Thanksgiving The Whole Year Through

}

I am so grateful I realized after some study and practice, how our thoughts create our reality. I am so grateful I realized after some study and practice, how our thoughts create our reality.

By Kris Denning AS MUCH AS IT MIGHT SEEM FUN TO EAT TURKEY AND ALL THE TRIMMINGS PLUS PIE EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR, THAT IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN BY THANKSGIVING THE WHOLE YEAR THROUGH. Obviously indulging to that extent on the daily wouldn’t be without consequences. And exhaustion!

Daily gratitude will help you attract more of what is working in your life. A gratitude journal is an excellent place to start. See if you can write down 5 things that you are thankful for each day. If journaling isn’t your thing, then say them out loud. Set a reminder up on your smartphone

Yet, there is a key component to Thanksgiving that we should be incorporating into our everyday routine. That is of Giving Thanks. It used to be, that I only thought about gratitude on Thanksgiving Day. But being thankful on the daily is something that can help improve our lives on every level. Gratitude is a high vibration thought, which induces a positive feeling in our bodies. Thereby improving our health on all levels. I’ve been in places and times in my life when it was difficult for me to think of something to be grateful for. Maybe that’s you right now. If so, that’s okay. Especially when times are difficult, our thoughts tend to reflect our current struggles and worries about the future. I know I’ve said this before in my articles here, but it’s always a worthwhile reminder that “what ever we dwell upon, grows”. This quote by Bryan Tracy has stuck with me as a reminder to check in with my thoughts. I ask myself, is what I am thinking about something that I want to have happen or to continue happening in my life?

your life that you love? Gratitude. Do you have shelter? Gratitude. Once the habit takes hold, life will seem sunnier. Warmer. When things happen that could be interpreted as bad or worrisome, you may find something to be thankful there. A traffic jam could be realized as a blessing if you believe it may be saving you from something that could have been problematic. A job you applied for and weren’t offered could now be seen as a way to keep you available for a better job that is yet to come. I grew up in a worried environment with hardships and hard times around most every corner. I am so grateful I realized after some study and practice, how our thoughts create our reality. Now that my thoughts are aligned with gratitude, hard times are fewer. And when they do arise, I am much better equipped to handle them because my mind won’t be so consumed with the worries, and I am better able to respond.

that goes off every single day at the same time, that just says ‘GRATITUDE’, and in the moment you see it pop up, think of something you are grateful for. Start simple. Did you wake up this morning? Then that is something to be thankful for. Is there someone or something in

If we all celebrated Thanksgiving every day by giving thanks, the world would be a much better place. People would be happier and more fulfilled, spreading their positive energy on to one another and the entire planet. And that’s something to be thankful for.
