The APSU Trumpet Ensemble provided fanfare for the official ribbon cutting ceremony at the newly renovated 13,000 sf. Anne R. Ross bookstore. APSU’s Kris Phillips introduced and thanked the bookstores namesake, and talked about the University’s partnership with Barnes and Noble college bookstores. APSU President, Dr. Michael Licari said, “We’re so happy to see everyone here to cut the ribbon on the bookstore and celebrate the dedication of this beautiful mural. Ann Ross managed the APSU bookstore for 30 years. It’s named for her dedication to her work and to the university. “We are also proud that this new mural will provide a tie, a link between the university and the community which so faithfully supports our students faculty and staff.”
