For me, Tulip magazine is the ‘go to’ magazine for news on the new gadgets and technology that have come out now. Being a huge travel bug, I love to look into the travel section of the magazine that gives me insights into the various places I could visit in and around the country , with personal quotes from people who’ve been to those places and also the do’s and don’ts of the trip that have to be kept in mind while travelling. Tulip helps me in planning my trip to exotic places across the country. The Eateries in the city and the trends of the city are also one of the things I catch up on with tulip . Why did you decide to become a fashion designer? The zeal and desire to create things is what led me to it. The beauty of designing is not the final outcome but the process and that is something I enjoy. Also, meeting interesting people and traveling with a purpose, are just a few motives for choosing to be a designer. Tell us a bit about your brand. ‘Mohit Dochania’ as a brand is pure indulgence. The brand is old school charm with new age desire to be a maximalist. It celebrates individuality and craftsmanship in fashion. Fashion, life style and a little madness is what we do as a brand. Journey so far Design is a journey that’s never ending. It’s a continuous process. Everything in Fashion becomes boring in six months and you have to start afresh often. So, for me, fashion is a journey and I am always traveling.
Every time I see a bride wearing a ‘Mohit Dochania ‘, it’s a great feeling. Everyone who wears our creations conveys that they feel powerful; it feels great. What type of fabrics do you use to create your garments? We play with a different fabrics depending on what suits our inspiration for that particular collection. But, whatever fabric we touch , it needs to be pure and of high quality. What is your favorite part about being a fashion designer? To be able to think and create. What inspires you when you are creating your designs? I’m inspired by the women that I design for. Their stories, their struggles and their achievements. Our creations are for the women of substance.
What skills are important for a successful career in fashion design? Most important skill set of a designer is the ability to persevere. Another important talent would be the ability to think out of box and crisis solving.
LIFESTYLE
How do you stay up-to-date with fashion? What do you think of ecofashion? Staying inspired by my travels keeps me up-to-date with fashion. We do our bit of Eco-fashion in a slightly different way. We reclaim and recycle vintage pieces of clothing and old family heirloom garments into contemporary styles. What are your plans for the future? We are planning and looking forward to some interesting collaborations for the brand. Quality design is a serious business and it needs the right collaborators to make sense and be relevant. How would you describe your day on an active day? I spend my week between Hyderabad and Mumbai. I start my day replying to the emails that my team sends to me. I then, look at my to-do list and add more pointers to it to help me realize it through the day. When in Mumbai, a good part of the active day is spent at our atelier, designing, sampling, thinking, planning and inspiring the team and myself . When in Hyderabad, a major part of the day is spent in appointments, meeting clients, bridal trials and planning new collections. I don’t watch television, so I barter that time to read a design article online, go through fashion magazines and catch up with friends.
Rapid fire 3 things you would never leave home without My diary, IPhone and some loose cash. (I don’t carry a wallet) Where would you want to take next holiday to? Tokyo. Your strength? Our people - the loyal clients that vouch by us and our skilled craftsmen /crafts women. Favorite cuisine. Italian and authentic cuisine.

The most lip-smacking exceptional delicacies they have on their menu is Aash, puffs that are filled in with minced mutton served with Khorma, Dahi Vada and Dal to begin with. The other traditional food dishes are Nihari and Tutak that is made of Rawa. One custom they all abide by together is having lunch together every

COVER STORY
An Ode to Hyderabad’s Royalty! With Hyderabad always carrying an essence of Royalty along, it is known to be defining it in every way. However modern the city might be now, with the heritage and historic places, families and the traditions that never seem to fade away, this is what makes it so majestic and special. We have the true hyderabadis who grace our cover and talk to us about the Royalty of Hyderabad.
Manisha Kapoor Philanthropist, Social Worker & Businesswoman She is from the family that was the host for the Nawab Pataudi in Kolkata. Charity is a synonymous word for Manisha as helping people in distress; she has inherited from her elders. Also by being the hosts for most of the international dignitaries including the King of England and painters of national fame M F Hussain. She was always fascinated by the Hyderabad Royalty and wanted to show it through her events. She is now coming up with the Ode to Royalty event at Sheraton, July 16th which is an initiative to create awareness for disability. Do you support any cause or charity? I have always been involved in the noble causes by creating awareness for a certain disability or disorder through my events. The last was for pink ribbon (breast cancer support). I have also been awarded by the CM Mr. Chandrababu Naidu for my contribution towards the society and for my club which gives women an opportunity to learn something new every time and make them independent. How would you describe a woman of today? I believe, a woman of today is the one who believes in herself, in her goals, is independent, sensitive and also looks after her family. She gets involved in a lot of multi-tasking and is a Super Power! What is your favorite part of the royal heritage from that era? I like everything about the royal heritage; from their tehzeeb to their way of talking, their exuberant clothing to their way of presenting themselves in public. One strong characteristic which inspires me is their leadership qualities at the same time their sensitivity about taking care of the people around them, which makes them different from the general crowd. To summarize, I love the mix of culture, the beauty, the sensitivity, the stories and their royal heritage. A royal character or person that inspires you? The source of inspiration comes from my Dad and of course my Tayiji who have been always into good work and coming from a royal background, I am proud to be born a royal inheritant. If you were a royal decedent, which part of Hyderabad would you like to immortalize/promote more? If I were the Royal descendant, I would like to promote all the palaces of the Nawabs right from the Chowmahalla to the Falaknuma and of course the Golkonda Fort. I would have promoted all these till they were immortalized, it would have got worldwide recognition as the other wonders of the world have got.

Surprisingly, with no formal education or training in Fashion, she has successfully established the brand “Mugdha Art Studio”. Today, her page is followed by a million of people and she has become one of the most preferred brands for ethnic clothing. She draws her inspiration from people, places and nature. Do you support any cause or charity? We support an NGO for children called “Spoorthy” based out of Hyderabad. We also participated and donated for the “100 Hearts foundation” through a charity fashion show. How would you describe a woman of today? Today’s women are changing; they have become more independent of their choices, they are learning fast, multi-tasking, and balancing their various roles – both professional and personal. So, with the changing times, their needs, their tastes are also changing. Today, women, are starting companies on their own, they are donning every role and proving that they are equal and sometimes even better than their male counterparts. Still women are lacking behind in literacy and in remote villages there is female infanticides. So, we see a gap between the urban and the rural. We hope that the gap decreases soon. What is your favorite part of royal heritage from that era? My favorite part of the royal Heritage era is clothing and the jewelry, the way a dress was carried and the elegance with which the jewelry was donned, were truly fabulous. If you were a royal decedent, which part of Hyderabad would you like to immortalize/promote more? If I was a royal decedent, I would promote the heritage properties like the Falaknuma Palace, the Golkonda Fort, etc that speak about the great history and the culture which Hyderabad represents.
Bobita Sakia Nedungadi Housewife As an individual, she puts her family before anything or anybody else. Bobita believes that having a strong mind, heart, a positive attitude and a loving soul helps her and her family to achieve every goal. Do you support any cause or charity? A woman of today is someone who can manage work, her family, a social life and look beautiful while doing all of that. She is independent and smart; at the same time she knows how to trust with all her heart and also knows how to get up when she falls. What is your favorite part of royal heritage from that era? A bit of everything - mostly the vintage stuff, fashion and monuments. If you were a royal decedent, which part of Hyderabad would you like to immortalize/promote more? It would definitely be Golkonda!

