Hormones and Mental Health
Hormones greatly influence our emotions and behaviours and having a better understanding of this can help us improve emotional wellbeing. By having a better understanding of this connection can help us improve our emotional wellbeing.
What Happens To Your Emotions When You Have A Hormonal Imbalance?
Let’s look at the sex hormones and their role in emotional wellbeing.
When there is no presence of a hormonal imbalance, estrogen promotes the activity of serotonin and dopamine in the brain, which encourages emotions of happiness and motivation. The presence of testosterone in the body at optimal levels also helps to promote dopamine activity.
Meanwhile, progesterone has a close relationship with the neurotransmitters GABA (which, when balanced, promotes feelings of calmness and contentment) and glutamate (which helps maintain mental alertness and contentment).
Imbalances of these hormones contribute to the dysregulation of neurotransmitters, which in turn play havoc with our emotions, leaving us feeling low, demotivated, anxious, and other negative sensations. It may also lead to certain behaviours as a result, such as becoming inactive, avoiding interactions with others, snacking and consuming higher levels of alcohol.
If you have a hormone-related condition and have experienced a change in your emotional wellbeing, a hormonal imbalance could be the reason why.
Dr Asha Chhaya, hormone expert at The Marion Gluck Clinic explains, “When my patients experience emotional and psychological symptoms due to a hormonal imbalance, I always advocate making simple changes first. What I mean by this is that we must look at our basic needs and if they are being not just met, but optimised, in our lifestyle. These needs include hydration, exercise, diet and stress management.
It’s important to take stock of the last two months and assess whether these needs have been met, and if not, try to meet them going forward, rather than jumping straight to medications and treatments that may not be necessary if your wellbeing needs are fulfilled in the first place.”
How To Improve Your Hormone Balance For Better Emotional Wellbeing
Making healthy choices in your lifestyle can help you balance your hormones. These include:
• Practising mindfulness
• Reducing stress
• Improving sleep hygiene
• Engaging in regular exercise, especially resistance training
• Eating a nutritionally balanced diet and reducing sugar consumption
• Reducing alcohol intake
Some people who experience negative emotions and low mood, especially during periods of hormonal imbalance, may try to numb these feelings with alcohol. However, the problem with this is that alcohol is metabolised by the liver, but the liver is also metabolising hormones, and when it’s busy metabolising alcohol, hormones cannot be metabolised as efficiently. That can lead to further imbalance. Even though some people might say alcohol helps them with their sleep, it probably isn’t giving them the nourishing sleep that they need, and they find that they are tired the following day, and this causes greater impact to their emotional wellbeing.
Dr Chhaya explains: “Prioritising sleep is important. Even just one night of poor sleep can impact your emotions the next day. Unfortunately, many perimenopausal women struggle with getting a good night’s sleep. Along with implementing good sleep hygiene, there is one supplement I recommend for easing sleep problems, which is magnesium glycinate. This is one of the best forms of magnesium to prepare the body for sleep.”

Anxiety and How to Battle It
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. One of the most unfortunate things is that it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. As soon as we start worrying that we're going to have a panic attack, our heart races and we feel short of breath. And then we worry more because our heart is racing and we're feeling short of breath.
Some people are more prone to anxiety than others. It's possible that this is due to genetics or upbringing, but it's also possible that the differences are just random. If you want to learn how to battle anxiety, you may be able to find different ways that are more effective for you than others. We chatted to the experts at Forest Healthcare (www.foresthc.com) who share their 5 top tips that could help you.
1. Exercise
Physical exercise is a great way to help cure your anxiety for many reasons. It helps to take your mind off your worries and focus on the exercise you are doing instead. Exercise effectively reduces stress by increasing the body’s production of endorphins, chemicals that boost mood and act as natural painkillers, and by reducing our stress hormones, such as adrenaline. Finally, exercise increases blood flow to the brain, bringing it more oxygen and nutrients, and potentially helping to offset some of the physical changes caused by stress.
2. Understand your triggers
It is likely that you have a good understanding of what triggers you, but in the same breath you might overlook things that you’ve done well. At the end of each day, write down three things that have stressed you out and three things that you’ve done well. They don’t have to be huge, just things that you’ve noticed throughout the day. Try and do this every day for a week or two. Then look back over the list of things that have gone
wrong and identify what triggered your feelings of anxiety. You’ll probably find that most of them fall into a few broad themes – there may be just one or two main triggers.
