Focus on Fitness ue to the coronavirus, we’re all stuck in one country. Most of us have more time than ever before to focus on fitness. The downside is that most fitness centres are severely limited in capacity. The upside – we can run or cycle outside, given Singapore’s weather.
STRENGTH TRAINING, STREAMED Jogging and cycling are great for getting your cardio in, but what about your resistance workouts? We need to get our muscles stimulated and engaged, too. So, what can we do? Active Fitness has been livestreaming classes straight to your living room. This has meant that Members of the Swiss Club were able to still keep their muscles fully engaged and keep their strength up through the lockdown and beyond. MORE CLASSES, MORE INSTRUCTORS Bearing in mind the strict restrictions in gyms, we have increased the number of classes available to our Members and also the number of our instructors. With a class available almost every day of the week, you can definitely find a spot to get in a great workout especially if your external gyms do not have the capacity to accommodate you.
PRIVATE SESSIONS If classes aren’t your thing, you can always book a private session. Our instructors are all fully certified and highly trained to help you achieve your fitness goals. With a dedicated team permanently stationed at the Swiss Club, we have been helping Members achieve their fitness goals since 2014, to a high level of satisfaction.
