EUPHORIA
A well-known name in the brownie world today; what started off as “Faisal Bhai’s Brownies”, now known as Euphoria, is one of Hyderabad’s best selling, much-loved bakeries ever. “It all began with a dream”, recalls Faisal. “The burning desire to achieve that dream was so much, that I would stop at nothing to achieve it and just couldn’t wait to start living it”. Most wish to travel the world, but for him, it was like his calling. With a corporate job that kept him on his toes, Faisal found himself wishing that there were more than 24 hours in a day that he could dedicate to his work and his dreams. In October of 2015, he joined a Facebook foodie group - “Foodies in Hyderabad Reloaded”, where he posted a lot of pics of food. What caught everyone’s eyes, were his Brownie posts. Soon requests started pouring in for the brownies. The demand went through the roof, leading to their first bake sale at the Christmas Carnival at YWCA in December 2015, where they sold almost 40 kilos of brownies! The success of the bake sale made him take the obvious decision to quit his well paying however stressful job in April 2016 and shift complete focus on his new venture. The real hustle began when Faisal had to do everything on his own, right from baking, cutting, packing and delivering. The 5 hours spent travelling on his bike, interacting with customers and grow his customer base took up most of a year for him, but he thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Their house turned into a temporary production unit, with brownies covering every inch of their living room and kitchen. “It was like a hovel. There was so space for anything else”, he laughs. “We stopped entertaining friends for over a year!” Finally, his wife has had enough of not being able to use the kitchen as ‘her kitchen’, reclaimed it by jokingly threatening to divorce him if he didn’t move the business to a place where he could do his work more justice. He got a small, 1000 sqft place where he worked for another year before he finally moved to a larger space and set store there. “Uncompromising food quality - Orgasmic tasting brownies” and “exemplary customer service “ are the two pillars that Euphoria stands on. “Always has, always will be” quotes Faisal. The name “Euphoria” and the colour Teal were both his wife, Anita’s choice. Euphoria means “extreme happiness” and that’s what customers experience when the indulges in Euphoria products. Their logo was designed by Swordfish. At that point, they had no idea that there was something called CMYK that are the four ink colours used in offset printing. Simran, the owner of the swordfish pulls his leg till date about the fact that he brought his wife’s dupatta as a colour reference for his brand! (Guffaws Faisal, recalling that incident) What’s next with Euphoria?? “Three things we are aggressively working on right now as we speak 1) Expanding our menu - We have recently introduced Cake Jars and looking at building a cake menu. Brownies, however, will ALWAYS be our primary product. 2) PAN India presence with our brownies, through the distribution route. 3) Launching our own E-commerce platform so that people can order online throughout the country!”, Faisal mentions excitedly. “My dream was the driving force to start my business and I’m happy that I pursued it so effervescently that it led me to have a life that I only dreamt of having. I wanted to work hard while also having the leisure time to enjoy the fruits of my hard work - a vacation every month in a new country and to have enough money and time to do that. That’s what my work rewards me with! The dream is the reason Euphoria exists today”. DESSERT FACTORY
“I moved back to India for about six months before my wedding. I married someone who is severely allergic to eggs and had never eaten cakes, cookies or any of the other baked goods that most of us enjoyed eating while growing up. Imagine growing up without eating cake on your birthday! So for me, it became imperative that I was able to cook and bake for him without using eggs. I wanted him to have a “taste” of what I loved eating! Interestingly I had no background in baking. (Or any cooking for that matter)I think in my twenty-three years of life, I had only baked one cake, which was such a disaster that my friends and I had to eat it with spoons. So, I took some basic baking classes with Mehnaaz, now the owner of Labonel, who used to take private baking lessons out of her home. I genuinely believe that is where my love and interest in baking started. Then, reading cookbooks and discovering and experimenting with new recipes became an obsession. However, baking in those years was only limited to feeding family and friends. After my second child, unfortunately, I struggled with depression. My husband, my parents, my entire family and my close friends and professional counselling, helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life. One of the things that I was advised to do was to use my mind and express my creativity, and that’s when my husband encouraged me to start Dessert Factory—a made to order dessert service from home. For the next few years, I worked again from my kitchen in my house. My menu had both varieties of desserts, regular ones and the eggless ones - where my journey began. My two most popular desserts when I started were Chocolate Heaven and Litchi Galore—and even today, they continue to be two of our best sellers. We were supplying desserts to some restaurants, one of them being Kaficko. My aunt had a long-standing kulfi business from which she was ready to retire; she very graciously asked if my sister and I would like to take it over. That’s when my sister Arshia A Ayub joined me as a partner in the Dessert Factory, and we added her now-famous Badamkulfi to our menu. We continued to supply to the many establishments that she catered to for over 25 years. Unfortunately, I had to take a break from Dessert Factory when I had my third child, and at this time Arshi handled the kitchen beautifully by herself. She used to tell people she was “Babysitting the business”- it indeed was my baby! I still helped her with the recipes and training her staff, but she was in charge. As of recently, we both have decided to commit ourselves fully to its expansion, as we both have more time to dedicate to it. We hope to now steer Dessert Factory in a new direction and on an even more fruitful path. Currently, Dessert Factory focuses not only on dessert bowls, but bars, brownies, and cookies are some of our best sellers. Kulfis are some of our most regularly selling items. And in the way of expansion, we have just added the flavoursof Paan, Salted Caramel, and Coconut to our Kulfi menu. We want to continue to expand our menu in the future. We endeavour to be known for baked goods that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside and want to be a reminder to people of how great home-baked treats taste.” - Mona Ahmed (Owner, Desssert Factory) Location: 69 breeze apartments, Huda hights, MLA colony Rd 12 Banjara Hills Hyderabad Contact: +91 98490 31364 Instagram Handle:@dessfact (Dessert Factory)