3. Stay on top of your nutrition
We're all prone to mood changes when hunger sets in – whether it's anxious, cranky, lethargic. Keep your blood sugar from dropping by having a quick snack handy for when you need it. These quick snacks are great if you need to feel calm and energised: a handful of almonds or walnuts (high in omega-3 fats), a half cup of berries (blueberries have the highest antioxidant levels) or half an avocado with sea salt sprinkled on top (another great source of healthy fats).
4. Practise mindfulness
It can be very difficult to learn mindfulness, especially if you are used to thinking about the past and future or if you are consumed by worry and stress. To become more mindful, try to learn deep breathing. Deep breathing can help you relax and get out of your head. It can also reduce your blood pressure and heart rate, which will help calm you down when you’re feeling anxious. When you feel yourself getting stressed, take a deep breath by inhaling slowly through your nose while counting to three; hold it for three seconds; then exhale slowly through your mouth while counting to three again. Repeat this until you feel calmer.
5. Get enough sleep
For many of us, the most challenging part of overcoming anxiety is getting a good night's sleep. This can be due to the racing thoughts, worries and nervous energy that can accompany anxiety conditions. If sleep problems are due to anxiety, making lifestyle changes to reduce worry and stress may help. These changes include avoiding caffeine and alcohol at night and going to bed only when you're sleepy. Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is another effective treatment for both anxiety and insomnia.
Midlife Madness
We all know it that when we are low in resilience things we can usually cope with somehow seem too much for us. We might end up snapping at people, gesticulating out of the window if someone upsets us on the road – or demonstrating numerous other less than ideal behaviours.
It all happens of course because we are human! As such we have those things called emotions! Less than perfect perhaps but that’s good. We weren’t built to be robots so we live in a world where we may be upset by all sorts of things and each of us might be on our own personal journey in terms of how we try to maintain our equilibrium faced with the unfairness of life or the feeling that there is a vindictive ‘power’ who seems to have made it their personal mission to make our lives a misery.
As you know I’m a positive person, I try to look on the bright side of life but sometimes I have to confess it is very, very, tough. Also, the problem with constantly being Miss Positive Pants is its exhausting and let’s be honest if we have emotions, from what I’ve read, its best we let them out!
It’s how we do that without ruining relationships- there are only so many near miss, flying crockery experiences that a loved one (or indeed a casual acquaintance) can cope with – or hurting ourselves – please take it from me punching walls or kicking cars are likely to hurt us much more than them – after all they are inanimate objects so it goes without saying really.
One of my real button pushers is my computer – like the girl with curl right in the middle of her forehead, when it works fine it is very, very good when it doesn’t work well, it is horrid and I have so far (can’t promise I’ll maintain this) managed to avoid throwing it out the window or
against the wall which is good – as I rather rely on it.
But on a much milder scale without causing actual bodily harm we can certainly find all sorts of ways to communicate our displeasure at what life is dealing us. I must confess I am a master at the cold hard stare, over even the shoulder shrugging ‘fine’ said in that way (you know the way that says you are definitely not fine, but they are going to have to work hard to find out what is really going on).
Then there is the sarcastic approach sort of pretending to be fine but the smiles are a bit too much you might even be asking about them but there will be no doubt that you are most definitely NOT fine. The more honest approaches can also be effective – for example saying quite definitely ‘don’t be nice to me’ and we all know what happens to those foolish enough to be nice! A fortune spent in tissues and for us make up sliding all over the place – eyes red and nose running –never a good look.
As humans we will react in different ways on different days so we need a whole repertoire of responses to the varying irritating, frustrating, or disappointing things that happen to disquiet us.
I’ve chosen this path a few times and what I find most straightforward is simply to tell those who need to know that I may be a bit fragile. I may divulge the reasons or I may not – this particular ball is in my court and so therefore it is up to me what I do and don’t divulge. But it doesn’t end there. There are different sorts of fragility. There are days when I may be fragile like a flower. I bend to the adversity; my petals may fall or droop. But, and here is the rub, there are other times when yes, I am fragile but not like a flower, more like a bomb. On those days the

Watching a dramatization recently of one of my favourite books – Philip Pullmans ‘His Dark Materials’ I was reminded of one of his many clever concepts – namely an intention craft.
