Well the team at Wiseberry Heritage and Charmhaven have started 2013 with great success. Our sales department has seen January and February bring many sales, and lots of fantastic new listings across the board. In 2012 our team sold 439 properties with a total of over $146 million dollars worth of property sold. Our team smashed the median sale price by over $15,000 for our area, which meant our owners saw some extra money in their pockets for which they were extremely grateful.

Once again our tenant gift vouchers which were handed out at Christmas time were a huge success with the tenants. They were extremely grateful and used their vouchers mostly over the Christmas - New Year period. This is something that we highly recommend our landlords use to entice their tenants to pay on time and keep their properties well looked after.

Rentals update

Happy Birthday Wiseberry Heritage

We have seen the rentals department extremely busy with helping tenants secure a new home. There has been plenty of enquiry on rental properties and properties are leasing quickly. There are open homes on properties which are seeing great traffic through them, and the quality of tenants that we are seeing is of high standard.

Wow how times flies, our Gorokan office has turned 19 on the 1st March 2013. We have come along way from the original 3 person team, to now it being 40 with more to come in 2013.

In 2012 our team leased more than a property a day, and in 2013 we have high expectations to exceed that bench mark. Our team have implemented strategies to ensure that we are proactive in the management of

Community Our latest endeavour is Soldiers Beach Gallipoli 100 which celebrates 100 years of Anzac in 2015 by taking a row boat along with 50 people to Gallipoli. Fundraising is already in motion as we help the team to get over and celebrate this momentous occasion. Whilst raffles tickets are being sold throughout the community at the moment and can also be purchased from your local Wiseberry office ($2 a ticket, $20 a book to go in the draw to win $4000 first prize drawn Anzac Day 2013), I was also able to get behind a Race Day which in total raised $16,000. The festivities included some NRL Manly Sea Eagles players who are linking with the charity and the local community to help the fundraising efforts.