Let’s Talk About Mental Health with
DR. HARINI ATTURU What is the first thing to do when someone is worried about their mental health? “First and foremost I would like to mention that Body and Mind are connected, so it’s important to look after both elements to be healthy and happy. It’s imperative to have a structured day with regular activity to ensure endorphins are released which lifts your mood- Diet, Eating Healthy and sleep are also important factors Many people have difficulty with sleep tend to be up for a longer time this affects their Internal clocks, circadian rhythm” - “ Sometimes in our lives, we go through phases of sadness and upset, where we may be so for a few days and we go back to ourselves momentarily - It would be concerning when this behaviour exceeds and starts persisting where it interferes with everyday life wherein you stop enjoying your life - that’s when I in my professional opinion would worry this is when you must aim to analyse the situation by talking to your family and friends and start taking appropriate steps to seek help. What according to you in your professional career is lacking in the current mental Heath scenario in Hyderabad/India? “The biggest factor I would say is the stigma around seeking help for mental health-I have seen in my professional experience that people are afraid of seeking appropriate help out of fear of societal criticisms, I would like to state an account from my experience working with the Elderly, they come to me seeking help for symptoms of depression (ie. loneliness, teary , sleeplessness, no motivation , failure to enjoy anything to name a few)- when I diagnose them with Depression they often state in disbelief that they are not - as they imagine a depressed person as someone who is always crying or is psychotic they fail to understand what they are going through because they are fearful of societal burdens”- in concerns of Middle-aged individual’s - “Similarly they are aware of what they are going through but don’t seek appropriate help out of fear of public judgment ” - A lot of literature states that teenagers by the age of 18 years up to 75% might have had unrecorded depression -it is only in their later life they realse that what they where going throught at tha point in their life was a form of mental health issue” What are some misconceptions of dealing with mental health? “One of the most common misconceptions that surround mental health is that it is something that makes someone dangerous, disconnected from society - whereas it’s just an illness due to some chemical imbalances in the brain - there might be some life event that was traumatic to which the body responds that way- Depression and Anxiety should not be taken as a personal failure - it should never be simply categorised as laziness or an as an attitude issue”- Mental Health is something “someone is actually suffering and don’t know how to express how they feel, to truly understand what they are feeling - you need to step in there shoes” What are the first steps to growing awareness about mental health? “The first steps towards creating mental health issues awareness are the aim to break the barrier - I was interested to bring awareness to Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder among teachers and parents
to ensure that the issue was recognised- often children who go through the above mentioned are classified as naughty or are seen as a threat to other children - if gone unchecked, this goes on to affect university life with the individuals fails to analyse themselves and stalks them into their married and work life as well - similarly to raise appropriate awareness it is imperative to ensure that the issue is firstly understood- this is same for other issues like anxiety and depression.” Secondly “ The use of the various media’s presence can also be beneficial for awareness (ie.Print / Social media)- Talk about it freely -its an illness that needs to be treated nothing to be stigmatised about” What steps should one take if they are worried about a friend or relative handling mental health issues? “If you know someone who is has a mental health issue try giving them a shoulder to lean on, lend them a listening ear- talking helps to free a lot of emotions “ Saying that “ It is important for whoever is giving support to know how to handle that person appropriately”_” if you worry about being unable to handle the situation it is best to seek professional help -whether it is by a phycologist or a physiatrist, these are unbiased profession who will provide guidance suitably” Should apps for mental health be evaluated and endorsed? “Nowadays there are many mental health apps which are run by artificial intelligence - these apps often fill a void of a supportive friend it collects your data as your reply - and based on their replies offers advice accordingly, Artificial intelligence is being used often in the medical field - but what needs to be observed is that its almost like therapy and therefore it is important that before releasing these apps need to be monitored to ensure its authenticity- to keep in check if the app has used the help of registered psychologist and psychiatrist to develop the app “ How can social media be used more effectively to bring people with mental health problems together and help them connect (e.g. in their communities), rather than isolating them in their homes? “Social media plays a very impressive role and can be used to create “social stories” which can anonymise a person experience and run a story that might to give hope to others - eg it could be an account of an individual who used to take antidepressants and has triumphantly beat TULIP - JULY, 2020 29

depression this shows those seeking help how things have changed and just this account to create a positive change for themselves “Saying that it also important to monitor the content that is posted on social media as sometimes dark issues can be posted that can have a damaging impact on an individual and therefore the content needs to be carefully moderated What are your views with regards to Covid19 and Mental Health? “COVID 19 on its on is another scenario - every day waking up is a pattern and like a struggle for a living - and you want to show your achievements but that can be a struggle - we start questioning ourselves - “what if it goes wrong” what the worst-case scenario is we start overthinking”“There is difference between you seeing a tiger and becoming anxious to you imagining a tiger becoming anxious -so for the first one it is a real threat and you analyse what you would do to fight or run away but in the case of the latte the threat is imaginary- you starting getting
anxious, you heartrate becomes fast, you get ahead ache, your blood pressure escalates, you start worrying you are not worthy and this impacts your performance and you start losing focus”- With Covid it’s not about individual survival its about survival of our species” - “ its quite enormous the number of people that are dying - but the answers are simple to wash your hands, practice social distancing and using the face mask, our tendencies make us want to over think and at this time we need to remember that we are doing all this for the safety of the species” “In my ending note I would like to say that people are very apprehensive about visiting a psychologist or a psychiatrist - to them I would say don’t worry we are there to help you - we aim to make you feel happy and to discuss your concerns in a save and unbiased space - “ Dr. Harini Atturu (MBBS) has MRC Psych (London) and an MSE in Psychiatry from the University of Manchester and operates at Sunshine Hospitals
Let’s Talk about Mental Health Why it’s about time we had this conversation Mental health involves emotional, psychological, and social health. It influences how we think, feel, and act. It also helps define how we control stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is vital at each stage of life, from childhood and adolescence into adulthood. Everyone recognises that when it comes to major physical diseases, the public always benefits from knowing what steps they can take for prevention, intervention, and treatment. However, this sort of public awareness about mental health receives much less attention. According to Actor Jaidev Reddy,” I feel, our mental health is as important as keeping physical conditioned. It’s a massive part of our existence and shouldn’t be ignored or avoided. I believe not only celebrities, but the whole world should come together and promote the importance of mental health whenever and wherever they can, by stressing that mental health should be prioritised over everything else that happens under the sun. Yes, I think we have a crowd now that finally understands the significance of mental health. Not entirely though, as we still have people who consider it as a taboo. We have all had our ups and downs. We live our lives in fluctuated moments. It’s essential during the tougher times you believe and keep faith in the process. That’s what I keep reiterating to myself.”
The Live Love Laugh Foundation (TLLLF) commissioned a study “How India Perceives Mental Health: TLLLF National Survey Report 2018” to help assess India’s mental health landscape to investigate perceptions surrounding mental health and mental illness in India - The study showed that while 87% of the respondents showed some awareness of the mental illness, 71% also used terms associated with stigma. This shows that stigma and perception are two separate issues, although interlinked. Celebrity fashion stylist, Ashwin Mawle excerpts “It’s always kind to share the good and bad of life with those close to you. It allows you to express how you feel. It will reduce your stress and anxiety.Well, one need not wait for the perfect moment to promote a dialogue about mental health. The moment you feel you are low or depressed, that’s the right time you reach out for someone. It doesn’t have to be face to face. But reaching out immediately is essential.- In India we all think and have “sab chalta hai attitude “ (it’s all ok)- be it small children being scared of something, or not wanting to go to school or refusing to make friends.- we never think something is wrong maybe we should talk to our kids about it instead of yelling and scolding them or telling them to change to fit societal norms Even for grown-ups- the fear of being judged, gossiped or laughed upon is more traumatic than anything- That’s why there needs to be better awareness, so people know it’s okay to seek help when they want to.” The stigma present in the immediate community might make it challenging for people with mental illness to discuss their predicaments