Do you support any cause or charity? Yes, Ode to Royalty – a Charity event for the awareness of the deaf children. How would you describe a woman of today? Women of today are a force to be reckoned with. We are in that age of time where women have shown that they are equal to men in every possible way. For each field there is a woman who shines as a beacon of an example of how good they can be at everything they set their heart to. I describe women of today as a superpower. In this age of feminism, women are fighting for their right to be the best and I am proud to be a part of this generation of super women. What is your favorite part of royal heritage from that era? My favorite part of royal heritage is the culture; the royals had a very regal air around them and were also raised as such. They were raised to be a leader, take care of their people and lead them into a blissful happy life. I like how they always looked and acted perfect, around themselves and others. The royals represented their people and carried on as such. I love the history each royal family has. If you were a royal decedent, which part of Hyderabad would you like to immortalize/promote more? If I were a Royal descendent, I’d promote Falaknuma palace, our Charminar and The Golconda fort. I would want to immortalize it in the heart of every individual as much as the Taj Mahal is. Internationally, the Taj Mahal represents India. I want these three to represent us; Hyderabadis. Right now, being in Hyderabad too, loads of people do not know about their existences. Most know about the Charminar, but I want the beauty and culture of these three monuments to be embraced and promoted till they are immortalized in time and in the heart of this world as much as the Taj.
Shaheen Daredia Entrepreneur Shaheen is the co-admin with her husband in his real estate company - Daredia constructions. She is more focused when it comes to business and also a person who loves to meet and socialize. Do you support any cause or charity? Sikander, my husband and I are part of our inhouse social organization and we empower children for their education and upbringing. They are basically the economically backward but have the potential and need financial support & care. Education is their right and we feel supporting them will make them independent and capable human beings. How would you describe a woman of today? Women of today are no less than men. We are equal, strong, capable and can handle challenges at all levels. Women are accommodative, cultured and yet stand out in the modern times. There is nothing that a woman cannot achieve if she is dedicated and committed. What is your favorite part of royal heritage? Heritage is forever! It is worn, decorated, displayed and respected for generations and generations. Heritage is always in fashion and is also very divine. I just love heritage in all aspects. So, I felt, I have always had that connection with management. Also, I have been passionate about fashion since I was a kid. I love dressing up and accessorizing! That’s where; both, my inborn passion and desire came together to help me become a fashion entrepreneur. It was two and a half years ago, when I was first struck with the idea of curating jewelry for my brand. I wanted to have a one-stop destination of curated fashion jewelry for all age groups and occasions. And here we are! It was a very small startup then and today when I look back, we have come a long way and there is a lot more to be achieved! Shopatvanity is all about keeping it simple and classy! I believe, “one statement piece of jewelry can do wonders to any outfit”! We have accessories for you to wear to your work, to the vacations and to that destination wedding too. We have it all! It feels great to see people dressed up in your brand and send pictures appreciating your work. I believe, ‘ShopatVanity’ is all about personalized services, even online! In certain occasions, I also suggest to my customers with, what to accessorize their outfits. The products reach them as per their convenience. We understand how, we, women want everything so quick even while shopping online. I get orders requesting ‘can we have this tomorrow?’ And most of the times we have it delivered to them on time; just so that they look their best on their special occasion. I am a huge fan of online shopping, myself. I think since the time e-commerce has evolved no one can do ‘nothing’ when they are free. In fact, ‘when I am doing nothing, I am shopping online!’ That’s my perception of online shopping but at the same time, I expect good quality products and a personalized service. And that’s where I see my brand in the near future... I always want to be there for my customers listening to what they want rather than just selling what we have. I want to setup a platform where the beautiful ladies can have their jewelry customized online on our website. We shall soon have our website too.” says Upasana Find them on: Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vanity/538164719581036 Instagram: @shopatvanity Email: vanity.onlineshopping@gmail.com
Culture Signature By Jalpa Thakkar “Culture signature” is a store of unique treasures, traditional & ethnic wear, handicrafts & designer jewelry. I have always wanted to do something uniquely different with my creativity ideas. I was fascinated by how people could promote their talent on social media and thus, I fell in love with Facebook; that’s where my journey started. I started displaying my designs, accessories and kutchi handicrafts on my Facebook page that I created with my brand name. Eventually, people started enquiring, liking the page and requesting for prices. I love kutchi vintage fabric and antique jewelry. So, I am dealing with the same; professionally. Getting positive reviews for each and every booking & orders, having a huge list of regular customers from all over India & some from London, Canada & USA as well is quite satisfying. They like my products & design because it’s unique and pocket friendly too. The social media has helped me to a great extent to showcase my talent and spread it to places where I can’t personally visit and display the collection. Instagram and Facebook help me to get clients from all over the country and abroad. They are the best options as there are limitless buyers available across the globe. I just need to reach them. I am very happy and passionate with my online business, and I love to keep my clients happy too.
What’s next: My own brand website, its work in progress right now but i am going to launch it in big way shortly

