ONEYBEE Pharmacy limited has turned to the Court seeking an order to bar the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA) from revoking its licence. The pharmaceutical company wants the Lusaka High Court to order that the matter be referred to arbitration as per the provisions of the contract governing the relationship between it and the procuring entity.

OVERNMENT has suspended mining rights for artisanal gold miners in Chongwe who abrogated legal requirements of obtaining consent from the traditional leadership before commencing mining activities.