openly. The fear of being marked or judged can hold people from fully accepting of having any mental illness. People are inclined to remain in disbelief of the possibility that mental illness can happen to them, sometimes considering that these infirmities are prompted by having a weak mind. Steps to overcome mental illnesses such as counselling or to visit a psychologist for therapy are mistaken as weakness or failure. According to Ritika Matta, a counselling Psychologist founder of Bridging mind gabs (Private counselling sessions for clients)“Ensuring that there is a mental health dialogue affirms that mental health is equally important as physical health and the issues faced by people pervade across. The best way to promote a discussion about mental health is to continually bring up the conversations and ask for people’s opinions on it; this will ensure that people will at least go back and reflect on it. The discomfort has to be witnessed to reach a point of being comfortable around such essential conversations. Mental health awareness has a long way to go in Hyderabad/India; people still have attached much stigma around mental health and are unable to detach from it. There is much unlearning to do and a lot of grass-root issues to be addressed. Mental health issues are an interaction of so many factors, and there is a lot of damage control that has to be done in so many areas. We have gone long as compared to before, but we have to go far. This would come with psychoeducation and a lot of mental health awareness campaigns for people to identify and have a dialogue about it.” There is a need for the normalisation of mental health, as well as for more open dialogue around the subject, to increase awareness and diminish shame related to seeking help to make a positive change in the attitudes of those who are afraid to get the proper help they need. Marketing Director- Robotouch / MD - BConnect Realestate Bhargavi Yerram states “It is essential to talk about mental health as it creates awareness. People with mental illness might not be in a condition to talk about their distress. We, as friends and family members, should always keep an eye on near and dear ones. And not ignore them because of the condition they have. It can happen to us as well. Best way to promote a dialogue about mental health would be social media. It is a more natural way to reach out your network, and it spreads. Also, having a talk session in your social groups,

community, business groups, institutions will help. I do agree that awareness has a long way to go in our country. Everyone should be willing to talk about it and most importantly people should learn to communicate. We as an aware person should always educate people who aren’t. In the end, we should help each other.- I have never personly let any stress affect me in my daily life. I tune my mind not to accept any mental health issues. We have to keep ourselves very positive and consider living on a lighter note. Focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want. I focus on being positive and leading a happy life.” Few of the steps to create a compelling and safe environment for mental health is - To talk openly and directly - Always to seek help as an act of strength - Get to know the available support. Participate in local events, volunteer, and speak out Aarfa Abbani, a School Psychologist, Career Counselor and an Educator, says “Mental Health is real. It is not just a concept/ idea that we need to brainstorm about and leave the room feeling accomplished. Just like we ensure to pay attention to our physiological well-being - get ourselves enrolled into a gym or go for marathons – indulging in activities or conversations to build ourselves up mentally has always been the need of the hour, more now, given the pandemic situation. Mental health is not only about depression, substance abuse and suicides. It caters to the majority of the basic things of the general population experiences – like stress, actions and reactions, our attitude towards people and a lot more! The best way is to normalise such conversations, just like we all speak normally about diabetes and high blood pressure. The trick is to understand the difference between ‘normal’ and ‘casual’. We are all casual about mental health, and it certainly is not helping in fighting against the stigma that “only people with serious issues and cuckoo in the head have to go to the mental hospital. Why wait for tragedy to strike and not be aware of it right from the beginning. We live in a digitally quipped world where everyone is talking and supporting everything. It’s all out there, but ‘virtually.’ In reality, there are instances when the same people who put up videos, IGTV, posts on mental health are not too accessible or approachable in real life. Simply because 1. They either aren’t qualified to reach out. 2. To take in and process someone else’s emotional turmoil needs patience and ‘mental’ strength. If you want people to reach out to you, you must reach out first. Make yourself approachable.” We as a community should want to want mental health policies to improve that is what will make a genuine and real difference in people’s lives. We need to understand the indications of high-quality, personcentred strategies for the wellbeing and mental health of those seeking help spreads beyond the various avenues of a person’s life. We must try to be more empathetic to those who want to voice out about their mental health but have not been able to. We must aim to envision a kind of change that can be monitored and measured so that it can be recognised, strengthening the positive space to share narratives that have caused so much pain to pain to many by being brushed under the carpet. And as the famous quote by Glen Close goes “What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.”

Classy & Debonair -
Sushanth A Sushanth A is a coming of age actor who seems to be the hot ticket right now delivering performances and hits with his recent work in Tollywood. Read on to know in detail about his life- from why he left engineering midway to the bond he shares with his sibblings, from marriage to his take on Nepotism he shares it all!
What is a typical day like in your life? Well, during the lockdown, it has fluctuated a bit. There were days when I had 8 am keyboard classes and other days which were not so routine based. I’ve added habits like meditation, practicing the keyboard and lately started watching online lectures on finance. I have listened to a few scripts online and try to follow my workout routine on weekdays. I’ve not been super busy but am trying to acquire some new skills while I have the time and also keeping my immunity up. You left the road to Engineering mid way and entered Tollywood. What made you take this decision of becoming an actor? While growing up, I really enjoyed watching my grandfather’s and uncle’s film shoots and previews but I wasn’t very clear about my career path until much later and added to that, I was a shy kid. I liked playing sports and was a reasonably good student. At that time, engineering seemed like a straightforward option following my father’s footsteps. I left to America to study at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign when I was 17. I worked 20 hours a week to pay off my rent and expenses while maintaining my grades. I liked my space and the journey initially but two years into college and away from Hyderabad, was when I realised how much I missed everything about the movies, even as an audience. At this point, when I was reading film discussion forums and watching every single movie, even the ones that I would have probably given a miss if I was at home, was when I realised my true interest in fine arts. I finally conveyed my interest to my family and they suggested I finish my bachelors degree as I had worked hard to get into a good University. During my final year, I did feel like quitting at a point while studying ‘digital signal processing’ but pushed myself thanks to family and graduated. I have my UIUC certificate as proof :) Post that, I took some formal training in acting and started a new journey. It was challenging and exciting to overcome my shyness and perform in public. Tell us about your upcoming movie No parking? No Parking - Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu is a script I heard even before ChiLaSow released. It is a concept oriented thriller narrated in a commercial format and is based on a true incident that happened 32 JULY, 2020 TULIP

