Club Náutico de Arrecife, en la que el Marina Rubicón I de Miguel Lasso se alzó como campeón. Trece embarcaciones se dieron cita en esta competición que arrancó con algo de retraso en la primera jornada debido a la falta de viento pero que
finalmente completó todas las regatas previstas. El Marina Rubicón I se hizo con la victoria a falta de una regata, al firmar dos primeros puestos y tres segundos, dejando la emoción de la última prueba en la lucha por la segunda plaza, que protagonizaron el Marina Rubicón II y el Sorondonguillo, decantándose finalmente la balanza por el equipo sureño y relegando al Sorondonguillo al tercer cajón. El Marina Rubicón I ya puede presumir de ser una de las embarcaciones que ha inscrito su nombre en este destacado torneo, que solo ha conocido a cinco ganadores, el Hotel Princesa Yaiza con nueve ediciones y el JJ Palmensis, el Okupa III y el Testaruda con una.

t the start of November the bay of Arrecife hosted the 12th Princess Alexia SAR Cup – Canaries Championship, a trial held by the J80 Owners Association and the Arrecife Royal Nautical Club, in which Miguel Lasso’s Marina Rubicón I came out on top. Thirteen vessels gathered in this
competition, which kicked off with a slight delay on the first day due to lack of wind, but ultimately all the regattas scheduled went ahead. The Marina Rubicón I took victory with one regatta remaining, taking two first places and three seconds, which meant the emotion of the final trial focused on the battle for second place, starring the Marina Rubicón II and the Sorondonguillo. The scales ul-
timately tipped in favour of the southern team, relegating the Sorondonguillo to the third step on the podium. The Marina Rubicón I can now boast of being one of the vessels that has made its name in this notable tournament, which has only had five winners, the Princesa Yaiza Hotel with nine wins and the JJ Palmensis, the Okupa III and the Testaruda with one.
