eský statistický úřad zveřejnil výsledky stavebnictví za 11 měsíců loňského roku. V Praze byla v tomto období zahájena výstavba 4 969 bytů v nových bytových domech. Celkově by tak za minulý rok mělo být zahájeno přes 5 000 bytů, což je dvojnásobek oproti roku 2018 a současně je to nejvíce od roku 2008. Z podrobnějších údajů o povolování projektů z 22 pražských stavebních úřadů vyplývá nerovnoměrné rozložení výstavby. Ta se koncentruje především do území v severovýchodní části Prahy. V městských částech Praha 3, 8, 9,10, 14 a 15 bylo zahájeno celkem 3 500 bytů, což je 70 % z celkového počtu; žije zde 28 % obyvatel Prahy. Zatímco v Praze 4, 11 a 12, kde bydlí celkem 300 000 obyvatel (25 %), bylo zahájeno jen 620 bytů.

he Czech Statistical Office published results of the building industry for 11 months last year. At that time, the construction of 4,969 apartments in new housing blocks was commenced in Prague. In total, there should be over 5,000 apartments commenced last year, which is double in comparison with 2018 and also the highest number since 2008. More detailed data regarding the approval of projects from 22 Building Authorities in Prague demonstrates an uneven distribution of development. The development is mostly concentrated in the area of the north-eastern part of Prague. In the city districts of Prague 3, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15 there were commenced 3,500 apartments, which is 70% of the overall number; 28% of Prague population lives there. As for Prague 4, 11 and 12, where the population is 300,000 people (25%), there were only 620 apartments commenced.
SUOMI HLOUBĚTÍN – PORI (PRAHA 9)
Developer: YIT Rezidenční čtvrť Suomi Hloubětín s téměř 900 nízkoenergetickými byty ve finském stylu se rozrostla o hrubou stavbu osmé etapy s názvem Pori. Ta zahrnuje tři domy s 82 bytovými jednotkami, z nichž je aktuálně prodáno 40 %. Byla dokončena železobetonová konstrukce a osazení oken. Exteriér čekají práce na fasádě a střechách a terénní úpravy. V interiérech se pracuje na vnitřních omítkách, montážích rozvodů vody a kanalizace, vytápění, vzduchotechniky a elektroinstalací. V nabídce má developer i devátou etapu Vantaa, která byla spuštěna koncem roku 2019.

The luxurious residence Sigma Plaza offers exclusive apartments and retail premises after a comprehensive reconstruction in Prague’s centre. The project comprises two detached buildings, A (entrance from Petrská Street) and B (entrance from Půtova Street), which form an individual and architectural valuable block surrounded by four sides by Petrská, Stárkova, Půtova and Klimentská Streets. NOVÁ ČTVRŤ HAGIBOR (PRAHA 3, U METRA ŽELIVSKÉHO)
Developer: Crestyl The residential district of Suomi Hloubětín, with almost 900 energy efficient apartments built in a Finnish style, was expanded by the rough structure of the eighth stage entitled Pori. This stage comprises three buildings with 82 residential units whereby 40% of them have already been sold. The exterior is to see work carried out on the façade and roofs and terrain work. As for the interiors, work is being carried out on plastering, assembly of water and canalization piping, heating, air-conditioning and electrical installations. The developer’s portfolio also includes the ninth stage, Vantaa, which was commenced at the end of 2019.
Loni v prosinci zahájila skupina Crestyl stavbu prvních dvou bytových domů Alfa a Beta, které jsou součástí nového pražské čtvrti Hagibor. V místě, které symbolicky ukončí Vinohradskou třídu, postupně vyroste pět rezidenčních domů a stejný počet administrativních budov. Vše propojí centrální pěší bulvár s obchody a restauracemi a náměstí s multifunkčním kulturním centrem. Dokončení prvních dvou bytových domů je naplánováno na druhou polovinu roku 2021. Investice do první etapy je téměř 1 mld. Kč. Náklady na celý projekt pak překročí 9 mld. Kč.
Crestyl Group commenced, last December, the construction of the first two housing blocks Alfa and Beta, which belong to the new district of Hagibor, Prague. The area, which is to end Vinohradská Street symbolically, will be complemented with five residential buildings and the same number of administrative ones. Everything will be interconnected by a central pedestrian boulevard with shops and restaurants and a square with multifunctional cultural centre. Completion of the first two housing blocks is scheduled for the second half of 2021. Investment in the first stage is almost CZK 1 billion. Costs for the whole project exceed CZK 9 billion.