in the director’s life. I felt it would be the perfect follow up after ChiLaSow as it would also show a new side of me. In the meantime, Ala Vaikunthapurramloo happened and I told my team to wait a little longer and work on the script while I finished AVPL. Fortunately, it all worked out and IVNR is 75% done and I’m excited about how it has shaped up so far. It is a mixed genre film that has romance, comedy, intensity, action all layered organically. It is a versatile character for me and totally different from ChiLaSow and AVPL. When can we expect to hear wedding bells for Sushant? I have no idea and I think it will happen when it has to happen. Its important to connect to the person to take the leap and I guess I’ll just know when that happens. Tell us something about the bond you share with your cousins? I share a wonderful bond with all my cousins on both sides. Sometimes, we may not meet for weeks but when we do, it is always a blast again. I grew up with cousins on my mom’s side in Hyderabad and I used to spend my summers in Madras with dad’s side of the family. Our grandparents have always taught us the importance of family. Whether it is about films or anything else, we always lean on each other whenever needed and am thankful for all of them in my life. What kind of roles are you looking to pick in the future? I would like to be known as a versatile actor and am trying to work along those lines with each step I take. Hopefully, No Parking will be a step in that direction and show an intense side of my acting along with the fun side and a wider range of scripts come my way. What do you think of nepotism in the current scheme of things ? I have utmost respect for people who are self made in their field of work. Their drive and determination to overcome adversity is commendable. My grandfather, ANR garu, has been an inspiration to many for the same reason. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to pursue my passion in cinema and never take it for granted. Each person has their own journey, ups and downs while trying to make a mark and I’ve had my own. During this journey, I think it is important to be kind, collaborate and support one another especially during the tougher times. Do you think OTT platform audience have an influence while making a movie for the large screen ? Each film has a way of choosing its platform and I think everything can coexist. Earlier it was only theatres, then it was theatres and satellite tv and now OTT has added another dimension to entertainment. Opportunities will grow and solid content will always find its way onto each platform and it is good to be on our toes to try and entertain the audience on multiple platforms. How was your experience working with Allu Arjun and Trivikram. What are the learnings from it ? It was the most fun set I’ve been on. It was especially comfortable since Allu Arjun has been a good friend for a long time and Trivikram Sir himself is a super cool and relaxed director on set. Added to that, Tabu garu and Pooja are also friends of mine so it was a complete blast working with and observing the entire cast up close. Trivikram Sir quickly observes your strengths and weaknesses and we would talk a lot about how to enhance our performances and also about the future. This was my first experience with an established director like him and I’ve picked up a great amount of knowledge. Allu Arjun gives it his best in everything he does, and is inspiring how constantly driven he is inspite of being a huge star. His interest in detail is amazing and it was good to see him perform from close quarters. Tell us about the funniest rumour you have heard about yourself? I don’t indulge much in rumours and forget them quickly. I’m still trying to remember one :)

Trends That Are Going To Be Top-Notch in 2020
The onset of a fresh decade means there are new and exciting things to do to your skin. If all the end-of-decade recaps have proved anything, so much has happened for us to get here, our hair alone has had quite the questionable journey from side bangs to hair doughnuts – there have been so many challenges, fiascos and never-ending styles. But, that last decade also brought real progress in the way our culture views beauty and that includes make-up and skincare hygiene as well. We saw skins that weren’t airbrushed and women going completely natural on the runways without even hesitating for a bit, it was rather palatial and majestic. With 2020 being a whole new decade, bringing with it whole new energy, let’s have a look at how things are set to kick-off this year. Here is a list of things that will be on top every girl’s checklist this decade and we are nothing short of excited as to how things are going to be this year in terms of beauty, skincare and make-up.
Gemstone Eyes
Call it the Euphoria Effect but inventive takes on eyeliner and rhinestones – lots of rhinestones - were all over the spring 2020 runways. Off the catwalk, we saw more subtle variations, like these cool confetti eyes, or we also see stick-on rhinestones in the inner corners of the eyes, the most fascinating ones of these were created by Pat McGrath who created the brightly coloured eye looks with decals.
Crystal Nails
Searches for “Swarovski crystal nails” are up 128% on Pinterest, and it’s not hard to see why. Who wouldn’t want to look down and see little disco parties on their nails? There’s the option of going to a salon to have them delicately place crystals in a long line along the cuticles or tips, but we can also go the DIY route with a chunky glitter polish. 34 JULY, 2020 TULIP

