Then you can go to the bay from the During Main Pier and enjoy the beaches. On the side of your Stay Zihuatanejo, Playa La Ropa is perfect for swimming because its crescent shape protects it from intense waves. Also in Las Gatas the water is perfect for snorkeling; while Playa Principal is an option to travel in a panga. In Ixtapa you can take a bicycle and take a tour through its boulevard, go to the Marina, the Golf Course or reach the Aztlan Park. As for beaches, Playa Larga it’s the best for tanning, for water sports there is Playa Palmar, and to learn to surf Playa Linda. If you like golfing you should not miss the Palma Real Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., or visit the Marina Ixtapa Golf Club, with bridges and ponds.
