This past March I attended my fifth and final March Melody as a Circle K member. March Melody is one of the two biggest annual fundraisers planned and hosted by our sister CKI club at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At this event, singers perform an exhibition song of their choice in front of an audience. After that, all audience members are invited to outbid each other in order to win the right to be serenaded by the singer on stage. Attendees are welcome to bid and be serenaded as individuals or as a group. In addition to some great performances, there was also food, an on-site service project, appreciation letters for performers, a photobooth, and a table full of amazing baskets that could be won from an opportunity drawing. All proceeds from the event were donated to a great community resource: The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada........................................... This March Melody in particular was an unforgettable one. This is mostly thanks to the performers who put their heart into singing and serenading their winning bidders. From our club, we had two performances: one by Jessica Itliong and one by Boba Time Rush (Amy Kobayashi, Rachel Nguyen, Vivian Nguyen). Jessica wowed the crowd and BTR gave us laughs along the way too. You should ask them to sing for you next time you see them! You should also plan to go to next year's March Melody and support a great cause and have a great time with some great singers!.......................................................

Congratulations to everyone that was recognized at this year's District Convention! Although DCON was unfortunately canceled due to the global pandemic, the district was able to host a great online version of this event for all members to attend. Even though we weren’t face to face, we still felt the great connection throughout CNH! Hopefully we are able to meet each other in person for next years District Convention, and we can’t wait to see you all! ..............

Hi there, my wonderful predecessor! Wow, I can't believe it's already been a whole year since I first met you at the Fall Welcome Week tabletop. I know it was a while ago, but I still remember how incredibly nice and funny you were during that little event. Just so you know, your kindness is one of the main reasons I ended up loving this club so much :) I hope I can inspire other first years to commit to CKI like you did to me. And also you did so well during your last term. You set the bar high, and I hope I'm making it up to your expectations hehe. I'm very thankful to have gotten to know you, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. I know you'll do great things in the future. Big congrats!
Hey Pal. I just wanted to say you have done an absolutely amazing job during the past term. I know things got tough at times, but I'm glad you made it through. Thank you for getting me addicted to the tiramisu puff cream milk tea, now I can't stop thinking about even when I am stuck in quarantine. Even though I wasn't able to spend a lot of time with you, it doesn't take much to notice that you a little weird hehe! Thank you for being my big. I will miss you and your "hehe"s.

Wow I can't believe it's been a year since I first joined SUSHI BOARD. I went from not knowing many people in the club, to now that I feel like CKI is my home. Thank you for everything we had done together throughout the year and I made a lot of cute memories with y'all. I am really grateful for everything you guys have done. I appreciate y'all soooo muchhhh!