Knotted Headbands
If 2019 was the year of the padded headband 2020 will be all about knotted ones. Not only were they all over the runways, but we also couldn’t walk two steps without seeing someone wearing these tiny little pieces of endearment. Our favorite places to shop for these would be Shein or Urbanic with their classic choice of fast fashion, it’s the one-stop-shop destination for any girl today, these are two websites which offer a ton of fun styles, and also are affordable and attractive.
Pastel Eye Shadow
Worn all over our lids or just as a flick of liner, pretty pastel shades are set to have a moment this year. This year we saw models wearing dreamy washes of mint, peach, powder blue, lilac and lemon on the runways, we also expect to see more palettes hitting drugstores that’ll let you test the waters. But if you don’t want to wait that long then Maybelline’s makeup artist recommends blending silverywhite shade like Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 hour eye shadow in Chill Girl with a darker color to soften it up.
Hair Clips
If we didn’t get in the hair-clip game in 2019, here’s good news. Now’s our chance. Pinterest reports searches for hair clips are 930% going into the New Year. While teens are leaning towards wing and butterfly clips, those of us who have too many haunted memories of wearing them with braces can gravitate toward more grown-up options, like pearl clips, adorned bobby pins and gold claw clips.
Blush Pink Make-Up
For those who prefer subtle over sparkle, 2020 has something in store for you too: soft, fresh-faced looks enhanced by a sweep of blush. On the cheeks, yes, but also on the lips for a more ethereal, sun-kissed vibe that doesn’t require a pile of bronzer. The other key component: skin that looks like skin, which, thanks to a new crop of lightweight skin tints hitting the market this year, makes a dewy glow easier than ever to achieve. Glossy Lips
Can we all agree to leave matte liquid lipsticks in the 2010s? The glossy lips are back, and whether we are after a balmy finish or full-on reflective shine, this is one of the easiest beauty trends of 2020 to pull off. Dab clear gloss over your favorite lip color for a subtle update to the usual look.
Glass Skin
2020’s favorite trend that is here to stay is glowing, glass skin which can be achieved by slathering a mixture of moisturizers, cream highlighters, and oils to beam the face-up. Glass skin is a term for exceptionally smooth, even-toned and lustrous skin that’s so flawless that it has the appearance of glass, some women like to use strobe cream after moisturizing, but before foundation to give the skin a little from-within-glow, also it’s important to use only setting powders in certain areas on the skin so that the skin doesn’t look too oily.
Fluffy Brows
R.I.P. to the days of drawing on your brows like your life depends on it. Embracing undone, lived- in, full-brows is the wave now. Brows are starting to look more like brows and less like cartoons. People are now getting into the groove of using brow pens to mimic their natural hair with beautiful shapes; feathered brows can be created by using a soap, which is an old-school Hollywood trick. A pair of precise angled brush with brow pomade and make hair-like strokes through the brow, which gives the brow a fuller, more precise look, then take a product by soap brows which are soap in a container, and rub it through the brows with a mascara wand for a feathered effect. 36 JULY, 2020 TULIP
Bob Cuts
The idea of chopping off almost all of our hair can be terrifying. But don’t let the bob smell your fear, because it’s just here to help. Not only is a bob super chic, but it’s also low maintenance and versatile style that will be sure to elevate your 2020 look. Another thing to note about the classic cut: it’s a universally flattering style, no matter your face shape, bobs can be of various lengths, textures and colors from a bold bleach blonde blunt cut bob to a dark brunette bob with bangs, there’s a cut suitable for every style and comfort level. “The most beautiful makeup of a person is passion. But cosmetics are easier to buy” - Yves Saint Laurent “Remember back in the day we were all obsessed with roll-on glosses? “I at least had five of those, and I loved how juicy and shiny my lips looked. Glossy lips have always been in the trend subtracting at least five years from your age. Adding a thin layer of gloss is an excellent trick for mature skin, giving that overall youthful glow. Glossy lips immediately make the lips look fuller and complete this trend that results in a healthy, hydrated and radiant look. If given a choice between matte or lustrous gloss, I’d always choose the latter.” Aamna Salman, Blogger & Make-Up Enthusiast GLASS SKIN Glass skin is impeccably even-toned, smooth and lustrous skin. It is well moisturized and looks almost transparent like a glass. With consistent skin care practices with the right food habits can definitely do the trick accordingly. Every skin type has its own set of cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizers and for the luminious lasting effect facial oils can be added which can be lightweight like sea buckthorn and rosehip seed oil, but before starting a regime one should consult an expert or a dermat . Beauty tip: the beauty concoction which is really working for me now is beets carrots and apple juice, this works as a catalyst. What is beauty for me? I think physical attractiveness is over rated, it’s the overall personality and the aura which one radiates with confidence. As an individual we should imbibe self confidence and the rest will follow Kaunain Fatima Makeup Artist “Make Up is art, Beauty is Spirit!” “In the beginning of 2020, a Fenty Makeup artist predicted that one of the biggest trends of this year was going to be pastel make up and now it is. The trend rose from the famous TV show “Euphoria” and celebrities like Ariana Grande wearing pastel eye shadow ! Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty and many other brands launched their pastel palettes. The beauty and more a form of self expression. The real key to rocking these shades are knowing your under tone and picking the right shade for yourself. Mint blue is my personal favorite!” Saniya Khan, Make Up Artist
“You do look your best when you don’t overdo your makeup & let your flaws show” “For those of who have chapped lips, matte lipstick is our worst nightmare. Lipstick connoisseurs are well aware that the complete matte lip trend has been around, not just for but for years. That’s about to change because things are about to get a whole lot shinier. Gleaming, glistening pouts are set to take center stage and give your lips more finish and depth. Glossy lips are now making a comeback, as the beauty world shifts its’ obsessions from all things glistening, from glowing complexions to shiny hair, glossy lips complete this trend that results in a healthy, radiant and hydrated look”. Shivani Krishna, Blogger & Make-Up Artist
“Clean nails will be the next big trend according to me. Especially because of the pandemic happening in the world, everyone is looking for beauty that is natural and low maintenance, in that sense I feel clean nails work perfectly! No one is going to the salon to get their nails done anymore so its only natural that people will want to keep their nails super clean! A lot of the runway trends are going to be inspired by quarantine and I think this trend of natural nails we’ll get to see on the runway as well.” Gazal Surana, Make Up Artist

Capsule Wardrobe
Thanks to fast fashion where clothes from the runway to stores and consumers to garbage travel at 10 x times faster than it did ever before. To address this crisis, minimalists have come up with the idea of a capsule wardrobe. A capsule wardrobe also known as mini or limited wardrobe is a collection of basic versatile pieces of garments which are mix-matched to maximise the amounts of outfits gained. - By Amrutha Varshini kothapally

