In every area of growth, from your education to your career to athletic training, it’s your level of mental toughness and determination that accurately predicts your level of achievement. Grit is a more reliable and accurate indicator of future success than any other determinant. Having grit is important because it becomes a driver of achievement and success – well beyond what skill and knowledge provide. If you are dedicated to achieving a clear long-term goal, and steadfast in your pursuit, undeterred by the sacrifices required, that is mental toughness and grit.

How do you see the future of women in business for 2023 what does the world need more of? I see the future of women in business for 2023 as one of increased opportunity and success. Women will continue to break down barriers and make their mark in the business world. They will be more visible in leadership roles, and their voices will be heard in boardrooms and executive offices. I see a future of women in business for 2023 that is full of opportunity and growth.
Women will be more empowered than ever before, with more access to resources, education, and support. Women will be more visible in leadership roles, and will be more likely to be seen as pioneering and visionary leaders of our time. Women will embrace the toughness, the courage, the bravery, the resiliency and the
spirit that drives all of us forward. Women will be the backbone, the inspiration, the steel nerve and the vision that we all cling to, and are inspired by, everyday.