I need to be clear this is a work of fiction and in it the Intention craft is a helicopter style airship that is ‘fuelled’ by intentions. It knows where to go because it can read your intentions, not only in terms of direction but with regard to overall purpose and intent as well.
This thought has played on my mind as in general I do believe we can create our own life through our intentions
“The power of intention is the power to manifest, to create, to live a life of unlimited abundance, and to attract into your life the right people at the right moments”
Wayne DyerSo, I like the idea of being propelled through life by our intentions and that means that it is up to us to ensure that our intentions will actually carry us forward to where we want to be. It all sounds very logical. We want something we ‘intend’ for it to happen and in many ways that is how we create our life. We want to go on holiday for example –that is or intention, we think about it, we may research different destinations and we put money aside to pay for it – we act on our intentions to create our reality.
Simple, right? What often goes against our intentions are the limiting beliefs that we have. We might in part believe that the universe is abundant, that we can manifest what we desire but then there are other parts of us that hold different often subconscious beliefs.
Think about what you want to do and what it might be that holds you back. For example, if you really want to increase your wealth and financial security but in your heart of heart of hearts feel you were ‘born’ to struggle then those inside beliefs will effectively put the brakes on any progress towards your intention.
It’s the same with other areas of life – wanting to be loved, find a partner, but somehow inside believing that you aren’t really loveable at all will mean that all your ‘intentions’ will be limited by that belief.
So how do you get rid of those limiting beliefs?
Identify your beliefs about yourself
The first step I to identify what your own personal limiting beliefs are. To do this start tuning in to your internal chatter – the things you find yourself saying to yourself. Good times
to do this are when you are doing ‘mundane’ tasks that don’t take much concentration or when walking or dropping off to sleep. Limiting beliefs are nearly always negative. ‘I won’t be able to do that’ or ‘I don’t deserve that’ – take notice of those.
Remind yourself they aren’t true
A limiting belief is a belief it is not a fact and it is not true. Chances are you acquire these from what others have said particularly by people that may been ‘powerful’ in your life – those who exerted an influence. Parents, partners teachers can all have said things which limit what you believe about yourself. But these beliefs will cause damage they will hold you back, so at some point they ae worth addressing.
Change those beliefs
After you have identified a belief that might be holding you back, essentially sabotaging your efforts to get where you want to go, the next step is to change it. Look at it, weigh it, is there any truth in it – who says you can’t do or be what you want. So, flip it on its head and start affirming that you can do whatever it is those beliefs have been telling you, you can’t. So just reverse it. I can ……. I deserve…… etc. you’ll need to do this quite a lot of times to reverse what might have been years of conditioning. Write down the affirmation as well as saying it aloud and put them in places where you see them.
Start doing
Now that you know what your limiting beliefs are and you have begun to address them, then it’s time to start doing. This might mean putting yourself in uncomfortable positions doing things you maybe never thought you would. Acting intentionally – charting your course in your own intention craft.
Action is a sure-fire way off helping to dispel these limiting beliefs
Setting intentions
Now you can start to chart the course for the life you want. Get clear on what you want – on the life you want to create and start setting your intentions
When you set an intention be careful to notice things around – unexpected opportunities, things that just happen – keep an open mind because in terms of the law of attraction when you have got rid of those limiting beliefs you will find manifesting all the desires of your heart a lot easier.

It is amazing how many phone calls I receive on a daily basis from agents and clubs when the transfer window isn’t open, but as soon as January 1st arrives, I have to keep my mobile on charge pretty much for 24 hours.
This window has been no different. Even at the level that we operate at, a lot of clubs are awash with money and club’s you wouldn’t expect as well. More wealthy owners are getting involved in the lower leagues and it makes it even harder to compete.
We know that we have a unique USP. We have history of signing players from lower leagues, brushing them up and then selling them for big money. Whether that be Craig Mackail-Smith or Ivan Toney, Ryan Bennett or Dwight Gayle, it is a persuasive opportunity that we can put forward to young players.
However, whilst that would work in the early years of Darragh MacAnthony’s era, it is proving more and more difficult because players are looking for money as well as the right opportunity, but we continue to work hard in the transfer market.
