You’ll get a sense of how special this area is as soon as you set off to walk, run or cycle through the nature reserve at the end of our road, past the hen reed beds, and along the ever-changing estuary, spotting water voles, otters, herons and little egrets along the way. When you reach the bridge, you can either turn left for Southwold or take a right for Walberswick.
Situated on the Staffordshire/ Derbyshire border, the location is ideal for exploring the charming southern Peak District where you’ll find country walks, quaint villages and an array of local attractions and activities within easy reach.

Wye Valley
Stargazer Glamping is a truly unique boutique glampsite. Set in the most gorgeous mature garden environment in the grounds of a Georgian country house. The site consists of 3 glamping areas that are well separated from each other. Each area having its own 6 person wood-fired hot tub, extensively equipped kitchen, hot shower with limitless hot water and compost toilet. Each has its own firepit and BBQ, sun bed seating and hammocks. You have your own dining table and chairs under a pretty awning.
Hope Farm Retreats is nestled on our 13 acre family-farm, offering farm-based holiday accommodation, glamping, rural skills and craft workshops. We are located in Wye Valley only 1½ hours away on the M50 from the Midlands. We offer two stylish Lotus Belle tents – aptly called Cornflower and Chamomile, to reflect the wildflower meadow they are situated in and the stroll through our Flower Farm to reach them. Both are tastefully decorated to reflect the natural surroundings, using locally sourced furnishings. These are suitable for a family of up to 4, with a luxurious double bed and 2 single futons. For cooler evenings, light the campfire and snuggle under a blanket for some stargazing.
