W ishing you all t he best t his ho liday season!

Ridge Meadows

PUBLISHER’S NOTE

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It’s a time of joy and celebration as we come together as families and communities to share in the magic of the upcoming holiday season. Make sure to check out all the fantastic local Christmas fairs and events we have going on over the next two months. We have so many wonderful artisans and businesses in the community that you can get all your gift shopping done locally! As this time of year can also be difficult for those that have lost loved ones, remember to always

be kind and spread more love! We celebrate and remember those that fought for our freedom at our Remembrance Day Ceremonies, and with the Ridge Meadows Hospice Society, we can light a candle and hang an ornament in memory of a loved one. We hope you enjoy yourselves over the next two months and that you find more than enough events in the community to keep yourselves busy and happy!

Place 2 inches / 5cm apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until set but NOT brown (8-10 minutes). Allow to cool for 3 minutes before removing from baking sheet, then roll in icing sugar. When completely cool, roll in the confectioners sugar again. They make lovely festive handmade gifts in pretty boxes.