Our latest success is Ephron Mason-Clark. We signed him from non-league Barnet and he is already proving to be a hit, both in terms of his star quality, but also in terms of his
work ethic. Our current manager Darren Ferguson is loving working with him and he is scoring goals and already becoming a fans favourite.
Away from our fortunes at Peterborough United, higher up the pyramid, club’s continue to spend the money like it is going out of fashion. Fees of £20 million isn’t even making newspapers. Just goes to show how regular that occurrence is these days!
Even in the Conference, we have seen clubs breaking the bank for success. I do hope these clubs are being prudent within their means though. We have seen countless examples in the past of clubs spending more than their means and going out of business. You only have to look at Bury to know that things can go pear-shaped.
That is why it is important that the clubs know what their limits are. In the transfer market, the most difficult word to say is no. But often it is the right word to say. We know when to say no at Peterborough United, but it is getting harder and harder if you want to compete.

Reconnect
and Rejuvenate
at Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa
Step inside Ye Olde Bell Hotel and Spa and experience a world away from the everyday. Artfully combining striking contemporary interiors and luxurious modern comforts it is the perfect retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Built as a Coaching Inn in the 1680s, it has been sympathetically modernised and extended still maintaining its old-fashioned charm. It now boasts a multi-million-pound spa, and a guest book containing signatures of Bing Crosby, Oliver Reed, Joan Crawford and other A-listers.
Which means if it’s good enough for A-listers then its good enough for us!
The Spa officially opened in 2017 after a multi-million-pound investment and is all it promises and more. It is a world of ultimate relaxation all under one roof.
It was a winters day and the temperature was a chilly five degrees, yet I was sat outside in just my swimsuit, had I gone mad? The outside setting has been made to look like a mini Alpine chalet village with rustic log cabins that include day beds, blankets and heaters all there for you to just cosy up and relax. On the outside they are adorned with twinkling lights, and the mouth-watering smell of coffee and hot chocolate wafts in the air. There’s also a deliciously warm outdoor/indoor vitality pool to take a dip in, it’s a dreamy setting that wouldn’t be out of place at a luxury ski resort.
Adding to the Alpine theme is the ‘Snowstorm Experience’ (the only one in the country), press the snowfall button for a snow shower, or if you’re brave enough select snowstorm, where you literally get covered in snow! The perfect experience to help boost your immune system and eliminate toxins.
You can then take your pick from the other 10 unique thermal experiences, whether it’s the Herbal Lanconium (a natural infusion of herbs with periodic bursts of gentle steam) or the Alpine Sauna (a traditional sauna, the hottest of all the experiences) there’s something for everyone you’ll be spoilt for choice, that is if you can drag yourself away from your cosy wooden cabin, but drag I did (reluctantly I might add) to experience for myself the Sabbia Med, a deeply relaxing, uplifting therapy that replicates sunrise to sunset in a 30 minute cycle.
This takes place in a private room, full of sand, deckchairs and seascapes on the wall, the ambience is to recreate a scenic beach
scene. Once you’ve got yourself comfy you just relax and let the light therapy begin. Low levels of UV are emitted to release Vitamin D whilst specialised lamps are used to alleviate SAD, it is the most rejuvenating, tranquillising experience I have ever had and with the soft crashing of the waves being emitted into the room, you open your eyes and for a minute forget you are NOT actually at the beach!
Just as nourishing as the spa is lunch that takes place in the Spa’s Herb Garden Brasserie. Lunch is pre-ordered which means there’s no waiting around, giving you more time to savour the flavours of the perfectly crafted dishes. We enjoyed crayfish and beetroot salad with goat’s cheese curd, pan seared seabass with celeriac puree and buttered greens, and blueberry and almond tart with clotted cream ice cream and berry compote the dishes certainly didn’t disappoint and were elegantly presented, flavoursome and fresh.
There’s a spa package to suit everyone, whether it’s a morning visit, evening, full day or overnight the choice is yours.
We were staying in one of the luxury lodges (there are two) adjacent to the hotel positioned in their own private courtyard. Internally the lodges are reminiscent of a small hunting lodge with muted earthy tones on the walls, country chic furnishings, antique dark wood furniture, leather seating and a stunning open tread handcrafted oak staircase that leads to the galleried double bedroom. The large bed encompasses a serene atmosphere and the bathroom with its freestanding roll top bath is the perfect place to soak away the day.
