Verona Dental Arts Has a New Name—Legacy Family Dental

T

he team at the former Verona Dental Arts is now going by a new name: Legacy Family Dental. The practice, led by Dr. Michael Scurti, continues to create perfect smiles through high quality care and comfort. The name change was made to simply better reflect the team’s goals and hopes for the future.

The art lounge, located in West Orange, is dedicated to making “doing good” fun, and aims to help customers give back to the community. Proceeds from public classes and private parties go towards charities and special causes. For public classes, a percentage of the fee is donated to the St. Barnabas NICU; private events and parties support a charity of their choosing or even school PTAs. Schedule a party or sign up for classes now to indulge your inner artist and make a difference in your community.

Another reason for the change is to match Dr. Scurti’s other practice, Legacy Family Dental Mountain Lakes, bringing the two offices together. But most importantly, the name has great meaning to the team. As administrator Karen Scurti notes, it focuses on their goal to “continue a legacy of quality dental work” for adults and children. Legacy Family Dental’s name also has a special significance to the Scurti family as well– they hope that one day, their young children will take over, making it a family practice that continues this legacy.

people to know

Israel Cronk Director of the Montclair Business Improvement District (BID) By Deborah Schapiro, photo by Dan Epstein With this issue, Suburban Essex is pleased to introduce its new “People to Know” column. Essex County is full of people doing amazing things in fields ranging from the arts to athletics to education, business and more; we think you’ll want to meet them. Our inaugural subject is Israel Cronk, Director of the Montclair Business Improvement District (BID).

What is the BID, and what is your role as Director? The BID encompasses Bloomfield Avenue from Pine Street up to North/ South Mountain Avenue. We serve as the liaison between the private sector and the municipality, and we operate on what I think of as three levels. First, we deal with nuts-and-bolts issues like helping business owners navigate the necessary paperwork and making sure that sidewalks are clean. Second, we help promote the District with sales and promotions. The third level is cultural; we want to make Montclair a premier cultural destination. As I see it, the two pillars of my job as Director are building relationships and being responsive. I want our businesses and institutions to develop productive relationships not just with

me but with each other. And I help our members apply for grants, construction variances, and the like. This is an exciting, everchanging job.

When and how did you become Director? I became director last April. I’d been involved with downtown Montclair for many years as the Manager of Bangz Salon. When I applied for the job, I had zero experience in economic development or urban planning, but my marketing background and customer service skills were important to the Board of Directors.

What would you tell someone considering a visit to Downtown Montclair? I’d say that our tagline says it all; we really are “Where the suburb meets the city.” You can find everything here from the arts (Wellmont Theater, Montclair Art Museum) to health and wellness at the YMCA, events at the library, and of course amazing shopping and dining options. We also offer free live music on Church Street and an outdoors farmers’ market. Our website www. montclaircenter.com has a wealth of information on our shops, events, and parking. You can even download a parking app.

There is always something interesting going on in Downtown Montclair. Here are just a few of the upcoming events planned: • April 1-8—Women’s Empowerment Week, a series of workshops, classes and lectures. April 7—Girl’s Night Out—a benefit for SAVE of Essex. • May 13 will bring GLAM (Glenridge Avenue Arts and Music Festival) featuring local artisans, live music and food. May 7-13— Matisse Week, when shops will feature Matisse-inspired décor, products and services, concluding on May 13 with a family chalk art session on Church Street. • June 4—The BID, together with the YMCA and MFEE, will present the Big Playdate, featuring science, poetry and other activities in Crane Park. June 6—shoppers won’t want to miss the semi-annual Sidewalk Sale. Preparation + Quality = Endurance By Cynthia Burns

A

home is a big investment. Why skimp on painting it? Whether one chooses custom colors or store-bought hues, careful preparation is essential to a quality, lasting job. Alberto Del Priore, founder and owner of Alberto Del Priore Painting Company, shares his meticulous prepping approach to painting projects—whether it be a home, business, interior or exterior. “Prep work is always the most important part of the job,” says Del Priore, who began as an apprentice painter in Italy. Proper surface preparation, combined with experienced craftsmanship, is key to achieving beautiful and long-lasting results. “Preparation will determine the quality of the finished job and quality is the most important part.” Quality means endurance, and a surface that won’t peel or chip. Del Priore’s method of repairing cracks in ceilings is an example of his thoroughness.

Professional and amateur painters tend to scrape and spackle. Del Priore says this is a quick fix. He opens the cracks and uses tape, joint compound and plaster to ensure a long-lasting repair. Proper preparation also entails using a primer and not skimping on coats of paint.

