SUGGESTIONS FOR A BETTER CASTLE
SUGGESTION NUMBER 1 We suggest to create a schedule for visitors , so they can have the opportunity to see all the items properly, because it was very crowded and most of us could not see everything in a detailed way.
SUGGESTION NUMBER 2
Another thing that should be improved is the explanation. The guide did not have a very good English so the explanation was not so clear. We suggest to give the visitor some electronic devices such as earphone , that translate the words that the guide says by the visitor’s language.
SUGGESTION NUMBER 3
Another thing that we think should be improved are the stairs. In fact , it was very difficult for us to go from upstairs to downstairs because they were very small and did not facilitate our passage. We think they should be renewed.
SUGGESTION NUMBER 4
The last thing we suggest is the insertion of theatre with role-playing in which the visitor can play a role in order to feel part of Dracula’s story.