FASHION |
The term capsule wardrobe has come from western countries. The term was coined by the owner of London boutique “Wardrobe” Susie Faux in the 1970s. She referred to it as a collection of clothing items which are essential and do not go out of fashion. It was later popularised by American designer Donna Karan in 1985. She released a collection “7 easy pieces” which showcased the interchangeable style of clothing. Only in the past couple of years, this concept has gained considerable traction due to its mention in many fashion articles, blogs and television shows. Did you know it takes up to 7000 gallons of water to produce a pair of jeans? Did you know the synthetics you are wearing right now won’t decay? By using the pair of jeans or clothing item twice the amount you can reduce your carbon and water footprint radically. The focus while buying should be on quality and not quantity. Practising this lifestyle helps you focus on reducing and reuse. Especially in this trying time, it is significant to focus on basics and essentials. A capsule wardrobe consists of 37 pieces of clothing. Although this is subjective as some suggest 33 or 20 or even 10. Here it includes tops, bottoms, coats, shoes and scarfs. It does not include accessories, jewellery, occasional party wear, gym or nightclothes. The garments
selected should be adaptable to layering and also be standalone pieces. Capsule works seasonally, meaning it is curated keeping in mind the climate for the following three months I.e. monsoon for us currently. Before you create your wardrobe based on this concept, there are some factors which will help in the smooth transition. Personal style. One of the key benefits of this wardrobe is owning only the items you wear and not according to trends. One way to figure out personal style is by observing your current clothing. Identify the fit you like, what material do you like and do you like plains or prints. Voila! That’s your style. Where do you spend most of your time? Calculate where do you spend your time. At work, on the road, gym, home, etc. That will determine what you use the most. If you need more formal or casual, glam or functional, active or lounge. Colour. It is essential to know what colours you lean on the most because you have to interchange and mix match your clothing. You need a base colour which can be black, white, grey or navy. Then you can build on any colours from earthy to neutrals to bright.

Step 3 Now you have created your pods. You have to decide on your coats and scarfs. A basic denim jacket in rainy season goes a long way. A trench or heavy coat is also relevant if you have plans of walking outside. A bomber or windbreaker jacket is a must if you travel on a bike in this season. Blazers should also be included in the collection if your work demands. Also, it is the best time to wear cardigans and scarfs, when it is frosty occasionally but not the entire day. Step 4 Deciding on shoes is one the hardest part of this season. You have to keep in mind not to wear leather or heels as they get ruined easily in this setting. Runners, crocs, ballet flats, high top boots and Chelsea boots are advisable.
Climate. As it is seasonal wardrobe weather plays a significant part. Monsoon is very moist, muddy, sticky and unpredictable. It is advisable to avoid wearing leathers as they are perishable due to moisture. You should also avoid wearing white and loosely woven cotton as they become translucent under the rain. Flip flops and sliders are a no go in this season. There are many ways to go about while creating a capsule, once you have figured out the initial factors. You can do it in 4 steps Step 1 Make three piles of your everyday wardrobe- yes, no and maybe. All the things which you wear frequently and fit you properly go to the yes stack. Clothes which are unfit, unpleasant, or you haven’t worn in the past year or two will go the no pile. Garments which you are not sure about will go to the maybe stack. Step 2 After reading and watching countless articles and books, I conclude that the easiest way to go about is- make a “pod”. Each pod should consist of three tops and two bottoms, where each bottom suits all the tops. That makes six outfits. You need to create 4-5 modules as such. Now you have 24 – 30 outfits. That means you don’t have to repeat the same outfit for a whole month! The most basic tops you must include in your wardrobe are plain or printed round or V-neck tees in different colours according to your liking as they can be worn under something or make an outfit on its own. Tank tops should also be included in your collection as they can be layered and used in multiple ways. Button-ups are also a good idea as it can be used in both ways to dress-up or dress-down. For bottoms in this weather shorts, trousers, wide-legged jeans and linen pants are highly convenient. 46 JULY, 2020 TULIP
There are plenty of reasons to shift for this kind of lifestyle. From being environmentally conscious, reduce your decision fatigue, and keep your money in check by buying functional apparels it offers lots of advantages. The most important thing is to enjoy the clothes you wear and feel confident. You should be flexible with the rules and personalise it according to your lifestyle.

Salma Bin Breik is an interior designer and stylist based in Hyderabad and undertakes projects from concept to completion as well as styling projects. With an experience in residential projects in Dubai, Uae and Hyderabad, India she loves bringing changes to spaces to create a functional and aesthetic abode for its dwellers. She Shares some tips to transform our living rooms and make it look more beautiful. The past few months, a majority of us have spent the most amount of time at home as never before. With the increasing demand for work from home and spending more amount of time indoors, you need to feel at ease while staying at home. This calls for some changes that might change the whole look and feel of your home that make you feel more refreshed, motivated and most importantly the ‘’there is no place like home’’ vibe! As an interior designer and stylist, I have worked with modern home designing in the UAE and no doubt that luxury design calls for a big budget. However, it’s not feasible to achieve the modern style interiors at a low budget but following these simple steps, you might accomplish a welcoming and modern touch to your home without having a big toll on your wallet. Fortunately, with the accessibility to online shopping, you can get these purchases by being at home and it’s safe and just a click away! The following article will guide you to bring the much needed refreshing look to your home in simple ways.
Cushion Transformation The overall look of the sofa a can be changed by adding (or) changing the existing cushions. Cushions can make a basic sofa look more luxurious and voluminous. Once you have initially invested in good cushion fillers, then only the cushion covers need to be replaced for creating a fresher look and feel to your space. Changing the soft furnishings is an easy way to add glamour to the home and is an economical means as well. Play with different patterns, textures, materials and colors. Break the pattern by adding plain cushions alternatively. To make the design of the cushion stand out, use cushion covers with velvet piping of a different color. This makes the cushion appear bold and attracts the attention of viewers. Additionally, to achieve a more dramatic look, silk or suede cushions can be used. In case of neutral interiors, go bold with the cushions to inject the pop of color in the interiors. To achieve a symmetrical look, the number of cushions is preferred to be even. In the case of modern interior style, one can opt for an odd number of cushions. Moreover, a sofa can be styled by placing a throw on the side of the hand rest to add that extra texture and to create more dimensions. PRO TIP: Style cushions of varying shapes and sizes to create an informal and welcoming look.

