Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 identified the arrested suspect as Junnel Bantilan Edradan, alias Jun, 26 years old, male, single, jobless, and resident of Purok 2, Sitio Lumaban, Barangay Rizal, Surigao City. Edradan was listed as the Top 10 priority HighValue Individual (HVI) of Surigao del Norte.
Authorities confiscated during the operation were: gray sling bag containing Php500 bill marked money; black keypad mobile phone black; cash money amounting to Php150 in the different denomination; a small transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance of suspected shabu bought by the operative who acted Caraga INFOCUS