WELLNESS
No Pain No Gain
All you wanted to know about laser treatment, should you opt for it or not. We clear all your doubts. What is the procedure of a laser treatment? The term laser means light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation, and it uses a laser light source (laser beam) to remove tissues that are diseased or to treat blood vessels that are bleeding. Laser beams are strong beams of light produced by electrically stimulating a particular material. A solid, a liquid, or a gas is used. Alternatively, the laser is used cosmetically; it can remove wrinkles, birthmarks, or tattoos. How does the laser operate? The special light beam is focused to treat tissues by heating the cells until they burst. There are different laser types. Each has a different use and color. The color, or the light beam, relates to the type of surgery that is being performed and the color of the tissue that is being treated. There are three types of laser: Carbon dioxide (CO 2) laser; the YAG laser (yttrium aluminum garnet); and the pulsed dye laser. How many treatments/sittings does it take to cure a mark? You should not think of a number of sessions that should be needed to reduce the growth or the pain. More number of sessions are needed in the beginning; around 3-4 sittings for the body and 5 for the face. After that, the sessions should be spaced out significantly in order to touch up the areas from time to time. It does depend on the person and the type of skin. So, a darker skinned patient may need more number of sessions. Also, if a patient has excessive growth due to hormonal balance, more number of sessions may be needed. Does the treatment hurt? They certainly can. Many laser treatments don’t require numbing beforehand, but for deep resurfacing, we can use a topical anesthetic or a combination of topical and pain injections plus anxiety drugs such as Ativan or Valium, a short-acting IV anesthetic that puts a patient to sleep is for some forms of ablative resurfacing, in which the laser removes skin and can cause bleeding. Is sun harmful to a laser treatment? It’s not a good idea to be treated if you’re tanned. The laser’s function is to destroy targets like freckles and brown spots, blood vessels, and tattoo pigment. But, if the whole body is tanned or dark, the laser mistakes it for the enemy; one big brown spot. If used improperly, the treatment can cause irritation, blisters, and discoloration. Still, certain lasers can be adjusted for patients with dark skin. The patient should avoid going out, however, he or she may even take precautions like applying sunscreen before heading out. How can one take aftercare of laser treatment? Most laser surgeries can be performed on an outpatient basis, and patients are usually permitted to leave the hospital or medical
office when their vital signs have stabilized. A patient who has been sedated should not be discharged until recovery from the anesthesia is complete, unless a responsible adult is available to accompany the patient home. The doctor may prescribe (pain-relieving) medication, and should provide easy-to-understand, written instructions on how to take the medication. The doctor should also be able to give the patient a good estimate of how the patient’s recovery should progress, the recovery time, and what to do in case complications or emergency arise. The amount of time it takes for the patient to recover from surgery depends on the surgery and on the individual. Recovery time for laser surgery is, for the most part, faster than for traditional surgery. Are they any side effects for laser treatment? Possible side effects from laser hair removal can include blistering, burning, scarring, hyper pigmentation (darkening of the skin), hypo pigmentation (lightening of the skin), or paradoxical hair growth which results in increased hair growth in treated areas. These side effects can be significantly minimized if treatment is performed in a medical office that routinely performs laser hair removal What risk is involved during laser treatment? Laser surgeries can be complicated by: Hemorrhage, Infection. Perforation (piercing) of an organ or tissue. Laser surgery can also involve risks that are not associated with traditional surgical procedures. Being careless or not practicing safe surgical techniques can severely burn the patient’s lungs or even cause them to explode. Patients must wear protective eye shields while undergoing laser surgery on any part of the face, near the eyes or eyelids. What are the Benefits of Laser Treatment? There are many potential benefits of receiving laser therapy: Lasers are more precise than traditional surgical instruments. Cuts can be made shorter and shallower. This causes less damage to tissue. Operations are generally shorter than traditional surgeries. They can often be done on an outpatient basis. Patients don’t have to spend the night in the hospital. If general anesthesia is required, it is usually used for a shorter time.. Patients usually heal faster. They may have less pain, swelling and scarring than with traditional surgeries. With time, our passion grew and we wanted to start a unique salon, where clients feel relaxed and get at home vibes. You guys are three partners; do you each specialize in something exclusive? Yes! We three have our own forte. 44 JULY, 2016 - TULIP
BEAUTY I (Aly Hirani), am more into hairstyling and color. I love working with short hair like Pixie. Sandeep on the other hand is an expert in color & Keratin treatment; and Sai is the man behind hair styling. How would you say your salon is different from others- USP that makes your client come back for more? We are trendy and offer unique hairstyles and hair care. We really talk to the client to understand what they need, give our opinions and then go ahead. We endeavor to give uninterrupted attention to each of our clients and ensure that they walk out happy every time; always feeling the leisure of a homely environment. What according to you is the most happening trend in terms of hair color right now? According to us, it’s more of Balayage Ombre, Ombre, Hair concouring and Placement coloring. What would be your favorite summer style to experiment with this season for both short and long hairs? Summers are always best to rock short hair. But in Hyderabad, we have noticed the women being obsessed with long hair (and styles) and so are the men, but in terms to rock the latest man bun style and fade haircuts for the rest.
The fish tail braid The fish tail braid is one of the most popular braids and we see Bollywood divas sporting it quite often at runways. Start by dividing your hair into two sections. Then take half inch of hair from the left section (outside) and pull the piece across the top of the left section over the right section without twisting it. After that, again take half inch but from right section (outside) and pull it across the top of the right section over the left section. Continue doing this and stop an inch before your hair ends.
Do you think people in Hyderabad are open to experimenting? It’s been good 7 years in Hyderabad now and I have seen people changing over the years. They want to experiment but want to play safe as well. We do get a lot of men who are more conscious about their hair care and styling than ever before in general. They really want to be unique; weather; it’s a haircut, color or styling. One hair care routine every woman/girl must follow? Using a good shampoo and a conditioner which suits their hair - that’s the most basic and really important routine everyone must follow. Men have their own grooming products these days, please share the products that men can use on daily basis for grooming their hair and brands that one can be aware of for styling and maintain their hair. There are many styling products but according to us it’s always TIGI (BED HEAD). Different hair texture has different styling products. (Manipulator matt, matt separation, pure texture and many more) What kind of braids can people with short and long hair carry of best? There are many different styles of braids. Braid into braid, fish braid, twist into braid etc. Key point however is to remember- to never keep a braid for long time as it pulls your hair and makes your hair weak. Quick Fix Five How often must a person get his/hair trimmed? King: - 25-30 days. Queen: - 75-90 days. What is the best way to add volume to your hair? Leave it naturally; avoid combing as much as you can. How often can one get Hair spa done? About 30-45 days. How to control the damage of styling tools on hair? Use heat protecting cream.... Always! Your go-to product for hair? It’s always TIGI (BED HEAD)

The milkmaid braid This is one of the simplest yet stylish look that one can flaunt. While some of us are in the mood to experiment with the way we do our braids, this up-do would go with both ethnic and casual wear. All you have to do is divide your hair into two sections and then braid each one of them. After that, take one braid and bring it up over your head to the other side. Secure the braid with a bobby pin and repeat this step with the other braid. Make sure to tuck the end of the braid under the hair to hide the hair ties.
The three braid hair do While some people avoid braiding their hair as it makes it look less voluminous and thin, this three braid hair-do would help in adding thickness to those tresses. Divide your hair into three sections and then braid each section. It will be best if you use clear hair tie. After that, you have to braid the three braids together into one large side braid. The trick is to loosen up the braid after you are done which will give the illusion of thicker hair.