Dinner was held in the AA Rosette Restaurant 1650, with dark wood panelling throughout, art deco touches, dark table cloths and beautiful chandeliers, the ambience was one of a bygone era of grandeur.
The wine list offers a fabulous selection and after a little deliberating we settled on a bottle of the ‘West Coast Swing White Zinfandel’ (I’m quite a simple girl when it comes to wine choices, give me a Zinfandel Rose anytime and I’m happy).
Decadence is assured with a selection of mouth-watering dishes on the menu. We began with a caprese salad which was fresh and had some of the tasty tomatoes I’d ever eaten. A crayfish and crevette cocktail with avocado and granary bread was the other choice and was utterly delicious.
I kept my mains simple with the chargrilled aged ribeye steak, Portobello mushrooms, crispy onions and triple cooked chips – it may be a simple dish but it far from tasted simple the meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavour. Hubbie opted for comfort food and indulged in the gourmet pie of the day (beef), seasonal local vegetables, chips and red wine gravy, another hit that had even him wondering if he had room for dessert!
After much temptation and drooling over desserts we decided to share (that means I have one spoonful, hubbie has the rest!) and we settled on the mango and passion fruit cheesecake, a sweet indulgence that had my palette suitably impressed.
The hotel is steeped in history and it is well worth taking the time to explore. With its dark panelling, velvet hues, brass lamps, high ceilings and hidden corners it’s the perfect setting for a Period Drama or Hercule Poirot mystery.
After a restful night’s sleep, we were back in the main hotel for a hearty breakfast. A buffet of cereals, pastries and fruit can be perused while you sip on warm coffee or fruit juice, before ordering something freshly cooked from the menu.
If you’re looking for a spot of pure indulgence, a time to reconnect and rejuvenate in a beautiful spa setting then Ye Olde Bell is the perfect retreat for pampering, rest and relaxation.

Berlins Hottest New Opening
Oranienburger Strasse and the Bode Museum opened its doors as a hotel at the end of last year. This lavishly restored historic building combines a hotel, restaurant, bar, event space, a private members club and is a meeting place for locals and globals.
At the Telegraphenamt you don't just sleep or eat, you live. Already the spacious driveway opposite Monbijoupark is impressive. Instead of the classic lobby, guests are greeted by an open plan room with plants, comfortable benches and the original pneumatic mail tube system. This, as it was more than 100 years ago, is the communications hub of the hotel. The atmosphere is open and lively. There is a welcome drink from the adjacent bar or a snack from the in-house Japanese Bakery & Sushi Bar. Check-in is done with an iPad simply and easily while having a drink or on the way to the room.
The hotel has 97 rooms and maisonettes. The design of the interiors is influenced by the Berlin of the 1920s, the building’s history itself and the current lifestyle of the city. Original building elements such as the historic columns, capped ceilings in the rooms and the exposed brick walls have been integrated into the modern interior design. Rooms facing Monbijoupark afford distinctive perspectives of Berlin including views of the TV Tower, the Berlin Cathedral and the red City Hall. The seven maisonettes with 4.3 meter (14 feet) high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unequaled living experience.
ROOT Restaurant
In the same building as the hotel: the ROOT Restaurant. Here a variety of tastes, influences and philosophies are found on the plate. Beloved dishes from different parts of the world are on the menu. The international breadth is
rendered regionally as a large part of the ingredients are local. Behind the concept is the team of Berlin restaurateur Roland Mary who also runs the hotel: "We do what we think is good." Those who would like to look over the chefs' shoulders as they prepare their dishes can take a seat at the counter facing the open kitchen. The restaurant is the ideal place to meet for a relaxed lunch, casual get-togethers or creative talks during the day. For evenings that turn into night, the bar sits adjacently.
The "Hub" for Relaxation
To stay fit for the capital city and the world, hotel guests and members of the Private Members Club "Longlat" can use the modern fitness and wellbeing area "hub" with its modern equipment and training areas for yoga, boxing or CrossFit. Treatment services and saunas complete the offer. In the "hub", well-being is not just a fashion term. Here body and mind are treated holistically. From physiotherapists to chiropractors to facial treatments, the "hub" offers a comprehensive program for physical and mental development.