Low Voltage and LED Landscape Lighting By Jason Sponzilli Photos supplied by Sponzilli Landscape Group

o you want to do something more with your yard, but you’re just not sure what it needs? Perhaps you should consider low voltage and LED landscape lighting that will turn your lawn into a festive, warm and inviting space even after the sun goes down. Here, at Sponzilli Landscape Group we are certified low voltage lighting technicians, with accreditation from the Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals. Being certified through the AOLP ensures our customers that we provide excellent outdoor lighting designs and that we will install lights with the utmost safety. Our knowledge and experience will create a landscape lighting design that will illuminate the beauty of your home by eliminating potentially unsafe shadowy

areas and brighten-up the upper levels of your home with a soft glow for splendid curb appeal.

Why Low Voltage and LED?

There are certainly many perks that come with installing low voltage and LED lighting into your landscape. Some of the most exceptional benefits are: • Energy-efficiency • Cost saving • Minimum production of heat • Longer life span than traditional bulbs • Safety • Versatile • Provide worry-free security • Environmentally friendly Saving money with low voltage and LED lights has never been simpler. Traditional bulbs last for about a year, on average, and replacing these bulbs is a big job. LED bulbs have a typical life span of 50,000 hours and use 75% less electricity than traditional bulbs. Making the savings that consumers gain over time while using LED bulbs substantial. Not only are low

voltage and LED lights safe for technicians to install to any part of your landscape or home, they also provide a high-level of safety for your family and friends along walkways and stairs. The proper lighting design will make it easy to navigate the topography of your lawn by creating an ambient flow from the front to the back of your home. A properly executed low voltage landscape lighting design will ensure your comfort while relaxing in your space and discourage unwanted intruders from coming onto your property. At Sponzilli, we are leaders in landscape lighting. We are familiar with all the aspects of low voltage and LED bulbs, including color temperature, lumen output, voltage drop and other tricks of the trade that will guarantee you are pleased with your outdoor lighting design. We also provide a comprehensive warranty and maintenance program to keep your landscape lighting systems up and running smoothly. For more examples of how to illuminate your home’s beauty, visit our website.

Stainless Steel is Trending Outdoors

S

tainless steel has been a staple in luxurious, contemporary kitchens all over the world for years. While it’s most often used indoors, this durable, low-maintenance, design-forward material is making its way outdoors.

Deck railings, outdoor kitchen cabinetry and solar-powered lighting are among the many examples of products using stainless steel to create exterior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain. As this material continues to expand beyond traditional uses, design-forward homeowners are more likely to incorporate it into their outdoor living spaces as well. One option for creating a stylish outdoor look is with kitchen cabinetry manufacturer Danver Stainless Outdoor Kitchens, which produces its cabinets from 100 percent stainless steel. For homeowners who don’t want the traditional stainless look, powder coat finishes, which can create various wood grains or colors to allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces, are also an option. For many homeowners, stainless steel is a statement and a symbol of quality, but just as important is its ability to create an outdoor space with both form and function in mind. Creative Works A Seriously Full-Service Home Design Center By Deborah Schapiro, photos by Dan Epstein

W

hen Danielle Placenti entered the Fashion Institute of Technology over two decades ago, she fully intended to work in the fashion industry. By the time she graduated, though, she realized that she preferred home furnishings and design: “Fashion changed too much and too often for me; interior design was more about fine art than trends.” With this in mind, she opened Creative Works Design Center 23 years ago. Originally a small Summit shop selling home accessories, gifts and custom floral designs, Creative Works is now in Livingston and has expanded into a fullservice design center. The center reflects Placenti’s personal style, which she describes as natural and hand-made: “I like objects with a history, and I like anything with natural elements. I love wood, stone, horns—really anything organic.” Creative Works includes a showroom featuring a wide range of furniture, lighting, antiques, home accessories and gifts such as artwork and jewelry. In addition, Placenti offers services ranging from interior design to staging, decorative painting and custom closet creation. She also employs furniture painting, refinishing, reupholstering, and restoration professionals. From clock repair to holiday decorating to rewiring an antique lamp, she says, “there is really no limit to what we can do.”

Danielle Placenti

This has included, on more than one occasion, reproducing items that clients have seen on television. Placenti recalls a leather sofa with feathers and rhinestones that a client asked for after seeing it on a reality TV show: “It was a very complex piece that took a lot of work, but I did it for her.” Placenti is proud of Creative Works’ customer service, noting that “there is always someone here to help you, and if

I am not here, I will always get back to you within 24 hours.” She adds that she is happy to meet with a client either at her showroom or in his or her home and can even meet with a client’s architect to go over space planning and layout: “When I say full-service, I’m not kidding.”