Kavanah by Shivani Suri “I have been fascinated with colors and art for as long as I can remember. So after completing my MBA, I finally decided to pursue my passion and did a diploma from NIFT, Delhi. A few internships later I realized my true interest lay in embroideries and accessories. I was always mesmerized by the antique embroideries in my mom’s wardrobe and used to dream of reinventing them in different patterns. Each has its own distinct and timeless appeal and that is exactly what I wanted to accomplish- to create something timeless. The response has been incredible so far. Hand embroidery is something that’s always been considered a luxury, and the uniqueness and intricacies of the craft are what make it so covetable. I wanted to add some more to it, to give my designs some meaning and hence KAVANAH was born, which means poem in Sanskrit. Poetry is something that doesn’t lose its charm and lasts through the ages and that is the feeling I wanted to emulate – to make timeless pieces that would last generations. Every piece is meticulously designed and I draw my inspiration from everything around me – from my mum’s wardrobe to everything regal and unique.” says shivani What’s next: Diversify into more variety of handcrafted pieces like juti’s, belts maybe apparels too. Get ready for funding your Startup The startup realty show is here to help you get investment for your startup. This month, we caught up with organizers of startup Realty show, “Show Me the Money” where 50 startups pitch their startup to investors for funding, Mr. Siva Kyasa, NRI Businessman and startup enthusiast talks to us. After closely working with more than 100+ startups, he decided to start this show here in Hyderabad.
Tell us more about Startup scenario in Hyderabad or India? Siva: There are more than 20000 new business ventures which started in the last 12 months in India and this number is expected to grow to one lakh plus in the next two years. Thanks to the Prime Minister Sri. Narendra Modi’s initiatives and call for startups, Youth are now starting startups rather than joining MNCs. There are more than 3000 startups in Hyderabad and expected to grow to more than 10000. Telangana government’s initiative for T-Hub made a considerable awareness too. India is eventually becoming a startup capital of the world. People are afraid that their idea might be stolen if they approach investors for funding. What is your view? Siva: This is true! Where there is some propitiatory, invention is there. For example, if you design a product or utility with features that didn’t exist before, there are chances of theft. Nevertheless, the best solution in this case is to apply for patent and then approach any investors. For most ideas, there is nothing propitiatory and question of stealing is just a perception. I have seen people with ideas and had same concern. However, with little research; I was able to show them the businesses already working on the same idea. From the investor’s point of view, the idea is just less than 5% and execution & market acceptance is the rest. Can someone get funding for an idea and great business plan? Siva: Very rare but I cannot say it doesn’t happen. In extreme cases where founders have incredible capabilities, Investors may fund for an idea but most cases investors are willing to invest in innovative businesses where companies are looking for growth capital. Tell us about Startup Realty Show? Siva: We are conducting the realty show for startups where startups can pitch their business to Investors. We are conducting this event in 4 sessions focused for startups in E-commerce, Healthcare, software & Education and Media/Entertainment/Other. We will have appropriate investors for specific sessions. Investors may agree for funding or share their view which might be highly valuable. This format of Realty shows like SharkTank and Dragons Den have been very successful in Us/ Canada/UK/Japan/Australia. When is this event and how can someone pitch their startup to investors? This event is planned for July 28th and 29th at Katriya Hotel & Towers, Raj Bhavan road. Startups can reserve their spot for as low as Rs.15, 000/- for one of the 50 slots. One can reserve passes for just visiting the event, too. More details of the event are available on www.smtm.co.in Contact : 8496800400 Email : siva@smtm.co.in. TULIP - JULY, 2016 47

What if? I were a Nizam’s descendant!
F
From its Biryani to its historic structures, Hyderabad is an alluring city in several aspects. The old Hyderabadi-ness would not resurface nor can be recreated. For like in other cities, others too have a right to live and prosper and regardless of what states it gets, the city will not be what it was. Only people, romantic fools at that, look back. Cities don’t; they look at the future.
Praniga bhandari
Student, St.Francis college Being a Hyderabadi there is a whole lot of stuff, I love about my city. It has a moderate climate (except for 2-3 months in summer), great food, a vast choice of eating out joints, relatively inexpensive compared to other metros, cosmopolitan and welcoming to people from anywhere, good entertainment options. But beside this If I were the descendant of Nizam, I would like to give back to the society in the form of free education, free meals to children and provide old age homes with good facilities for people who have nobody to look after. Also I’d like to change the infrastructure of our city to match the level of international cities so that the economy of the state improves. Lastly, I would like to improve on the safety measures for women in our city.

Ravi Purighella
Student, Avanthi degree and PG college If I were the descendant of Nizam, I would make sure people plant more trees, I would like to increase the number of cops in the city and make “she team” more effective. I would make sure that there is enough parking space everywhere to avoid unnecessary traffic , I would change the rules in RTI to make sure that people raise their voices against injustice done to anything or anyone. I will ensure that all roads are motor able, I would increase the quality of the drainage system and make sure that there are no open drainages.
Anmol Singh
Student, St.marys college If I were a descendant of Nizam, I would take care of cleanliness everywhere because health is wealth and I would open good schools for poor children as education will make them a better person. I would bring peace among the people living in Hyderabad. I would make industries for poor people so that they get job and no one would be poor in my city. I will keep myself just like the greatest servant of the city. I would not make any difference in the education and safety of a girl. As the descendant of Nizam, my aim and ambition is to bring prosperity to the hungry millions. I shall try to establish a truly socialistic pattern of society. The gap between the rich and the poor will be narrowed down. I would make medical treatment free for poor people. There will be no one unemployed. If I were a descendant of Nizam, I would surely make a better Hyderabad.

Sahebjeet Singh
Student, St.marys college The city has not been well equipped to deal with the amazing (and unequal) growth and subsequent drain on city and state resources. Hence, the precipitation of issues with traffic/congestion, pollution, scarcity of water, power and at times even social peace. Hyderabad desperately needs to scale its infrastructure and effectively manage these growing pains to alleviate these problems. If I were a descendant of Nizam, I would make sure that there would be no power cuts and people are aware of their safety especially women. I would also look up to better infrastructure of the city and traffic Discipline: something nonexistent in Hyderabad, to their credit, the traffic police have been taking steps to cut down on drunk driving, people breaking the rules in recent times.
Vaishnavi Yadav
Student, Villa marie college Hyderabad is a city that comes with its own uniqueness and making changes is not an easy task. However if I was a descendant of Nizam, I would start with eradicating the social evils by educating the society and building up better schools and universities while increasing literacy. Make hospitals with proper services in low cost for the poor. I’d open up to global market, growing employment. Bring up good infrastructure and fulfill the necessities as the city is battling with poor water supply, damaged roads and what not! Considering cleanliness, it’s hard not to belch at the sight of red stained walls at public spaces, garbage floating on the lakes and stinky areas. Well known as “The city of Nizams”, I would definitely bring back royalty and make each Hyderabadi feel the essence and pride of being on such a land.

