"Good morning, little turkeys!" called Mother Idaho as her six children, Tilly, Poppy, Maple, Giblet, Beaky, and Feather, scurried around. The sun was shining, and it was another exciting day at Gozzer Ranch!
"Wait, Tilly!" Father Rusty warned.
"You need to watch out for humans!"
Tilly stopped and smiled, learning to be careful when exploring the ranch.
Poppy loved walking quietly through the trees, blending in with nature. Today, she noticed something new—a human family having a picnic! "Can I join?" Poppy asked. "Not today, Poppy," said Mother Idaho. "That’s for them, but we have plenty of tasty seeds here!"
"Look, Maple!" Feather shouted. "I found some berries!" Maple helped Feather carry them back to their nest, proud of their teamwork.
Giblet, the clever brother with a cheeky grin, is leading Beaky to a well-hidden bush, showing him the best place to hide. Beaky, wide-eyed and a bit nervous, follows closely, feeling safe with Giblet’s guidance. The bushes are thick and green, providing the perfect cover.
Father Rusty gathered
the
children around. "Now remember," he said, "We need to be careful and stick together.
Living at Gozzer Ranch is fun, but we still have to be smart and safe."
The Gozzer Ranch humans waved as the turkeys wandered around, happy to see their feathered friends enjoying the day. The turkeys waved back with their wings, giggling.
As the sun set, Idaho gathered the little ones. "We had a good day," she said.
"Living at Gozzer Ranch is fun, but it’s also important to take care of each other."
Tilly, Poppy, Maple, Giblet, Beaky, and Feather snuggled up close. "We make a great team," Maple said. "And we love living here with you," Giblet added
With the stars twinkling above, Father Rusty whispered, "Goodnight, my little turkeys." And they all drifted off to sleep, dreaming of more adventures at Gozzer Ranch.
As the sun rose over Gozzer Ranch, the turkeys began another exciting day. The little turkeys stretched their wings and greeted the morning, ready for new adventures. Rusty and Idaho looked on with proud smiles, knowing their little ones always took care of each other as they explored the ranch.
