2022 Junior Holstein Convention Registration

December 28-30, 2021 • Red Lion Paper Valley, Appleton Registration forms must be postmarked by Saturday, December 4. A late fee of $20 per person will be added if postmarked after December 4. NOTE: All convention attendees must be registered to attend any events, including anyone watching contests. A namebadge will be required for entry to all convention events. If you have not purchased a meal, you will NOT be allowed in the room until all food is served. A ticket trade board will be located by the registration desk.
M1 Tuesday Welcome Cookout - $22 Hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, buns, potato chips, fresh fruit, and baked beans M2 Wednesday Breakfast Buffet - $18 Scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, breakfast potato, whole fruit M3 Wednesday Princess luncheon - $22 Seasoned beef, refried beans, shredded lettuce, cheese, diced onion & tomato, sour cream, salsa, soft & hard shell tacos, tortilla chips
M4 Wednesday Banquet - $30 Choice of Bistro Steak or Chicken Marsala; house salad with ranch or French dressing, roasted red potatoes, island blend veggies M5 Thursday Breakfast - $18 Scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, French toast, whole fruit Convention T-Shirt - $5 Daily Registration Fee of $5 for ALL convention attendees (max $10) - All convention attendees must be registered to attend any events, including watching contests. Convention name badges will be required for entry to all convention events.
Full Convention Package (includes Registration Fees & convention t-shirt - a $20 savings!) - $105 YQCA Juniors wishing to attend the YQCA session on Thursday must pre-register so we can cover the costs for those in attendance.