Infuse Greenery Floor plants are an addition to the interiors to fill out the empty corners of the home. Using beautiful planters as the base can make the plants stand out and bring the extra wow factor in the existing décor. Stunning planters can integrate design and functionality as well. Apart from aesthetic benefits, plants provide health benefits too as they clean the air and provides calmness and helps in increasing productivity. They also enhance the height of a space. It’s one way to bring outdoors & indoors and connect with nature. Apart from floor plants, one can also add hanging plants, florals and succulents on the coffee table to add that green factor. Succulents are relatively easier to maintain and very small. ‘Paudhe Se Yaari’ is a specialised store for all kinds of succulents and small planters situated at Sarath Capital City Mall which sells a variety of succulents that would bring joy to plant lovers. However, in case if you are using real plants, maintaining them also needs to be considered for them to have a longer life. Water your plants as required and take the necessary steps to ensure their proper growth. If you find it difficult to maintain real plants, artificial potted plants can also be added to interiors for bringing life to the space. Some of the popular artificial plants for décor include snake plant, bamboo palm, areca palm and peace lily. Thus, adding plants can inject life into the space and create a stress-free and happy environment. PRO TIP: Use plants to cover the blemishes and spots on the walls to achieve a cleaner look.

Add Rugs Rugs are one of the main purchases that are required to bring out the character and theme of space. While designing a home or re-styling a home, the color, shape and size of the rugs play an important part. The color should generally match the hues used in the overall space. The size of the carpet depends upon the space available. Round carpets are preferred in small spaces while rectangular carpets are the most preferred with a comparative larger furniture layout. Place your rug under the coffee table while the front legs of your furniture are placed on top of it. Also, it’s important to consider at least a 60 cm distance between the sofa and the table to ensure comfortable circulation space. Geometric patterned rugs are in trend lately as they give a bold statement and provide the much-needed contrast to space. To add on, they have at least two accent colors which go well with the entire color scheme. Proper maintenance and regular vacuuming of rugs and carpets are necessary to avoid the accumulation of dust which causes allergies. To achieve a more modern look, go with playful prints. Modern carpets have abstract prints with a small splash of colours. They are often considered as an art of its own and are treated as a masterpiece having its own personality. PRO TIP: Purchase a rug that matches the hue of the color of the sofa to have a perfect color balance (with at least two accent colors).

Display Art In interior designing and styling – details matter a lot and make a big difference. Choosing the right artwork and frame is important and requires attention to detail. The paintings, art, installations and sculptures must showcase your personal identity and needs to be of the right colors to complement the space. Artworks create a strong focal point and instantly bring the viewers attention and thus needs to be cohesive and not appear as though they are not meant for the space. Wall arts, sculptures and décor complete the interior while giving personality and color effortlessly. They bring the whole space together and give your home the desired finished look, without art, there would be a sense of emptiness in the space. An ideal way to find the right size of the art is to measure the distance between the ceiling and the furniture and should not be placed more than 6 inches above the sofa. Depending upon the size of the wall and the style of interiors, one can choose between a big oversized artwork or use frames of varying sizes for creating a perfect gallery wall. Selecting arts with smoother textures will create a sleek finish. Artworks are also used to add visual weight to space hence making them more aesthetic and unique. Check out the art frames and posters at ikea India for a variety which covers every style- be it formal, chic, minimal or eclectic. PRO TIP: Keep the maximum distance between two frames between 3-6 inches based on your eye level.

ACCESSORIZE YOUR SPACE One of the most overlooked aspects of design detailing is investing in interior accessories. Accessories don’t just add aesthetics and texture but provide functionality as well. For example, décor trays can be used for decoration as well as can be used on coffee tables to place coasters, candles, remotes or can simply be used for serving! On the other hand, using elegant book-ends adds magic to shelf styling while placing books between them. If you want your living room to appear bigger and more spacious, you can place full-length wide mirrors on the walls so that they give a feeling of a bigger space by reflection. Chinese jars are also a good decorative investment that adds luxury and richness to the space. Some of my favourite and to-go accessories include Books, candles, trays, florals and ceramic vases. Always keep in mind not to place accessories distantly in a wide place as they lose their character and seem lost and unnoticed and secondly, never keep monotonous accessories together; always mix different textures and patterns and heights. For coffee table styling, you can stack up a couple of coffee table books to create a formal and modern setting. These books are oversized represents luxury entertains guests and acts as a level to display or to group your accessories. PRO TIP: Display accessories in an organised manner. Group accessories of varied shapes and heights (with commonness among them) to create a focal point.

Stay In Shape without hitting the GYM The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant disruptions in our lives. As the routines so many of us base our lives around have been altered, among the victims have been many providers’ personal fitness. We need to maintain that fitness now more than ever! We have interviewed Kiranmayee, a fitness expert from Golds Gym to talk to us about the importance of maintaining fit during this pandemic. She has also shared her personal routine along with some simple hacks and tips on how one can stay fit and maintain their body at home without gymming! Why should one prioritize fitness amid what in many places has turned into survival mode? Quite simply because we have to! Emergency responders’ physical and mental well-being are tremendously taxed right now, and maintaining some routine of physical fitness can go a long way toward helping both. The benefits of staying fit are no secret. What role does exercising play in preventing one from being affected by the virus? Studies show moderate to vigorous exercise, less than 60 minutes in duration, may also play a role in immune system health. This is in no way to suggest that exercise is a form of prevention for COVID-19. However, as the virus does seem to greatly affect the respiratory system, this information should make us consider the potential protective effects continuing a regular fitness routine might provide us as responders. It may be the mental benefits of physical activity that are most important at this time. While we’ve always known exercise seemed to improve our mood. The positive mood effects of physical activity may persist longer than thought. How can one determine the right amount of exercise? Is every day physical activity also considered as a form of exercise? It’s important to distinguish between physical activity and purposeful exercise. Exercise is typically intentional, something we plan to do and have a purpose in doing. It often involves repeating the same exercises while gradually increasing resistance or intensity. Physical activity, on the other hand, is simply anything that requires energy. This can be any moving around we do throughout the day and might include walking, gardening, riding a bicycle, etc. While it may be difficult to find time during the pandemic for consistent intentional exercise, it is easier to find ways to be physically active. Physical activity alone won’t prepare us entirely for all the demands of the job, but it will hopefully give us the boost in mood. Suggest a few ways through which our readers can stay fit and build their immunity at home. Ways to Keep Active While the benefits of prioritizing fitness are clear, keeping activity as part of our routine may be more of a challenge. Fitness facilities are currently shut down. In that context, here are some ways to keep pursuing fitness during the pandemic, even with limited or no equipment. Work on improving mobility Many of us in the public safety sector lack mobility. Mobility can be
improved by simple body weight exercises such as squatting, forward lunges. Tightness of the hip flexors, hamstrings, and heel cord are commonly the culprit of dysfunctional movement patterns, so static stretches of those muscle groups are also a good idea. The key with mobility exercise is to make sure you can perform the necessary motions of the job, or of more advanced exercises, completely and without pain before adding additional resistance or challenge to the activity. Strength training improvised Strength training can still be done without free weights and Nautilus machines. Once again, from a functional standpoint, any activity done on the job can also be used for training. Perform pushups, walk with a backpack filled with anything to add weight, or do farmer carries with anything heavy to simulate carrying equipment or patients. Additionally, many core strengthening exercises can be done without equipment. Don’t ignore back-extension exercises—placing a focus on back extensor strength is important in combating those poor body mechanics. Alternating arm/leg extensions progressing to Superman and glute-ham raises or glute-ham bridges are all good options for this. The sky’s the limit when it comes to ideas for improvised strength training. While the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our normal routines, we should not allow it to disrupt our personal fitness as responders. At a time when stress and anxiety are at all-time highs for many emergency responders, maintaining a regime of physical fitness can provide some benefits to help mitigate those stressors. On top of preparing us physically, the improvement in mood brought on by moderateintensity physical activity can be a game-changer for our psyche. Be active, get creative, stay motivated, make fitness a priority, and stay safe every time out the door! TULIP - JULY, 2020 57