Tips to Stop Waking Up Exhausted

I

Specialty Dental Practice Orthodontics, Speech Therapy & In-Office Sedation Available Hours: Tues-Fri 12-6pm, Fri & Sat 8-2pm

t’s no secret that finding time for the recommended eight hours of sleep is easier said than done. More often than not, your time asleep is limited by your busy schedule. If you are lucky enough to squeeze in a full eight hours of shuteye, you are still not guaranteed to wake up feeling refreshed.

Pediatric Dentistry for children up to 18 years & those with special needs.

While some responsibilities are hard to shake, setting yourself up with the right routine can vastly improve your quality of sleep and combat the issues keeping you up at night:

1. Lighten up

NATASHA MATHIAS, DMD Specialty Permit #5470

If it’s never light in your bedroom, you may be confusing your body’s circadian clock. The circadian clock regulates how alert you are due to the light and darkness in an environment. If you keep your bedroom dark during the day or use black-out curtains, this can act as a signal to your body that it should be asleep. Swap out your curtains for a lighter color or keep your shades partially open -natural sunlight in your room can help you wake up in the morning.

76 Bellevue Ave, Montclair

www.sparklesdentistry.com

(973) 744-3127

Approximately half (49 percent) of Americans have had their mattress for five years or more and while people struggle with sleep for a variety of reasons, your mattress could be keeping you from getting a good night’s sleep. A quality mattress, like the Beautyrest Platinum Hybrid Mattress can give you the support you need to wake up feeling refreshed. It offers a “cool to touch” surface while also providing the support and pressure relief necessary to make sure that once you fall asleep, you stay asleep.

3. Tune out

Everyone’s guilty of binge-watching their favorite TV shows from time to time. While you may satisfy your curiosity by catching the ending of your favorite series, you may not be so happy when you wake up groggy after staying up too late. Set an alarm for 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep and when the alarm goes off turn off your TV and get ready for bed. Limiting screen time before you fall asleep can also avoid disrupting your body’s level of melatonin, which controls sleep cycles.

4. If you snooze, you lose

Hitting the snooze button even once in the morning can make you feel groggy throughout the day. By hitting snooze, you are prompting your body to start another stage in your sleep cycle without giving it enough time to fully recover. Try downloading an app with a smart alarm to make sure that you are waking up during a lighter stage of your sleep cycle.

While there is nothing quite like coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up, having caffeine after 2 p.m. can impact both your sleep quality and quantity. Instead of having a cup after lunch, take your coffee break earlier in the day or consider switching to decaf.

World’s Leading Treatment for a Healthy, Better You

I

t’s been said that when you have your health, you have everything. This much is true: A healthy you is a better you. Maybe you’ve been ignoring old injuries or putting up with new aches and pains. Perhaps you didn’t realize that minor changes in your body structure can later cause major damage. Or you’ve been treated before without much success.

Dr. Glenn Sorrentino uses cold laser therapy, the most advanced technology to reduce pain and speed healing.

One of today’s premier therapies is the cold laser. It’s regarded as the world’s most advanced healing technology. “It’s simple, safe and painless, and provides tremendous results with no side effects,” Dr. Glenn Sorrentino explains. “There’s nothing else like it to decrease pain and speed healing.” Widely used in the professional, college and Olympic sports worlds, cold laser therapy significantly reduces pain and inflammation while accelerating the healing process. Increased cell growth, stimulated nerve function and reduced scar tissue are among the many benefits of the therapy, which is used for a host of ailments, including neck, back, shoulder, arm, elbow, hip, leg, knee, ankle and foot pain, as well as arthritis, numbness, tingling, tendonitis, muscle strain, muscle spasms and sports injuries.

Voted Best Senior Living A Safe, Relaxing Environment with Trained Medical Professionals.

“Many times patients who couldn’t get relief for their pain elsewhere come in and see great results with our treatments and therapies. We get to the root cause of the problem,” says Dr. Sorrentino, who helped thousands of patients, including athletes and celebrities, for more than 20 years in New York City before deciding a few years ago to practice closer to home in New Jersey. The expert staff at NJ Spine & Joint, which accepts most insurances, provides chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, pain management and medical care. The good news is that you can get on the pathway to health with NJ Spine & Joint in Cedar Grove. Winner of the Patients’ Care Award “for their commitment to quality patient care,” the multi-specialty practice provides the foremost non-surgical healthcare available today. Dr. Sorrentino offers a free consultation to new patients, a good reason to get started on the pathway to becoming that healthy, better you.

