MAN convicted for defiling a four-and-halfyear-old girl, is walking the streets of Lusaka a free man leaving the victim’s family shocked and devastated. The victim’s mother was shocked to meet the convicted man who had repeatedly defiled her daughter and was supposed to be serving 18 years jail term. According to Ms Daisy (surname withheld), she was told by the Social Welfare that the man had been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment and was sent to Katombora Reformatory. To Page 3
