A Night In Tuscany The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch welcomed chefs and winemakers Rita Salvi and Silvano Cis from Tenuta Casanova Winery, a vineyard and farm in Chianti. Silvano guided 75 members through a traditional Tuscan dinner featuring Casanova products, such as 30-year-old Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, that paired perfectly with the flavors and aromas of their limited production wines. Their love for their history, traditions and land was undeniable.