Enhance, Contour and Rejuvenate at The LoVerme Center for Plastic Surgery By Cynthia Burns

D

r. Paul LoVerme says plastic surgery is a deserved gift to one’s self. He draws on 30 years of experience to provide patients with technical skill, artistic ability and scientific knowledge of surgical and non-surgical procedures. Enhance, contour, reconstruct and rejuvenate are key elements of the practice — whether on the breasts, face or body.

The doctor is a proponent of non-surgical techniques. “They have become a popular choice,” he explains, “especially for those who don’t want surgery, are cost conscious or who have limited time for post-op recuperation.” Dr. LoVerme is excited that the FDA

has approved Bellafill®, used to treat smile lines between the nose and corners of the mouth and the lines below the mouth, as a permanent cosmetic filler. It is the only filler with that designation. Bellafill® is safe and entails minimal post-procedure down time. In addition to fillers, The LoVerme Center uses laser surgery, intense pulsed light treatments and Ultherapy™ skin tightening. Dr. LoVerme is attuned to patients’ needs. “I ask what they want to achieve and the budget they are working with.” He discusses treatment options with patients and they choose what will provide optimal results. “People have to be realistic about what they have and what can be done to enhance their appearance.” The surgeon assures patients, “No matter what modality you choose, the results will be harmonious and natural-looking.”

The Powerful Effect of Ginger By Katrina Musto

W

e’ve all experienced unrelenting nausea at some point or another. At these times, your first instinct may be to turn to over the counter medications; however, ginger works as a simple, effective antidote. For thousands of years, Arabic, Indian, and Asian healers prized ginger as food and medicine. This tropical plant, in the same botanical family as turmeric and cardamom, was effectively used to relieve nausea and vomiting caused by illness and seasickness. Today’s research confirms that ginger also reduces these symptoms caused by morning sickness, postoperative upset, chemotherapy treatments, and motion sickness. While the best-researched use of ginger is in combating nausea and vomiting, studies have shown that ginger is a multi-faceted remedy with more healing effects: • It reduces pain and inflammation, making it valuable in managing arthritis, migraine headaches, muscle and join pain and menstrual cramps. • It has a warming effect and stimulates circulation. • It inhibits rhinovirus, which can cause the common cold. • In the intestinal tract, it reduces gas and painful spasms. • It may prevent stomach ulcers caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as aspirin and ibuprofen.

Add fresh ginger to smoothies or mince into a stir fry. To make a simple ginger tea, simply chop off a couple of inches of ginger root and let it steep in hot water.

T.S. Ma Will Make Your Taste Buds

Happy!

By Rhonda L. Rivera

S

itting down to dine at T.S. Ma in Upper Montclair, one may wonder how such a cozy restaurant has won the Best of Essex Gold Medal for Chinese Food eight years in a row. However, as soon as the friendly staff arrive with the first plates, all doubts will be dispelled. Start with the Steamed Juicy Pork Mini Dumplings (6 per serving, $6.95). Not only is the presentation delightful, the little “gifts” are delicious. To eat, place the dumpling on a Chinese spoon, bite the top and taste the distinctive broth within the dumpling. The dining experience is fun and extremely tasty.

When it comes to the main course, T.S. Ma’s food is so good and portions so generous that it is impossible to go wrong. Love sweet or subtly spicy food? Choose the Pork Ribs

April 2017

Photos by Dan Epstein Shanghai Style ($17.50). The pork short ribs are braised longer than four hours and served over vegetables, including Chinese broccoli (which is sweeter than broccoli rabe). The sauce, while plentiful, enhances rather than masks the meat’s amazing flavor. Craving something lush? The Crispy Shrimp with Honey Walnuts ($18.95) will not disappoint. The dish features honey-citrus mayonnaise dressing covering lightly-fried shrimp and topped with crunchy honeyglazed walnuts. The contrast with the walnuts makes the entire entrée pop. If citrus is tickling your palette, Tangerine Fish ($16.95) is a perfect option. Fried flounder is enhanced by a flavorful tangerine sauce, which does not overpower the delicate fish. Bits of tangerine rind provide a gratifying zing.

