THE International Monetary Fund (IMF) has demanded that all public servants declare their wealth
and that the government makes public the ownership details of all companies that are awarded public tenders
as a way of curbing rampant theft of taxpayer’s funds. In a statement issued yesterday, the IMF announcing
it’s executive board’s approval of a new $2.34 billion loan to Kenya, also signed out nine key loss making