Gastronomic Ride with Mamagoto When we reached Mamagoto, the first thing we noticed is the yellow door that led us to an exceptional culinary journey. It was a weekend and around lunch time when we entered and the place was fully occupied. The crowd was different and the place had an amazing vibe with busy tables munching on their ordered delicacies. The dĂŠcor of Mamagoto is catchy and bright. We ordered for the Lichee & Black current pop which was served in a broad jar with an ice pop in juice, it was very refreshing. The second round of drinks we ordered was Virgin Mojito, Kiwi and Mint Collins and Watermelon Beach. Mamagoto has really worked on the presentation of all its dishes which is appealing to the eyes. We ordered for Basil Chicken in Lettuce Cups, Old Style pan fried Dumplings, Chicken Sathe and Classic Chicken Wings for starters. The basil chicken was minced and served with cold lettuce which was something positively extraordinary in taste. Secondly, the pan fried chicken dumplings were excellent and well cooked; one of the best we have eaten. The Chicken sathe was very juicy and scrumptious served with sauce and the chicken wings were tossed in hot barbeque sauce. We were famished by the time we were on our way to the main course. We ordered for two potions of Soho Pan fried Chicken noodles which was appetizing as ever. As we heard a lot about the wide range of desserts, Blueberry Cheesecake, Banoffee Pie and Caramel Cake here, we had to end our meal with these to-die-for desserts. Bejeweled Royally
It so happens, that India has its own pearl kingdom in the city of Hyderabad, also known as the ‘City of Pearls’. The city is also known for the traditional royal jewelry possessed by the Nizams. Major types of ornaments from the Nizam’s treasure chest are mostly dominated with pearls, uncut diamonds, emeralds, rubies. In this article, we talk about the unique jewelry of the Nizams which is still adorned by almost all the Hyderabadi brides. The traditions and history related to each piece is also quite interesting.
The Tirmani: Tirmani means three (tri) gemstones (mani). Tirmani is basically made from three different gemstones. Tirmani is a unique aristocratic Nizami necklace studded with ruby/emerald and uncut diamond teamed with pearls to give it a royal finish. Nath: In Hyderabad, young girls generally pierce their nose just before their wedding date. It is a symbol of the bride’s purity and chastity. The nath is a gold ring with a ruby bead and two pearl beads. Jada Huwa Lachcha and Saath Lada: Jada Huwa Lachcha which is kind of an elegant choker designed with uncut diamonds and gold with precious stones like emerald or rubies hanging in the bottom. Many of today’s chokers draw inspiration from this antique design. No Hyderabadi Bride does without this. Teeka and Jhumer: Teeka is a piece of jewelry that is worn on the forehead. Though it is worn by brides of others parts of India too, but the specialty of Hyderabadi Teeka is its unique patent circular shape embellished with Almas (chips of diamonds) and pearls. Teeka is bought from the groom’s side and the mother-in-law gifts it to the bride. The design of the teeka draws similarity from a shield used by soldiers in war. It symbolizes that the groom will now act as a shield to the bride which she wears it as a pride on her forehead.
Sumrana Khan (Socialite) dresses up bridal for her big day in the heavy majestic choker and nath, mang tikka along with a bunch of heavy bangles. 56 JULY, 2016 - TULIP

Jugni: Jugni is a necklace made from 2 to 3 strings of pearls and ends in an exquisite kundan pendant studded with precious gem stones. The highlight of this ornament is the pendant which is shaped in a kairi (raw mango) embellished with stones. Apart from this, Hyderabad also specialises in South Jewels: Temple jewelry is believed to have originated somewhere in the 9th century during the reign of the Chola dynasty. Back then, this kind of jewelry was used to decorate the idols and Gods and Goddesses in temples, and hence, the name. Traditional temple jewelry is made of finest gold and embedded with several precious gems and stones. Anushka Shetty(Actress) adorns the perfect south Indian temple jewelry with beautifully done intricate detailing.
Inayah khan (EAMCEE) spotted wearing a combination of the Jada Hua Lachcha and Teeka along with a nath. Every bride’s ideal ensemble...!

Ideally a good time to invest in residential properties is when the market is stable, because the market can go up just as fast as it can come down. Secondly, you have to have a specific reason as to why you are buying the property. India is although developing at a high pace is still an immature market because people buy properties for no rhyme or reason in far off and abandoned places out of sentiment. Nowadays many gated properties and communities, are situated in such areas where the schools, offices, hospitals and retailer shops are within 10 minutes of reach or in the locality itself. This is one of the reasons why people choose gated communities over the others. The most important reason is that gated communities have very good security that keeps a check on the people entering and leaving the premises.” He tells us that Hyderabad is only growing and is gated community driven.” A developer is now statistically looking at the location. Hence, all the work is already done for you by the gated community. Older parts of the city will ultimately die out as there is a higher demand for gated communities. Another good thing about gated communities is that because of their large size, most of them follow the government laws. One of the laws by the government is that if you have a large development, you have to have 2 and a half percent of the land towards the EWF i.e., the economically weaker section of the society such as your help. Anyone building a gated community has already anticipated the things you need and the things you will need. They tie up with insurance companies and major banks such as HDFC or ICICI who pre approve their properties. An advice to a first time home buyer would be that it is always best to go with a developer of high repute and to avoid buying without approval rights. Taking a home loan from a bank is always recommended, as while doing that, the bank does all the complicated paperwork for you such as checking the approval rights etc and you can have your peace of mind. Gated communities are the future.”

Digital Ego! Everybody does have a little ego in them, but a very evident realization we have come up to is that Hyderabadis have a Digital Ego, i.e., all the gossip and stalking happens over the social media but none of them follow, like, add or appreciate each other on the posts. Be it socialites, entrepreneurs or bloggers, they only talk upfront about your activities to you! Such Stalkers!

Why Buy When You Can Rent? “I just have one more question. How does an unemployed girl with three roommates... afford the patchwork Denim Bowly Louis Vuitton bag? It’s rented. Bag borrow or steal? It’s like netflix for purses.” – Sex and the city 2 Need a branded dress for a black tie event soon? Or have you worn that same LBD three times with the same crowd already? Here’s your answer – RENTAL APPS Now you can rent a new Zara outfit for 3/4th the original price instead of buying a new one for just one event. There are a few buying and selling apps as well solely dedicated to fashion. These C2C apps sell their designer clothing for almost half the market price. Here are a few apps in India for fashion rental, buying and selling.
Flyrobe Currently based in Mumbai, Flyrobe is India’s largest fashion rental application founded by Shreya Mishra, Pranay Surana, and Tushar Saxena who are IITians and launched this app in September 2015. Ever since they began posting on Instagram they have been gaining a lot of attention. They have a vast collection of designer items that appeal to a big audience. Not only that, they also have trending items and bloggers who post articles about the styles in vogue. They currently have a strong team of 30 that comprises of engineers, marketing, product and operations. They also deliver western wear in 3 hours on demand. Some designers they have partnered with are Outhouse, Masaba Gupta, Ritu Kumar, and Shehla Khan.
Zapyle Nearly a third of their closet is never worn and another third is worn once or twice at the most,” says Rashi Menda, Founder and CEO of Zapyle. She describes the Zapyle app as ‘Instagram with a buy button’ as it is very user friendly. Zapyle is another buying and selling app where you can get rid of your wardrobe and have an entire wardrobe makeover. Sellers can also wish to be anonymous. All the prices are heavily slashed on all the branded clothing. Also on downloading the app, you get Rs. 200 off on your first buy.
Spoyle Bhargav Errangi was scrolling the news feed when he saw his friend selling a pair of shoes and had his ‘aha’ moment. Sumit Agarwal is the cofounder as well. It is based in Bangalore and has around 1100 users, 800 active members and receives almost 8 orders per day. It is mainly known for buying and selling clothes. They have a team of in-house stylists who are in charge of approving of the seller’s products and then people can buy it from you at a discounted price. It also provides a platform to share your fashion stories and inspire people through the world of fashion.

