Hi, Goldfish! We’ve got a lot of ongoing service events that you can rack up on service hours with. One of these events is FreeRice! This is a very fun app that you can download, and on it you will be able to answer interesting trivia questions.
Here’s another ongoing service event for you guys to try! This is another app that you guys can download, and on this app you can join one of Key Club’s preferred charities such as March of Dimes or UNICEF. Then, you can begin walking, running or biking to start donating money to these charities.**
One last ongoing service event is Color A Smile! This organization gives out colorful drawings to senior citizens, troops overseas, and anyone in need of a smile! Visit their website at https://colorasmile.org/ for further instructions.**
Each correctly answered trivia question will result in 10 grains of rice that will be donated to those in need. And with every 500 grains of rice donated, you will receive 30 minutes of service! This service event is really great since you can really take your time and have fun with it! It’s super easy, and we’ve had some Key Club members receive up to 50 hours from this one service event!**
MEMBER RECRUIMENT With a new school year starting, means it’s also time begin new member recruitment! If you haven’t already done so, fill out the member recruitment form found on our LinkTree! Whether you are a new member or returning, it is incredibly important for everyone to fill this out!!