BOOKS The Hand Maid’s Tale (1985)
The Handmaid’s Tale is a dystopian novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood, published in 1985. It is set in a near-future England, in a totalitarian state, known as Gilead, that has overthrown the United States Government. The glory of living freely, the bliss of fresh air and the peace of living according to our will are some of the most basic things which we all thrive for. But what would happen if one day out of nowhere, orders are released that you are no more rightful of these basic things? All the belongings of women will be of the man who “possesses her” and they are meant to only bear children.
The Kite Runner (2003)
The Kite Runner is the first novel by Afghan-American author Khaled Hosseini. Published in 2003 by Riverhead Books, it tells the story of Amir, a young boy from the Wazir Akbar Khan district of Kabul, whose closest friend is Hassan. The story is set against a backdrop of tumultuous events, from the fall of Afghanistan’s monarchy through the Soviet military intervention, the exodus of refugees to Pakistan and the United States, and the rise of Taliban regime.
The Hungry Tide (2004)
The Hungry Tide is the sixth novel by Indian-born author, Amitav Ghosh. It won the 2004 Hutch Crossword Award for Fiction. The Orcaella, or fresh water Dolphin, is on of the Earth’s rarest and least well favoured creatures. When Piya, the tenacious marine biologist at the centre of Amitav Ghosh’s novel, finally comes across one, her translator companion Kanai is distinctly underwhelmed. In moments like these, Ghosh holds the narrative in perfect suspension between the worlds of language and silence. Like the elusive appearances of the river Dolphins, the pattern of the novel can occasionally seem erratic, but vigilance is rewarded.

TAROT | Aries
Taurus
There’s no doubt about it, you’ll want to be where the action is, and will definitely see to it that you are – even if this means putting off appointments to be wherever that happens to be. If you have to take the lead, others will meekly follow, so put your plans in action on the 12th or the 20th when the planets are adding an extra frisson to your personality.
The monthly horoscope will give you masses of additional ‘get up and go’, along with enthusiasm and abundant energy to spend with energetic friends and children. Your usual Taurean calm could at some time be interrupted by an angry outburst – you’ll have good reason to let off steam. You’ll no doubt have right on your side – and the effect you’ll have on your opponent will be more than you expect!
Cancer Celebrate your birthday with the most romantic possible evening out you can contrive. Venus is sending you every conceivable beautiful vibe – especially until the 14th. Birthday after that date? Don’t worry, she’ll not neglect you in fact you may get an even bigger, better and more hugely expensive present as a result of her changed mood.
Libra Be prepared for a not particularly easy month. Try not to force any issues which might be in the least controversial – especially at work. You’re likely to come up against a brick wall if you do – that is until the 12th when Mercury will stop working against you.
Leo Relax – which traditional astrology says is important before your birthday! This year Venus decrees that romance is definitely in the air for you, your languid expression and drooping eyelids igniting passion in admirers’ eyes, and with any luck not only in his or her eyes! As the month progresses your mood will become extravagant, in a first-class leonine way, and you’ll enjoy that too. After the 23rd, nothing will restrain you.
Gemini Think twice or even three times before committing yourself to any even remotely important investment; you could make an over-hasty decision which you’ll later regret. This negative indication from Mercury (your really important planet), ends on the 12th, after which you’ll get a clearer perspective on financial possibilities, so be patient – not easy for you!
Virgo You’ve been working really hard recently, and now is the time to concentrate on your possibly neglected social life. Spend as many as possible of your leisure hours doing precisely what you want to do, and what gives you most pleasure; you really deserve it. Your best time for some of this sheer unadulterated pleasure is on and around the 20th when the stars will energise both your mind and body.
Scorpio You’re probably feeling restless and in need of a change of scene. If you feel like travelling, try not to leave home before the 12th; there may be delays and irritations. Until then, just plan your trip. However, maybe it’s not a physical change of scene you need, but something more intellectual – some kind of mental stimulation, for instance.
Aquarius Capricorn It seems likely that at the moment you’re rather more concerned for your partner than you need be. This is actually a time of year when there’s a good general astrological emphasis on your relationship, and there’s no point in wasting it. Why not arrange a pleasant surprise outing?
Your natural magnetic Aquarian appeal will positively sizzle, so don’t waste a moment of this delicious influence from Venus, aimed straight at you and with you until mid- July 2020. You could attract someone new, or buy (or get someone to give you) that muchlonged-for piece of jewellery or unusual watch – or, rather differently, simply make a special impact at work, when your ideas will stun all and sundry.
Sagittarius Your gambling spirit will surface – but keep in mind the fact that for a while the planets are definitely not on your side, especially if you’re feeling particularly reckless and want to place a bigger bet than usual. You’ll do well to hold back until after the 12th – up to that point Mercury and some other planets will be in a bad mood, particularly for lively Sagittarians and their hard-earned cash.
Pisces You’ll be coping with uncertainties about the way you feel, or about the way your lover feels about you. Perhaps you should have a discussion to clear the air – but because Mercury is not being particularly charitable until after July 12th you will do well not to speak up until after then when the negative indication ends.