Blinge
TECHNOV
Founded by Shashwat Gopal, Shikhar Khanna and Pooja Dubbey in July 2015 Blinge is a blooming startup that is an all-in-one renting app for women from accessories to apparel. It is based in Mumbai and has material from designers like Ritu Kumar, Ted Baker, Zara, Anita Dongre and Versace. They also have a trial room experience where you can order at the least 3 dresses and they will be delivered to your house and you can keep the outfits that you are satisfied with. They have personal stylists as well to help you figure out how you’d like your outfit. You simply need to call them on – 9619594526 and you will have your personal stylist to help you decide what you really want.
Revamp my closet Started out by Samridhi Agarwal and Aashish Katta in 2015 and based in Bangalore, Revamp my closet is another fashion rental app. Samridhi Agarwal has done her masters in Fashion Management in NIFT and Aashish has graduated from IIT Rookree and hence are extremely good at what they do. With only a team of 5 members, they have a large vision of expanding this service all over India. Personal interaction also helps clear the skeptical thoughts of their customers when it comes to wearing second hand clothing. They have also recently collaborated with Spoyle.
Our take on the subject: These applications have a lot of advantages. Some women are entirely bored of their closet and have found a new personality and hence need a platform to sell their old clothes and buy new ones to fit their personality. Some women like to keep up with the trend and for them rental apps are the best. Whatever the trend maybe, rent out those clothes and when it’s done, rent other ones! Hygiene is also deeply considered in all the fashion rental apps listed above. Each of them have their own blog as well, which helps you stay up-to-date with everything that is in vogue! So, from our side, this is a definite yes yes! - By Nikita Fernes

Shilpa Shetty Kundra finally reacts to her divorce rumours
Sultan’s music offers good variet y Though all the songs of Sultan will not burn the charts, there are numbers that will keep both Salman fans as well as the purists happy, writes Aelina Kapoor. It has been a while since Vishal-Shekhar came up with a fullfledged soundtrack. Way back in 2014, they delivered Happy New Year, Bang Bang!, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein! and Hasee Toh Phasee. The albums met with mixed reactions. When Vishal-Shekhar weren’t heard all through 2015, it was assumed they had taken a pause to reinvent themselves. Now, they are back with Sultan where they come together with lyricist Irshad Kamil and deliver as many as nine songs that offer good variety. The album kick starts with a cracker of a song, Baby ko bass pasandhai. It manages to establish an instant connect as the Haryanvi sound fills the proceedings. Following a good start by Isheeta, Dadlani comes behind the mike and his loud pitch pretty much sets the stage for what follows. Shalmali Kholgade lends her voice to Anushka Sharma for the song and, once Badshah brings on his desi rap, the cycle is complete and the song emerges as a winner. What makes it all the more addictive is another version that is sung by Salman Khan and Iulia Vantur.
The actress opens up and she is angry! Last week, reports started doing the rounds that actress Shilpa Shetty and industrialist husband Raj Kundra are heading for a divorce. Speculations suggested that the two were already living separately and were planning to separate soon. Post that, Raj Kundra clarified in an interview as well as on the social media that there was no truth to the reports. Shilpa has been mum about the matter till now. But, she finally opened up today and she seemed to be angry. In an interview to a leading daily, Shilpa denied all the divorce rumours and said, “It is complete rubbish. I don’t even know where these rumours came from. I believe in the institution of marriage, and I love my husband. Many of my relatives from London, UK, called up, and they were really worried about these rumours. They were going through all the news channels back home.”
Jordana Brewster Welcomes Second Child Via Surrogate
The Fast and Furious star, Jordana Brewster, 36, and her husband Andrew Form, 44, welcomed a new bundle of joy to the world on June 9, via a gestational surrogate. The couple already has a son, Julian. Did Julian get a younger brother or sister? Drum roll please… It’s a boy! Jordana and Andrew named their second child, Rowan Brewster-Form. The couple made a decision to give birth via a gestational surrogate, a growing trend within Hollywood. The new baby is coming at a very chaotic time in Jordana’s life as the actress has her hands full with her 2-year-old son and two projects – Lethal Weapon and Secrets and Lies. But, Jordana revealed that she actually prefers to be busy. “What’s so wonderful about motherhood is that you’re constantly busy,” Jordana told People. “There’s so much to do and I don’t miss idle time at all.” Well! With the arrival of baby Rowan, she will most definitely be constantly moving! 66 JULY, 2016 - TULIP
Kate Middleton Brightens up the day
Kate Middleton brightened up the day at an otherwise rainy 90th birthday celebration event for Queen Elizabeth II Sunday. And not just because of her sunny smile, Kate, 34, turned heads with a striking, colorful outfit—a short sleeve, knee length cornflower blue RoksandaIlincic “Marwood” color-block wool-crepe dress, which featured a thick coral stripe across the waist and a vertical pastel pink stripe down the side. The designer is one of the duchess’ favorites. Kate paired the look with nude pumps and a matching clutch. The young tots joined their parents, Prince Harry, the Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, as they greeted onlookers and waved to those who wanted to wish the Queen well. It was Charlotte’s balcony debut, and yes, she owned it in the cutest way possible. Wearing a pink dress with a matching pink bow and shoes, Charlotte gave the people her biggest smile and a wave. The Duchess of Cambridge couldn’t help but smile and laugh at her daughter, who obviously has figured out the ways of the royals!
ENTERTAINMENT Mega Star Chiranjeevi is back with a bang
“Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?”
The video clip of his dance performance at an award event has gone viral and taken social media platforms by storm. Chiru has grooved to his yesteryear popular tune - ChikuChikuChelam (Gang Leader title song) and going by it, he is indeed in his best form. He rocked the stage with his highly-energetic show. Even after entering into his 60s, Chiru’s moves were perfect and audiences were amazed to see him shaking his legs very well. Chiru’s live performance reminded many of young Chiru who then rocked in 1980s and 90s. The one-minute-odd video clip of his performance is now doing great buzz. It ended on a high note with words displaying on the digital screen “Gang Leader” and “Mega Star 150 - Boss is Back”. With this, the stage is all set for his comeback film which is going to be remake of Kaththi.
Is the question that’s ringing in the mind of every Baahubali fan. Baahubali team has finally begun the most challenging climax sequence of The Conclusion in Hyderabad. A whopping 30 crores are being poured into this much hyped climax sequence which will be shot over a period of just three weeks. While there is a lot of fan frenzy and media buzz surrounding this ongoing schedule, Baahubali team, on the other hand, is wary of the dreaded leakage scare which had been haunting them since The Beginning. Nobody can forget the shocking leakage of the Kalakeya War Lord sequence and a few more scenes from The Beginning’s climax episodes. Even though that leakage was from a post-production facility, Baahubali team must be taking all the necessary security measures to prevent any future leaks. With the first part’s climax episodes setting the bar high already, expectations have already mounted to an all-time high on The Conclusion’s climax. Let’s see what Rajamouli and Co have in store for us in summer 2017.
Barcelona pay HUGE fine to settle Neymar transfer case
Barcelona agreed to pay a fine of 5.5 million euros ($6.21 million) to the Spanish authorities to settle a tax fraud case over the transfer of Brazil international Neymar in 2013. Barcelona had been accused of concealing part of Neymar’s transfer fee when he moved to Spain from Brazilian club Santos, with several investigations carried out in Spain and Brazil. The settlement was reported by Spanish news agency last week and the club confirmed in a statement on Tuesday that its board has approved the agreement at a meeting the previous day. The vote by Barca’s board approves a pact to absolve both current president JosepBartomeu and former president SandroRosell of wrongdoing with regard to the transfer. Bartomeu was a vice president under Rosell when Neymar was signed in a complex deal involving multiple contracts. The tax probe was launched after a club member questioned the figures given for the Neymar deal. Barca initially said they paid 57.1 million euros but later said the cost was nearer 100 million.
Delaney agrees extension:
Delaney agrees extension: Damien Delaney has agreed a one-year extension with Crystal Palace that will see the central defender remain with Alan Pardew’s side next season. The 34-year-old’s previous deal at Selhurst Park was due to expire at the end of the month, but Palace has opted to sign him up for another campaign. Veteran goalkeeper Julian Speroni, 37, has also penned a deal until the end of the 2016-17 campaign despite only making two appearances last season. Speroni joined the club back in 2004 and equalled Palace’s club appearance record in all competitions – 388 – on the final day of the 2015-16 Premier League campaign. However, there were no new deals for five of Pardew’s squad, including strikers Emmanuel Adebayor and Marouane Chamakh. Adebayor arrived at Palace in January on a short-term deal and only scored once in his 15 appearances, while Chamakh failed to register in 10 league outings. Defenders Adrian Mariappa, Brede Hangeland and Paddy McCarthy will also leave when their current contracts expire. TULIP - JULY, 2016 67

