INGREDIENTS

Grapes 300 g

1 Using the juicer, extract juice from the berries. 300g of grapes should produce about 240ml of juice, which contains valuable natural sugar as well as lots of other useful nutrients.

2 Grape juice can be consumed as a drink or used as a sweetener.