When it comes to the main course, T.S. Ma’s food is so good and portions so generous that it is impossible to go wrong. For those who desire a noodle dish, Mai Fun—a fine rice noodle— is an excellent selection, and it’s gluten-free as well. With white meat chicken ($7.95 small/$9.95 large), this entrée combines the noodles and meat with carrots, egg and other Chinese vegetables for a delectable result. Cooked in Canola Oil, this brilliantly cohesive offering is a yummy alternative to lo mein. Dessert at T.S. Ma should not be overlooked. Even for those who do not drink green tea, the Green Tea Premium Ice Cream ($3.50) will end the meal perfectly. This refreshing ice cream has a creamy consistency that tastes like vanilla with subtle green tea undertones. It will ensure a smile upon leaving the restaurant. T.S. Ma has been operating from this location for over ten years. In addition to its packed restaurant tables, it has a very brisk take-out/delivery business. But make it a point to dine in periodically—the waiter may just teach you a new trick about how to more easily savor a Scallion Pancake. With a wink, Anthony, manager, notes that he will do whatever he can to “make our guests happy.”

T.S. Ma 199 Bellevue Avenue, Upper Montclair | 973-509-8877 www.tsmacc.com Open Sunday-Thursday, 11am-9:30pm, weekends, 11am-10:30pm. Dine-in, delivery (online ordering available) and catering. Many items can be prepared gluten-free. Lunch specials offered M-F.

Wyckoff Location Now Open In September 2016, T.S. Ma opened its second location at 637 Wyckoff Avenue in Wyckoff. With more than three times the capacity of the Montclair location, it offers the same menu — with a few location-specific additions, including Chicken Wings with a spicy sauce. These wings are fried in a General Tso’s sauce and then further cooked in the same sauce, making for a crispy and saucy bite. So, if Wyckoff fits the travel plan, head up there and try these divine wings. April 2017

Diamond MINDS

Hitting Your Targets Strategies I’ve learned from a Navy SEAL, a martial arts master and the top relationship builder in the advertising industry.

T

here are times I’m reminded of advice from many mentors along the way. Here are three wise advisors who have had a great impact on the way I think, work and deal with obstacles that come in the way of my goals. Their tips will help you focus and hit your targets a little easier when you find yourself off course:

1. Train for War, Pray for Peace

2. Just Listen…

In martial arts this means always being ready. My martial arts trainer (Dai Shihan Mark Walker of Eye To Eye Jiu Jitsu) always talks about being prepared and aware at all times. He’s been studying martial arts for over 30 years and has been a bodyguard for Denzel Washington, Janet Jackson and Wesley Snipes. He also trains Navy SEALS and other units in the Special Forces. He would always reinforce the basics of how constant training and preparation give you the confidence to perform under pressure. You can see his interview on Breakthrough (see link at end*) where he explains the key to his art through Humility, Loyalty and Discipline. Obstacles become opportunities to advance when backed by preparation, training and situational awareness.

Tony Wainwright was a legend in the advertising industry. I have never met anyone who had built so many strong relationships with the top business people across all industries. He shared so many lessons; the one I remember most is about when you run into difficulty reaching your goals, “Most people really don’t listen to the people they meet. Truly listen to not just what they say but also how they feel, what’s going on in their personal lives, body language and so much more.” You might say, what does this have to do with hitting your targets? It has everything to do with it. Most opportunities are lost because the person thought you said this…and you thought they said something else… miscommunication. He taught me to really understand where the other person is coming from. He would always start out “What’s going on in the world of Barry Farber today?” And then he would have you talk about everything that’s important to YOU. When you are seen as a person who really cares about the individual you’re with, and not just about your goals, it makes a huge difference. All business is built on relationships and listening is what keeps them strong. Just a side note, Tony had one pet peeve…arrogance. He said life is just too short to deal with people like that. He would just walk away. And he could do that with the type of business he built.

3. Being Comfortable, Being Uncomfortable Sometimes mentors can impact you in a very short time. Several years ago I interviewed Richard “Mack” Machowicz, a former Navy SEAL and author. His interview had a profound effect on me. One of the statements he made is that the key to success is being comfortable being uncomfortable. That means doing things that take you out of your comfort zone. Example: in sales, in order to hit your targets, you may need to call at the highest level of the company when you’re prospecting. That might be uneasy for many people. But it’s in the doing that you get over your fears and start learning real skills that help you get in the door. I find that this concept can help you in your business and personal life. It forces you to try something new and step out of your comfort zone. Sometimes just the thing you need to do to go through the obstacle holding you back from your success. Never forget… Successful people do the things that unsuccessful people don’t like to do. *Breakthrough: barryfarber.com/media/television
