Lean care track based on the staffs Lean processes. Radiology services in the building include an MRI, CT scan, X-ray and Flouro. Construction took 9 months. This project was awarded Best Commercial Contractors Project – Healthcare from the Lee BIA Summit Awards as well as Best Healthcare facility from the Collier BIA Sand Dollar Awards.

This project featured two phases, the first consisted of ground up construction on the all-new 10,700 sq. ft. free-standing emergency department which included a spacious waiting area, 10 well-equipped exam rooms, a dedicated trauma room, and a CT/radiology suite. Phase two focused on an expansion of the phase one project and added 2,500 sq. ft. to original facility, expanding its capabilities. The expansion included additional exam rooms, support spaces, and upgrades to the existing systems and finishes. The project was completed with a focus on providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff alike while ensuring the facility can accommodate emergency situations efficiently and effectively. LEE HEALTH VILLAGE AT COCONUT POINT

This project consists of a mixed used development on a 31-acre site and altogether the project totals 164,000 sq.ft. The new health and wellness destination is the only medical center in southern Lee County addressing the service gaps around the area. Facilities include a Healthy Life Center, Free-standing Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery Center, Recovery Care Center, Laboratory, Imaging, Rehab Therapy, Cardiac Testing and Physician Office Spaces. Services focus on health, healing, and treatment. Patients experience convenience through the hospitals’ system, “five ones” of health care connectivity- one registration, one point of scheduling, one combined schedule of care, one electronic medical record and one patient portal.

104,000 SQ. FT. NAPLES, FL

HSS/NCH FREESTANDING INPATIENT ORTHOPEDIC UNIT

This project is currently under construction.

This project features the new construction of a 3-story, 104,000 sq. ft. orthopedic surgery center with both inpatient and outpatient suites. The work includes building over 22 exam rooms, 2 radiography room, a rehab gym, cafe, and ambulatory surgical center, as well as patient support spaces and administration offices for staff and medical providers.
