Cautero Creazioni è un laboratorio artigiano di ceramica. Nasce dalla passione per l’argilla, per il lavoro manuale e dalla creatività di Rosanna Cautero. Negli anni la sua passione coinvolge anche le figlie Alessandra e Elisa, che dal 2012 decidono di tramutare una passione nel mestiere artigiano. Negli anni l’attività si è sviluppata e cresciuta: inizialmente focalizzata su l’arredo nel tempo si è concentrata sulla creazione di gioielli in ceramica e di recente sulla ceramica d’uso.

Cautero Creazioni is a ceramic artisan workshop, born from Rosanna Cautero’s passion for clay and for the manual work and creativity. Over the years his passion involves her daughters Alessandra and Elisa, who since 2012 decide to turn a passion into craft trade. Over the years the business has developed and grown: initially focused on the furnishing, then it has focused on the creation of ceramic jewels and recently on household ceramics.

Il laboratorio Orafo Tamburlini è attivo a Udine dal 1971 ed è specializzato nella riparazione, creazione e restauro di oggetti di oreficeria e gioielleria. Si creano gioielli moderni e in stile anche su richiesta e disegno del cliente.

The Tamburlini Goldsmithery workshop has been operational in Udine since 1971 and it is specialised in the repair, creation and restoration of items of precious metalworking and jewellery. Modern and stylish jewellery is created also upon request and the customer’s drawings.

Bracciale ispirato alle porte vinciane, inventate da Leonardo Da Vinci, che sfruttavano la variazione del livello di un corso d’acqua per la loro apertura e chiusura, rendendo così possibile la navigazione nei canali. Quando sono chiuse formano un angolo interno inferiore ai 180° e ancora oggi, su tutti i canali del mondo, sono in uso per “conducer acqua da uno loco ad uno altro”.

This is a bracelet inspired by the miter gates, invented by Leonardo Da Vinci, that exploited the changes in levels in waterway locks by means of their opening and closing, therefore making it possible to sail down canals. When they are closed, they form an interior angle of less than 180° and even today, on all canals worldwide, they are still used for “conducting water from one place to another.”

Elena Sartoria nasce nel 1999 a Cordenons, dal 2000 viene trasformata in atelier di abiti da sposa e cerimonia. Riceve il riconoscimento come laboratorio artistico nel 2009. Trasferitasi a Pordenone a fine del 2011 amplia l’offerta di lavorazioni e servizi per qualsiasi tipo di necessità: dai costumi teatrali a quelli della tradizione, ai prototipi. Nel 2014 riceve il riconoscimento e la qualifica di Maestro Artigiano e Bottega-scuola. Si tengono in laboratorio corsi di cucito base e approfondimento su tecniche sartoriali.

Elena sartoria was founded in 1999 in Cordenons, while in 2000, it became an atelier specialising in wedding dresses and formal clothes for special occasions... It was officially acknowledged as an artistic workshop in 2009. At the end of 2011, the atelier moved to Pordenone, extending the range of services and processes offered to fulfil all needs ranging between theatrical costumes to those of a more traditional nature as well as prototypes. In 2014, the qualifications of Master Artisan and Educational Workshop were achieved. Basic sewing classes as well as courses on in-depth tailoring techniques are held.

Per salvaguardare il territorio dal nemico Leonardo progetta una barriera per formare un lago. Creo idealmente una barriera con i cerchi colorati che trattengono l’acqua. Quella in eccesso esce sulla terra formando dei vortici. La morfologia del terreno, rappresentata dai due tipi di tessuto, crea nell’insieme di acqua e terra l’essenza universale.

To safeguard territory from enemies, Leonardo designs a barrier to form a lake. Ideally I create a barrier with colored circles holding water. Excess water comes out on the earth, forming vortices. The morphology of the terrain, represented by the two types of fabric, create the universal essence in the whole of water and land.

