Education Awaits You at the AAOC Trade Show & Conference

L

ast month, I talked about education being a core service provided by the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), and the importance of members continuing their professional education, no matter how many years they’ve been a rental housing provider. With the AAOC Trade Show & Conference coming up on Thursday May 5, 2022, I thought I’d shine the spotlight this month on the free educational seminars and maintenance demonstrations that will be presented that day. The sessions will cover a wide range of topics beneficial to independent rental owners, property management company staff, and other multifamily housing professionals. I highly recommend you attend as many sessions as possible, while also leaving time to walk the trade show floor and meet with our exhibitors. Here are the educational programs that AAOC has lined up for this year’s show:
