MEGAMAS LOGO Stacked Logo: This is the original and preferred mark for all applications.

Logo artwork may only be reproduced directly from a (latest) digital file. It should never be reproduced from previously printed materials. LOGO CLEARSPACE To ensure legibility of the logo, it must be surrounded with a minimum amount of clearspace. This isolates the logo from competing elements such as photography, text or background patterns that may detract attention.

LOGO ON DARK OR BUSY BACKGROUND Put a white/ black/ standard background coloured* box around logo while placing it on a dark or busy background. A minimum clearspace must be maintained surrounding the logo. * See Standard Colours

An entire black or white logo has been provided for those instances where the logo must print in single colour. LOGO COLOUR APPLICATION ONE-COLOUR PRINTING The entire logo prints 100% black with no screens. Alternatively, the logo may be print reversed of any background colour to white.

FOUR-COLOUR PRINTING Letters and some parts prints 100% black or reverse out of four-colour to white.

Logo should appear against a solid background to ensure maximum and proper contrast.

LOGO USAGE DON’TS No elements of the logo artwork may be recreated, deleted, cropped or reconfigured. •

Do not change the logo’s orientation

Do not outline the logo in any colour

Do not bevel or emboss the logo

Do not add “drop-shadow” effects to the logo

Do not place the logo on a busy photograph or pattern

Do not reconfigure or change the size or placement of any logo elements

Do not change the logo colours

Do not crop the logo

Do not stretch or squeeze the logo to distort proportions

Do not present the logo on “vibrating” coloured backgrounds

Do not recreate the elements or replace with something else

Do not present logo in “outline-only” fashion

Do not place the logo on similarly-coloured backgrounds

Logo should appear against a solid background to ensure maximum and proper contrast. LOGO ON OTHER MEDIAS When it’s necessary to apply the logo to media other than paper or on-screen (e.g. fabric, wood, metal, glass or leather), the logo may be silk-screened, blind embossed, etched, engraved, etc.

HORIZONTAL LOGO This version may be used in instances where spatial constraints require a configuration of a more horizontal nature, usually when tagline is involved. Choose the one that best suits the usage.

COMPLEMENTARY COLOURS Complementary colours is colours combined in the right proportions. When placed next to each other, they create the strongest contrast and reinforce each other. Below are the examples of how the standard colours should mix together.

GOUDY OLD STYLE Goudy Old Style is a timeless, elegant font. Goudy Old Style is reserved for the company’s newsletter publications. Use for headlines, quotes or whereever that will fit well. Goudy Old Style comes in regular and bold.

Gotham Gotham is used all caps on Megamas logo. Gotham is perfect for headlines. Gotham comes in thin, extra light, light, book, medium, bold, black and ultra.

Titillium

Titillium is a nice, simple font, good for anything from headlines to text. Use Titillium whenever possible. Titillium comes in thin, light, regular, semi-bold, bold and black.

PRESENTATION SLIDES A powerpoint theme has been created specifically according to the companys’ brand. Staff are required to use this template when delivering a course, or presenting information to a client. The template consists of five layout styles, each specifically is set for certain type of information. •

Cover - Where Title of the course/ meeting is placed

Plain - Information will be presented with a plain background (to avoid cluttered-looking information)

Semi Header - Layout only needs to be used when in need of highlighting a certain topic

Activity - A notification of where Assessment/ Activity is held

Section - A notification of where a section breaks. This will give a clear idea of where/when a new topic starts

Choose a layout in a consistent manner for information delivery, depending on its content. Regardless of varieties of the length of title or the amount of information needed to be shown.

IDEAL INFORMATION PRESENTATION An ideal presentation is when the presenter highlights the important topics/ issues. These important topic/ issues needs to be presented as clearly as possible.

NEWSLETTER Through newsletters we can effectively introduce readers to the brand and engage them. The newsletter consists of four sections, by which each section is needed to be included. •

‘Words From Our Managing Director’ - Where the Managing Director will provide an excerpt of what his/ her thoughts are about the company for the quarter period. It would be best to make sure that the content is relevant to the Company News that is in the issue.

Company News - News about the companys’ activities, awards, plans etc

Featured Article - Article about everything HSE. Article can be provided by the HSE Manager or anyone who is knowledgable in their field.

Information Sharing - Infographics or brief article of the general ideas or issues.
