Regatta Bay Yacht and Country Club was the host for another Stuart Houston Shootout to Benefit One Hopeful Place. The mission of One Hopeful Place is to be the front door into permanent housing and to end the cycle of homelessness of those experiencing housing loss in Okaloosa County. One Hopeful Place has helped roughly 200 persons experiencing homelessness get off the street since 2018. Of those 200 individuals, 65% have gone on to find permanent housing accommodations (as of 2021). This is the fourth year for this Pro-Am Shootout Event, which includes the Friday Night Party and Auction. Also on Friday night is the Pro-Am Team Captain auction and Team Calcutta, that gets the crowd going. Another fan favorite is the 50 yard shot from the clubhouse to

the 18th green contest with prizes. Head Pro Mike Giammaresi and his staff did another great job with the tournament set-up and event management. Professional Golf Events were on hand to provide the event with some very cool silent auction items. For More event Information: Contact Sherry Jones at sherry@onehopefulplace.org
