“Cinco lobitos” is my first film, a dream come true. And that which I dreamed big. I dreamed of making a first film of myself, personal.

I dreamed of telling a story that talked about an imperfect family and the difficulty in expressing affections to those we most want. I dreamed of doing this accompanied by producers who believed in what we did.

And I even dreamed that the audience would make it their own. Fulfilling a dream is unusual and magical, as if life gives you something, like being happy and knowing it.”

“Cinco lobitos” nire lehen filma da, egia bihurtutako ametsa. Eta nik handia egiten nuen hori. Nire lehen filma egin nahi zuen, pertsonala.

Familia inperfektu bati eta gehien maite ditugunei afektuak adierazteko zailtasunari buruzko istorio bat kontatzea zuen amets. Egiten genuen horretan sinesten zuten ekoizle batzuekin egin nahi zuen hori.
