vzw Roeland

VZW Roeland organizes leisure activities for young people aged 7 to 19 in Dutch, French and English to improve their language skills and to stimulate their interest in foreign languages. Roeland developed its own playful, creative teaching methods, aiming at total immersion. During the school holidays we organize residential language courses as well as day camps in Flanders, Wallonia, France and the United Kingdom. Roeland was founded in 1971 and our offices are situated in Gent, Belgium. Our team consists of ten employees, working together with more than 1,000 volunteers. Through our activities we reach an average of 13,000 children and teenagers annually. Roeland is recognized and subsidized by the Flemish government, the province of East-Flanders and the city of Gent. For more information, please refer to our website: www.roeland.be.
