OPITO Competence Assessor DURATION — MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS
The aim and objectives of this course is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct competence assessments in any area where they themselves are technically competent in the discipline being assessed.
OPITO Internal Verifier DURATION — 1 DAY
The aims and objectives of this course is to emphasise that the primary role of an Internal Verifier (IV) is to monitor the work of all qualified assessors involved within an organisations’ Competence Management System (CMS) and to ensure that they are applying the assessment criteria for the competency of skills consistently throughout all assessment activities

The aim of this programme is to establish that the delegate has the required underpinning knowledge, understanding and practical skills to fulfill the role of API Offshore Pedestal Crane Operator safely & effectively. This module incorporates API Spec 2C & RP - 2D 7th Edition requirements.

The aim of this module is to confirm attendees are competent to ensure the safety and reliability of pedestal crane hoisting and lifting equipment in compliance with statutory requirements. This module incorporates API Spec 2C & RP - 2D 7th Edition requirements.

This course is designed for all rigging and lifting personnel who require to demonstrate a competence in the Rigger Role. The recommended practices identify the basic competencies and safety training required by the Offshore/ Onshore Oil & Gas Industry for personnel involved in rigging and lifting operations. This module incorporates API Spec 2C & RP - 2D 7th Edition requirements.
API Forklift Truck Operator DURATION — 3 DAYS
The aim of this course is to impart to the attendees, the necessary knowledge and skills required of a fork lift truck operator.
API Rigger Stage 1 DURATION — 2 DAYS
The aim and objectives of the Stage 1 Initial Training Course are to provide the delegate with knowledge of the rigging principles, general hazards and risks of rigging and lifting operations, an awareness of relevant legislation and regulations, and an opportunity to practice basic rigging operations following a lifting plan.

It also ensures persons are competent to plan, prepare and monitor effective isolation of energy sources when work is required to be conducted on systems with a potential for the release of energy in an uncontrolled manner.
