Mansaguinda, Sitio Minbahandi Tribal Chieftain, underscored the services extended by Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster
(PRLEC) memberagencies led by TESDA for the different programs given to them. He also cited the efforts made by Agusan del Norte Governor Dale B. Corvera and Nasipit Municipal Mayor Enrico R.