Movie Reviews
Te3n Cast: Amitabh Bachchan, NawazuddinSiddiqui, VidyaBalan Director: RibhuDasgupta “Te3n” is a remake of the 2013 Korean thriller “Montage,” and the movie has a good-guys-pretending-to-bebadguys (and vice versa) twist that is very Korean. Frankly, the twists, when they come, are more gripping than the atmosphere of fraying sadness. Amitabh Bachchan, the fabled Indian actor who plays Johnny, gives the kind of impacted, implosive performance that, but most of the other cast members, compelling as they are, don’t get enough to work with. “Te3n” desperately wants to succeed as a human drama that transcends the suspense. The movie doesn’t fully live up to that ambition, but the good news is that it’s just Bollywood enough to show you what deeply familiar thriller conventions feel like when they’re made with different spices. It’s edgy, gripping and dark, mostly because of the actors and partly due to the milieu. While Nawazuddin brings strangeness to the table, Sabyasachi shows how to get noticed without ditching subtlety. Amitabh Bachchan is the cohesive force behind this thriller. The director weaves a web of lies and psychological disorders, but he also attaches motives to his characters. Though his choice of background music surprises at times, he compensates it with pace. His biggest success is the high degree of audience involvement in a 138-minute film. TE3N catches you by the neck and keeps you engrossed till the end credits. TE3N has enough to make you like it. The Conjuring 2 Cast: Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga ,Frances O’Connor,Madison Wolfe, Simon McBurney, Director: James Wan The Conjuring, released in the summer of 2013, was a rare beast: a retro horror exercise that performed like a blockbuster (earning well over $100m in the US) and was also beloved by critics. With the inevitable sequel, returning director James Wan more or less repeats himself, but that alone is no small feat. Like its predecessor, it’s exceedingly well crafted, relentlessly terrifying and boasts characters you actually root for. Set in 1977 England, and inspired by events that has come to be known as the Enfield Haunting (from the North London borough in which they took place), the film centers on a working-class family of five. Single mother Peggy Hodgson (Frances O’Connor) and her four children are terrorized by the ghost of a former occupant of their shabby house, Bill Wilkins (Bob Adrian), after her youngest daughter, 11-year-old Janet Hodgson (Madison Wolfe), opens the door to the underworld by messing around with a Ouija board. It takes a while for the film’s real stars to show up. The Conjuring 2 satisfies more than it disappoints. As Wan’s story swells to its inevitable, almost operatic crescendo, playfully balancing the hush of your own held breath with the kettle drum of your heart beating against your rib cage, one thing becomes evident You’re not the audience for this symphony of terror; you’re the instrument. A AA Cast :Nithin, Samantha, AnupamaParameshwaran Director: Trivikram Srinivas As expected, Trivikram once again proves that he is magician of his craft with A..A. The way he has narrated this breezy family drama with some lovable and entertaining elements are major assets. If you ignore the predictable story line, you can take your entire family and watch the magic of Trivikram Srinivas in this feel good family entertainer. Anasuya (Samantha) is the only daughter of Naresh and Nadiya. Her life is dominated by her mother who in turns fixes her marriage with a rich guy. As expected, Anasuya doesn’t like this and on the suggestion of her father leaves to her aunt’s house to spend some free time. This is the time where she meets Anand (Nithin) and falls in love with him. Twist in the tale arises when Anand is forced to get married to NagaValli (Anupama Parameswaran) because of his personal problems. Rest of the story is as to how Anasuya deals with her angry mother and sidelines Nagavalli to win her love for Anand.

