Ms. Susan gathered the Brite Star kids. "Let's listen to the sounds around Brite Star!" she announced.
"Listen! That's a bird chirping," Ms. Susan said. "Chirp! Chirp!" echoed Ivy and Emma.
"What's that sound?" asked Ms. Susan. "Meow! It's a cat!" said Lily and Joey.
"Listen! Can you hear it?" Ms. Susan asked. "Woof! Woof! It's a dog!" laughed Dan and Duke.
"Hear that?" Ms. Susan pointed. "Honk! Honk! It's a car!" Iris and Joey replied.
"What's that soft sound?" Ms. Susan wondered. "Swish! Swish! It's the wind!" said Liam and Ivy.
"Can you hear that sound?" asked Ms. Susan. "Ha Ha! It's kids laughing!"
replied Emma and Lily.
"What's that tinkling sound?" Ms. Susan questioned. "Ding! Ding! It's an ice cream truck!" said Joey and Dan.
"Do you hear that?" Ms. Susan asked. "Drring! Drring! It's the school bell!" said Duke and Iris.
"And now the sound we all love to make," Ms. Susan smiled. "Clap! Clap! We're clapping!" the kids cheered.
"Great job, everyone! We've learned so many sounds," Ms. Susan said proudly.
