Le due aziende nascono nel 1998 da Francesca Comello e Selene Del Ross che hanno trasformato in un lavoro le loro passioni; da sempre le due artigiane condividono gli spazi del laboratorio a Coccau. Francesca, dopo la laurea in Beni Culturali decide di rendere concreta la sua passione per l’arte e così, a Roma, studia restauro. Selene, dopo aver svolto una professione diversa, decide di trasformare la sua passione per il disegno e le arti decorative in qualcosa di concreto e si specializza in Svizzera in Bauernmalerei. Si occupano di restauro e decorazione a 360 gradi. Dalle opere tutelate dai Beni Culturali all’arredamento di interni. Dal 2014 hanno aperto anche un negozio a Camporosso, dove, usando tecniche tradizionali, realizzano creazioni non convenzionali.

The two companies were born in 1998 from Francesca Comello and Selene Del Ross, who turned their passions into a job; the two artisans have always shared workshop’s space in Coccau. Francesca, after graduating in Cultural Heritage, she studied restoration. in Rome. Selene, after having worked in a different profession, decides to transform her passion for drawing and decorative arts into something concrete and she studied Bauernmalerei in Switzerland. From the restoration’s works to interior furnishings decoration. Since 2014 they have also opened a shop in Camporosso, where, using traditional techniques, they create unconventional creations.

Una cornice in legno antico circonda un doppio vetro, al cui interno c’è l’uomo vitruviano, forse il disegno più conosciuto di Leonardo, realizzato in legno dipinto. Il cerchio e il quadrato sono in metallo i cui bordi sono arricchiti da foglia d’oro e d’argento. L’uomo, ancora una volta, è posto al centro dell’opera e diventa misura per conoscere il mondo. Anche nell’era 4.0, in cui la tecnologia sovrasta ogni azione quotidiana, l’uomo, attraverso la creatività e le relazioni, deve mantenere la sua centralità.

An antique wooden frame surrounds a double glass, inside which there is the Vitruvian man, perhaps the Leonardo’s most famous design, made of painted wood. The circle and the square are in metal whose edges are embellished with gold and silver leaf. The man, once again, is placed at the center of the work and becomes a measure to learn about the world. Even in the 4.0 era, in which the technology dominates every daily action, man, through creativity and relationships, must maintain its centrality.

We are sisters who have different personalities, tastes and thoughts and we firmly believe that our differences actually provide the driving force behind Impronta Creativa. On the one hand, Beatrice, who has a restless soul, is always seeking new worlds to discover and new techniques to experiment on materials; she is the creative mind behind the Artisanal Brand. On the other hand, Marta, with her rational soul, pays painstaking attention to details and finishes; she has a more practical, pragmatic mind. I pouff nascono dal concetto di movimento che parte da una sorgente e si propaga nel tempo e nello spazio. Sono modulari e nelle immagini sono messe in evidenza alcune delle varie composizioni possibili. Sono comodi e leggeri e possono sostenere fino a 170 kg. Sono progettati, tagliati e assemblati nel laboratorio artigianale; il materiale è cartone doppia onda con uno strato di copertura in plexiglass, il cuscino è imbottito e rivestito con tessuto di raso di cotone Rubelli “Gio’ Ponti” colori blu e avorio.

The pouffes originate from the concept of movement that starts from a source and which then propagates through both time and space. They are modular and, in the photos, some of the various possible combinations are shown. They are comfortable, light and can bear a weight up to 170 kg. They have been designed, cut and assembled in the artisanal workshop; it is made of double-wall corrugated cardboard with a plexiglass covering, the cushion is padded and covered with blue and ivory Rubelli “Gio’ Ponti” cotton satin fabric.

La.M.Mec. di Berin Maurizio & C. snc nasce 25 anni fa dalla passione artigiana di Maurizio Berin per la lavorazione del ferro. La produzione consisteva di piccoli lotti di sedie in metallo e nella fabbricazione di carpenteria medio leggera, per passare alla produzione di manufatti per l’edilizia: ringhiere, scale, portoni e pensiline. Sempre con la stessa passione costruiamo oggetti che arredano l’interno e l’esterno della casa: portavasi, tavolini, gazebo, caminetti, letti, poltrone. Si integra la lavorazione tradizionale con le idee di design più avveniristiche, dall’unione dell’acciaio Cor-Ten con l’acciaio inox, alla lavorazione del ferro scaldato e battuto con sapienti colpi.

LA.M.Mec S.n.c. was founded 25 years ago thanks to Maurizio Berin’s artisanal passion for ironworking. The production process consisted in small batches of metal chairs as well as the fabrication of medium-light structural steelwork, and then to move onto the production of items for the construction industry: railings, staircases, front doors and canopies. Always with the same passion, we create objects that furnish both the interior and the exterior of the home: pot holders, tables, gazebos, fireplaces, beds, armchairs. The traditional manufacturing process is blended with the most futuristic design ideas, ranging between the combination of Cor-Ten steel with stainless steel, to the working of iron that is heated and hammered with skilful strokes.

“Come è più difficile a ‘ntendere l’opere di natura che un libro d’un poeta.” diceva Leonardo da Vinci. Il gazebo è costruito in ferro battuto con decorazioni che ricordano la vite friulana che si avviluppa sulla struttura dell’opera. La terra si appropria delle costruzioni dell’uomo e l’ingegno umano torna a mettersi al servizio della natura, per conoscerla, studiarla e rispettarla, l’opera è realizzata da Andrea Berin.

The land that appropriates itself of man-made constructions and human genius that, once again, puts itself at the service of nature, in order to know more about it, to study it and to respect it.
