Summary: Your current digital presence online, namely your Instagram presence, is a good start. However, looking at your audit results indicates much more participation is needed across all channels as well as much more interaction with your followers. More interaction, namely diverse interaction, will grow your base, and will also make it easier to determine which “Plum restaurant you are. At this point in time, some information online is linking to other restaurants and/or your information is missing entirely. Having the right information is also necessary for effective reputation monitoring. I hope to discuss this all with you soon. Cheers! Bliss Davis
