Deerstone Glampsite There’s no shortage of things to do or enjoy at Deerstone Glamping, an outstanding 80 acre site on the borders of Yorkshire and Lancashire, the Dales and the Pennines. Dress up your fence As Spring begins to bloom, you might well be looking to freshen up your garden. There are quick wins to be made in terms of planting, weeding and cutting the lawn, but have you also thought about replacing your garden fencing? Most people only think about their garden fence when it blows down in a storm or starts to split or rot…. but think on. A fence can also offer a quick, stylish update to your outdoor space. Use a fence not just around the perimeter of your garden but also to create zones - get creative and look at some alternatives that can really freshen things up. There are many decorative fencing styles available to really enhance and unlock the potential of your garden. The vertical orientation on feather edge panels mixes up the usual horizontal boards seen on basic panels and still maintains the height needed for privacy in a back garden. Add a curved top panel for a softer look.

For a contemporary look, horizontal slatted panels are popular: they have a lengthening effect as they draw the eye away, and along the fencing so can be useful for making your space for larger. Choose from narrower or wider slats: both make a style statement. In your front garden or to zone off different areas of your back garden, a lower height with decorative features still gives privacy but adds flow of light, again to create the illusion of space which is useful if you are zoning off the patio or allotment area or shielding a shed or bins, also stating clear boundaries at the front of a property. Trellis patterns are varied and can be angular or curved, with open designs or rather more obscured. Some will be enhanced by some fence paint or stain or by trailing plants growing around and up – the choice is yours!

Hanbury Countryside Show Returns Celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year, the Hanbury Countryside Show returns on Saturday 2nd July 2022 and will celebrate the very best of Worcestershire with a great day out for all the family! Daith piercing for migraine relief? What is the ‘Daith’? The daith piercing is a piercing through the smallest fold of cartilage in your ear, right at the point where the outer ridge that runs along the top of your ear connects to your inner ear, just above the ear canal. The jewellery we use for this process is a small titanium curved bar. We highly recommend only getting a curved bar over fancy rings and heart until the piercing is fully healed due to the trauma a ring can cause while the wound is trying to heal. The daith can take anything from 4 - 12 months to fully heal. We recommend a light warm sea salt mixture to cleanse the piercing twice a day (1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to 1 mug of boiling water) The mixture
