Specializzato nella lavorazione di mosaico d’oro, smalti, ciottoli di marmo, vetro colorato e trasparente, realizza per i propri clienti accessori di moda, ciondoli, cinture in argento e oggetti d’arte, nonché decori d’interni e complementi d’arredo personalizzati, pannelli decorativi per privati e loghi aziendali.

themissingpiece.it is an artistic artisanal workshop where design and production revolve around the ancient art form of mosaic design: traditional materials and techniques, light, surface and colour are at the root of the personal research carried out in order to present an ancient art form in an entirely renewed, contemporary style. themissingpiece.it is specialised in the creation of mosaics using gold, enamels, marble pebble stones, coloured and transparent glass for its customers producing fashion accessories, pendants, silver belts and objets d’art as well as customised items of interior décor and furnishing accessories, decorative panels for private customers and company logos.

Leonardo da Vinci è stato un talento universale del Rinascimento, trasversale all’arte ed alla scienza. In un tempo dove tutti i grandi hanno un hashtag personale, scelgo di celebrare questo inventore, artista e scienziato con l’hashtag #sparkling lavorato con tessere di specchio.

Leonardo da Vinci was a universal talent of the Renaissance period, with transversal skills in both the fields of art and science. In an era where all important figures have their own, personal hashtag, I have chosen to pay a tribute to this great inventor, artist and scientist by using the #sparkling hashtag created using mirror mosaic tiles.

Ulderica Da Pozzo ha aperto la sua attività nel 1980. Ha approfondito lo studio del linguaggio fotografico con Ferdinando Scianna, Gabriele Basilico, Oliviero Toscani, Franco Fontana. Collabora e pubblica su testate di tiratura nazionale e con vari periodici regionali. Ha dedicato molta parte della sua professione a ricerche sul territorio che sono diventate importanti mostre e monografie. Alcune sue opere, scelte ad Arles da Claude Lemagnj, sono conservate dalla Bibliotheque Nationale di Parigi Departement des estampes et de la photographie. Tra le sue pubblicazioni si ricorda “Le Voci dell’acqua” (Forum Edizioni), un affascinante percorso visivo lungo il bacino imbrifero montano del Tagliamento, dalle Alpi Carniche fino alla pedemontana pordenonese.

Ulderica Da Pozzo opened its business in 1980. She studied photographic language with Ferdinando Scianna, Gabriele Basilico, Oliviero Toscani, Franco Fontana. She collaborates and publishes on national newspapers and various regional periodicals. Some of his works, chosen in Arles by Claude Lemagnj, are preserved by the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris Departement des estampes et de la photographie. Her publications include “Le Voci dell’acqua” (Forum Edizioni), a fascinating visual journey along the Tagliamento river basin, from the Carnic Alps to the Pordenone foothills.

I have had my workshop for 10 years, I create women’s clothes to measure, from ceremonial garments to historical costumes as well as all kinds of clothing alterations and repairs. I enjoy designing and creating leather accessories. I always put a lot of passion and precision into everything I do, making both my own satisfaction as well as that of my customer’s my utmost priority.

La confezione del vestito richiama il corso del fiume in tutta la sua morbidezza, le maniche richiamano le cascate create lungo il suo percorso allargandosi alla fine come per immettersi nel mare. La cintura in vita richiama le strettoie che incontra lungo il suo cammino, mentre la gonna è volume e morbidezza. Un abito che parla dell’acqua in tutte le sue forme.

The manufacturing of the garment recalls the course of the river with all of its softness, the sleeves represent the waterfalls created along its path widening at the bottom as if they were leading into the sea. The belt around the waist refers to the bottlenecks that it meets along its way, while the skirt features both volume and softness. This is an item of clothing that recalls water in all of its forms.
