We will Remember them . . .

ANZAC DAY public services have been cancelled this year for the first time because of the coronavirus COVID-19 worldwide crisis. However the RSL has suggested that we can all pay homage to the Anzacs and all those who served and paid the supreme sacrifice in wartimes serving their country by simple acts of personal observance. We are invited to Light Up the Dawn at 6am on Anzac Day this Saturday from our homes and listen to a brief commemorative service broadcast on radio. SEE PAGES 10-14.

Lest We Forget

JB’s World

ANZAC DAY this Saturday will be like none other before with no public commemoration services, no dawn services, no marches and no two-ups. What no wars or enemies have achieved, the dreaded coronavirus COVID-19 has succeeded. However the RSL has invited us all to pay tribute by standing outside our homes at 6am in lieu of a Dawn Service. Details SEE INSIDE PAGES 10-13. Continued on page 5
