The right fit in Realestate!
Innovative Marketing, Friendly Service & Experience
Welcome to What's On in Real Estate! "When is the best time to sell?" There are many factors that determine the right time to sell. Buyers and sellers enter and leave the marketplace everyday. Typically if you are dealing with family housing, the peak is February - June, then mid-Sept to mid-November. Investors, singles, professional couples, first time buyers and empty nesters are usually looking for just the right "one" to meet their needs and are not buying around the school calendar. Other factors that need to be taken into account are mortgage rates, local real estate market conditions and the economy at large. Hire a trustworthy, professional realtor (Sarah & Jessica ;-) that will be able to assist you and educate you so you can determine timing and strategy.
Please call us for an accurate, professional market evalution of your home or investment property. www.saraheales.com saraheales@royallepage.ca Sarah’s Cell: 604.202.7272 Jessica’s Cell: 604.614.3390

Maple Ridge Port Haney Day
Museum
On Sunday, September 9th from 10am to 4pm the Port Haney Neighbourhood Change Initiative will host Port Haney Day at the Haney House Museum and Brickwood Park, featuring historical displays, tours of Haney House, games for the children, and more.
Haney House Museum does Hallowe’en!
Come see the 1876 house decorated for fall, have a guided tour from one of our costumed guides, children can partake in a Hallowe’en craft and leave with some treats! Feel free to come dressed up in costume, or without.
All Dolled Up Our summer exhibition All Dolled Up, which featured ceramic dolls, paper dolls and various toy furniture from the 1920s and 1930s has been met with great success that we are extending it throughout the fall. We have garnered numerous accessions of new dolls, books, and toy furniture. We are still looking for dolls, especially later versions of Barbie’s and other dolls from the post 1960s, as well as doll clothes. Please contact Allison at 604463-5311 if you would like to donate to the museum.
The Haney House is now operating under its winter hours. We are open Sunday 10-4pm. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children/seniors. Visit mapleridgemuseum.org for more details!

Eco School
Learning Possibilities Adventures and a variety of experiences provide many opportunities for learning. We sometimes consider “schooling” as an indoor, classroom experience. However, there are many ways to take those learning experiences outside through all weather conditions. People get to know the seasonal changes that exist in our temperate rain forest. They get to participate with nature. People can also learn in context and in a multitude of settings, whether at the library, longhouse or BMX track.

Since 2003 Chris and Julie Thomas (from England) had a growing sense that they would one day live in British Columbia and build a church in the Ridge Meadows area of the Lower Mainland. Now in 2012 they, along with a great team and in partnership with City Axis Leadership Society, have started No Limits Church!
we’re located right next to Starbucks and serve their coffee from 9:30am ready for a service start at 10am on Sundays - we can’t wait to meet you!!
The church is a vibrant, contemporary and fun loving family church that exudes an atmosphere that is charged with expectation and ďŹ lled with the grace and hope of the Christian message.
Vibrant Contemporary Fun Loving Family Church...
The church is ideal for those who’ve never been involved in church before; those that are returning to church involvement after a season away; those who are moving into the area; and those who want to experience the fun, excitement and dynamic of doing something brand new. Currently meeting at Hollywood 3 Cinemas in the Meadow Vale Shopping Centre on Lougheed Hwy / Harris Rd,