L’attività di Eleonora Zannier nasce nel 2016 dall’esigenza di trasformare la passione per l’arte musiva in un lavoro, facendo seguito alla precedente formazione presso la Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli. Situato nello spilimberghese, nel laboratorio si ideano mosaici artistici contemporanei, ma di tradizione antica. La realizzazione di un mosaico, infatti, avviene ancora con gli stessi strumenti: con martellina e tagliolo vengono tagliate manualmente le tessere che andranno a comporre l’opera, ricavandole da vetri veneziani prodotti artigianalmente, oppure da materiali naturali come marmi e ciottoli. Il sapere artigiano è alla base dell’unicità delle opere, che possono essere create su commissione, o essere frutto di una ricerca artistica, mediante la sperimentazione di nuove tecniche e materiali.

Eleonora Zannier’s business was founded in 2016 following the need to transform her passion for mosaic art into a profession, after completing her studies at the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli (Friuli Mosaic School). Her workshop, in the Spilimbergo area, not only contemporary artistic mosaics are conceived, but also those pursuing this ancient tradition. In fact, the creation of a mosaic is still carried out using the same tools: with the hammer and the hardie, the mosaic tiles of which the work will be composed are cut by hand, taking them from handcrafted Venetian glass, or from natural materials such as marble and pebbles. The artisanal know-how is at the base of the uniqueness of the works, that can be either commissioned, or the result of artistic research, through the experimentation of new techniques and materials.

L’elemento protagonista è il sasso: i materiali sono selezionati e raccolti singolarmente dal letto del Tagliamento e rappresentano un omaggio a questo fiume, da secoli preziosa risorsa per mosaicisti e terrazzieri friulani. Dalla forma sottile e allungata, i sassi sono disposti a formare delle linee sinuose che ricordano lo scorrere dell’acqua. I colori, naturali e tenui, rimandano alle tinte dei campi e delle montagne in cui essa scorre. La composizione nel complesso trasmette tranquillità e armonia, ma al tempo stesso solidità e forza, come il paesaggio da cui prende spunto.

The first element is the stone: the materials are selected and collected individually from Tagliamento and represent a tribute to this river, a precious resource for Friulian mosaicists. From the thin and elongated shape, the stones are arranged to form sinuous lines that remind flow of water. The colors, natural and soft, refer to the colors of the fields and mountains in which water flows. The composition conveys tranquility and harmony, but also solidity and strength, like the Friulan landscape.

Filà Fiabe utilizza tecniche tradizionali e moderne per realizzare oggetti unici attraverso la cardatura della lana. Si propone, inoltre, di diffondere la conoscenza di questo antico mestiere, recuperando la parte storica e le tradizioni legate al territorio, in collaborazione con studiosi storici. Con un ciuffo di lana e l’utilizzo di un ago si può dare forma alla fantasia: creature come fate, gufi, gnomi e folletti prendono forma proprio come fossero usciti da una fiaba.

Filà Fiabe uses both traditional and modern techniques to create unique objects through wool carding. Moreover, it spreads the knowledge of this ancient craft, by recovering the historical part as well as the traditions linked to the local area, in collaboration with renowned scholars. Using a tuft of wool and a needle, it is possible to give shape to imagination: creatures such as fairies, owls, gnomes and elves come to life, as if they had just come out of a fairy-tale.

Sassi d’Isonzo e lana come in un antico archetipo legati da spirali e vortici di idee ed ispirazioni. Sul fiume uniti per difendere il territorio, come un albero fa con le proprie radici, affondandole nella terra, riconoscendo le origini. E poi fiori, frutti e farfalle per connettersi con Madre Terra e Cielo.

“Sassi d’Isonzo” (Rocks from the Isonzo riverbed) and wool are combined to create an ancient archetype bound by spirals and vortices of ideas and inspirations. Together, along the river in order to defend the local territory, just as a tree does with its roots, penetrating deep into the soil, acknowledging its origins. Moreover, there are flowers, fruit and butterflies in order to interconnect with Mother Earth and Heaven.
