Pre-registration is required.

Snack and Learn Workshop Dates: July 21 Age: 55+ Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM Cost: Free Location: East Suffolk Recreation Center Come join us for this free informational workshop where you will learn that finding resources for seniors and veterans is as simple as a click of a mouse! Participants will learn how to access online resources on healthy aging, financial topics, caregiver support, housing and much more. Healthy snacks will be provided. Registration is required.
Senior Aerobics Date: All year Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays Time: 10:00 - 11:00 AM Location: East Suffolk Age: 55+ Cost: FREE with Annual and Fitness Membership This class is an hour class that focuses on floor aerobics which may help to increase your mobility, balance, strength & flexibility.
Senior Prom Date: June 10 Location: Curtis R. Milteer, Sr. Recreation Center Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Ages: 55+ Cost: $12 We would love to see you in your best attire for our Senior Prom. This event will be one you don’t want to miss as it includes music, food, dancing, door prizes, and more! The theme for the Senior Prom is “Masquerade” so feel free to go all out and show us what you’ve got! Pre-registration is required. Event information is subject to change.