The Last Nizam
A lucid and compelling history of one of India’s most wealthy dynasties and one of its most controversial royals, The Last Nizam is the story of an extraordinary dynasty, the Nizams of Hyderabad, and how the heir to India’s richest princely state gave up a kingdom and retired to the dusty paddocks of outback Australia. With vivid detail and anecdote John Zubrzycki charts the rise of the Nizams to fabulous wealth and prominence under the Mughal emperors of India, giving a rich and vibrant portrait of a realm soaked in blood and intrigue. Above all, he describes the strange-sometimes comic, sometimes tragic-life of Mukarram Jah, His Exalted Highness, the Rustam of the Age, the Aristotle of the Times, Wal Mamaluk, Asaf Jah VIII, the Conqueror of Dominions, the Regulator of the Realm, Nawab Mir Barakat Ali Khan Bahadur, The Victor in Battles, the Leader of Armies, the last Nizam, the man who left behind the diamonds of Golconda and the palaces of Hyderabad to drive bulldozers in the Australian bush. A delicate and detailed work, The Last Nizam adds a crucial chapter to the history of India, capturing the very scent of wine, women and wealth whose appetites kept the Nizams in news and scandal while simultaneously deepening their legend.
The Untold Charminar: Writings on Hyderabad
A dazzling collection that captures the essence of Hyderabad, offering glimpses of the various strands that go into its making fact and legend; old-world quaintness and the highest hi-tech; eccentricity and intrigue; the calm of genteelness and the fury of rebellion. Hyderabad is a city once ruled by the world’s richest man who invested most lavishly in his state, most shabbily in his wardrobe; it holds stories of a courtesan who fought wars, counseled the prime ministers, sang her own verse and enthralled luminaries who mattered; of a chief minister who transformed it into a hi-tech hub; and of a sports star who brought the young glamour of India to every tennis court in the world. In The Untold Charminar, readers will discover a city they will want to explore, as Sarojini Naidu, Sir Mark Tully and William Dalrymple rub shoulders with Ian Austin, Meenakshi Mukherjee and Anees Jung, regaling you with their feast of hard facts and hearsay; as each foreign visitor shares his story through Narendra Luther; as the filmmakers Shyam Benegal and Nagesh Kukunoor paint their vivid memories of home; as poets, not just the maverick Makhdoom and Gaddar, raise their voices in song; as statesmen, academics and aficionados hold forth on the completely different Hyderabad, each of them experienced. And when Tejaswini Niranjana profiles the vigilante Vijayasanthi and Dharmender Prasad picks out place names and explains their sometimes almost mystic origins, as Bachi Karkaria, Omkar Goswami and Harsha Bhogle share their typically offbeat views of a favorite city, readers will be persuaded to believe they have encountered not a city but the inner workings of a very complex character.
A Guide to the Heritage of Hyderabad
The natural and the Built is a comprehensive account of the relationship between the history of Hyderabad and its heritage, explaining the significance, value and architecture behind the heritage structures of the city. Including maps and sketches, this book captures Hyderabad in all its splendor and beauty. TULIP - JULY, 2016 77
TAROT
Forecast For
July 2016 - Tarot reading by Nupur Heda Patil
LEO
(born July 23 - August 22) The month of July is an ideal period to solve family problems and misunderstandings. Try to discover all the causes of disputes and set things right. If you want to have children, the month of July is the best one to consider having a baby. Your relationship is strong and a baby could only enrich it. If you are still looking for a partner, you should do so mainly in the first half of the month. The stars are on your side and you have a big chance to meet someone who is really worth it.
VIRGO
(born August 23 - September 22) The month of July will open the door to the world to you. You will see places you always wanted to visit. You will make your dreams come true and you will even meet love. Do not be surprised. You should rather be ready for that. If you miss such a precious moment and do not take this chance you will probably regret for a long time. The relationships will float on the calm waters of peace and stereotype which will be the best thing in the month you could wish. It may happen that in the summer you will have a quarrel with your parents or some other very close family members.
LIBRA
(born September 23 - October 22) The influence of the Angels upon your love life will be significant in July. Your friendly behavior and charisma will attract lots of people to you. You will establish long-lasting, firm friendships that are often more important than anything else. And you should not forget – where there 78 JULY, 2016 - TULIP
is friendship, there may also be love. Proceed carefully because if you rush you may frighten it off. Trust issues, disputes can be painful and unnecessarily long and tiring. At the end of July, things should be fine and you can expect peaceful family Christmas.
SCORPIO
(born October 23 - November 21) For a long-time, there was mist in front of your eyes for which you were not able to see love even if it sat on your lap. The system of “trial and error“ can be interesting but in your heart you feel that short-term relationships are more tiring than fulfilling. The beginning of the month July will not directly bring love to you but you will meet someone who, in the beginning, may seem as one out of many, but after some time (approximately at the end of the month) you will realize that this person is very important to you – more than you had in fact thought. The relationships have strengthened and they have a green light.
SAGITTARIUS
(born November 22 - December 21) The destiny will mischievously play with you during the whole month. Take everything as a test and believe that everything will have a happy ending. Everything you have experienced and will have to experience will be a great source of experience. Thanks to that you can be beneficial to someone else who is going through a similar situation. A selfless help may develop into love!“. If you are married or in a long-term relationship, forget about all the disputes and look at yourselves in the same way as you did in the beginning of your relationship.
TAROT
CAPRICORN
(born December 22 - January 19) Peace and well-being that surround you opens up new opportunities to meet new people. You are relaxed, you are not in a rush and you definitely do not feel that you should be with somebody at any cost. And exactly this attracts the right, easy-going and genuine people to you. Let things happen freely and you will see how it goes. If you are in a relationship, enjoy the re-discovery of values and things which you liked so much about your partner. You can expect a beautiful period full of love and understanding. If you are considering having a baby now, it is the best time to realize it.
AQUARIUS
(born January 20 - February 18) If you are in a relationship, be happy that you have a partner. Despite the pressure, that will be at the beginning of the month more significant than ever, try to control your stress and do not succumb to it. Your partner does not deserve being punished for something they have not caused. Hug him/her and let him/her protect you rather than chasing him/her off. You should ask yourself whether it is necessary to pass your worries on your partner or whether you can share them. Single people – the world is not as black as you see it. There can be a large flame somewhere near you. It would be a pity to miss it.
PISCES
(born February 19 - March 20) You will find it difficult to find some time for your family and friends due to the program the stars have prepared for you. Meeting new people will be even more difficult. You will spend most of your time closed in the office; on the way to a better post. And just because of work, you will meet someone who would affect you more than you expect. Let things happen freely and do not rush into something that would unnecessarily distract or impede you. This feeling will be reciprocal. In the second half of the month, you can expect your mutual great success which you may celebrate already as a couple. Take good care of this relationship. Your family will support you. They will be your haven where you can always return to gain new energy.
ARIES
(born Mar. 21 - April 19) The month will end the solitude of those who are ready for a serious relationship. It will bring lot of opportunities and fun to those who are not looking for a serious relationship. This will also strengthen the relationships of those who are in love. The first half of the month will
bring the most beautiful relationships. In this period you will be very successful in the love area. If you are searching for someone, you will find one! Give a chance and you will be discovered. Love and you will be loved. It has never been easier to find a partner than in the first half of the month, July! The second half of the month is favourable for work and family relationships. You can reconcile with someone you have not seen for ages. You can also meet new friends – even at the workplace. You will be a popular companion. Do not be afraid of a confrontation with an enemy, an appointment with an important business partner or of a job interview. Stars are on your side!
TAURUS
(born April 20 - May 20) July is your month. It is full of love and fulfilment. In the first half of the month you should concentrate on your family relationships and close friendships. These people provide you the most precious thing you have in your life – the feeling of safety and pleasant background that you really need. Solve everything that might spoil your otherwise perfect, peaceful relationship. The second half of the month will bring love. Especially beginning of the next month, which is August, will have an erotic touch. Choose wisely because you will attract various types of partners. The “right one” will be among them; you should therefore be careful not to overlook him/her!
GEMINI
(born May 21 - June 20) It is not easy to please you and this will not be different in July. You love being surrounded with intelligent and interesting people who are also funny and considerably charismatic. You are convinced that you are able to offer exactly the same to them. But just like the people around you, you are not perfect. Work on your relationships and on the perception of others. Try to have a look on a bit of your inner self which is definitely not as perfect as you imagined. Maybe, with a discovered and selfconfessed self-criticism you will be able to see people around you from a different perspective. This will help you to establish new friendships or even find love.
CANCER
(born June 21 - July 22) If Angels could hold a protective hand over only one person in the world, in the month of July, it would definitely be you! Everything that restricted you from establishing intimate relationships will fade away. You will feel much more confident and fearless. Your healthy selfconfidence will attract so many people to you that it will be only on you whom you will decide for. Who will become your friend? Who are your acquaintances? Who is your lover? You’ll be ready to tackle anything that comes your way!