Events at the Telegraphenamt
The event area provides the perfect setting for a variety of events whether creative sessions, panel talks, fashion installations, conferences or corporate events. In the former coachman's yard, the glass roof provides a distinctively lit atmosphere. The adjacent smaller hall complements the space. In both rooms high ceilings, daylight, exposed brick walls and parquet flooring create an atmospheric ambience. The seven maisonettes are available for interviews and more private discussions in smaller groups.

Charlie and The Chocolate Factory
Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory comes to Milton Keynes Theatre for a month long stint this February. The Musical tells the devilishly delicious tale of young golden ticket winner Charlie Bucket and the mysterious confectionary wizard Willy Wonka.
We caught up with Gareth Snook who stars as ‘Willy Wonka’ as he talks vices, chocolate and ‘The Full Monty’.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a beloved book by Road Dahl and has seen numerous film and stage adaptations. Were you a fan of the story growing up? Bizarrely enough I came to Roald Dahl’s work later in life having not grown up with it. As an adult I can appreciate the intricacies of his work but wish I had come to his world of imagination much earlier – it really is fabulous!
Many people will have their own interpretation of Willy Wonka, from having read the books to seeing Gene Wilder and Johnny Depp on screen. How have you approached the character and put your own spin on him?
I watched the films when they came out, and I’ve revisited them again for research purposes, but because I came to the book late it offered me the opportunity to have an open mind with my interpretation. Wonka is a mercurial character. He’s everything you want him to be, which is great fun to play, despite his cynicism and how sinister he is at times. You might say he’s as layered as a gobstopper!
What character were you most like when you were younger?
Wonka, of course. You only have to talk to our director James Brining, who said, ‘I don’t know where Wonka starts and you end.’ I do have a strange affinity with the character. I don’t know whether that’s a good or bad thing! He’s a complex character, but I do understand his frustrations and disappointments.
Do you have a sweet tooth – what is your vice?
Oh my god, I have such a sweet tooth. My vice is chocolate, and I’m not just saying that. But I have been so good limiting my sugar intake doing this show – there are only so many times the wardrobe department can expand the waist of my trousers!
If you could invent your own Wonka chocolate bar, what would it be?
I mean, I would eat anything in chocolate, but I’d want to combine mint and orange as they’re my two favourite flavours.
The story of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was first published in 1964. Why do you think the magic of the factory and this fantastical journey had stood the test of time?
All of the characters, from Wonka to Charlie and all the children, have been written so vividly that they’re enticing. They all come from such different backgrounds so kids can relate to them and their families. Although they are all in some ways spoilt and excessive, and are allowed to be by their parents, kids can relate to this and find the enjoyment in it, especially when they get their just desserts. The story really has got everything… and who doesn’t like chocolate!
You’ve had an impressive stage career from Phantom of the Opera to Les Miserables and Made in Dagenham. What are you most looking forward to about touring the UK with this production?
I’ve spent so much time in London working, so I’m looking forward to revisiting the cities. I haven’t toured for 20-years. The last time I toured I came to Milton Keynes theatre playing Harold in The Full Monty, which was a blast!
The musical features a score by the multi awardwinning composer and lyricist of Hairspray and Mary Poppins Returns, Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. How would you describe the soundtrack? It’s quite diverse. There’s so many nods to different musical genres from pop to heartfelt ballads and big dancing theatrical numbers. Wonka also has a brilliant patter song at the top of Act 2. It really has got everything in it!
What do you hope audiences take away from this new production?
I hope audiences leave with a tear in the eye and a big smile on their face. I think the production is very moving, especially towards the end, and it is also great fun. I’d love to sit out and watch it myself!
Is there a piece of advice you’ve received or that you would pass on to anyone hoping to go into the creative industry?
You’ve got to put in the hard work, because it is hard work. You’ve got to be prepared to commit yourself 100% because the industry is notoriously difficult for actors or any other person working in theatre. If someone loves acting and they feel they can’t do anything else and that’s all they want to do, then they’re already halfway there.
Charlie and The Chocolate Factory Is appearing at Milton Keynes Theatre from Thursday 9 February –Sunday 5 March 2023. Tickets are available from www.atgtickets.com/miltonkeynes
