1. OPENING MESSAGE

We need to reverberate

4 • Annual Report – 2021

THE THREE DECADES THROUGH WHICH FUNDAÇÃO ESTUDAR HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED GENERATED A SOLID AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATION FOR BRAZIL.

WE SUPPORTED 760 ESTUDAR LEADERS, so their potential was transformed into high impact. Today, many occupy relevant positions, and share the responsibility and giveback notion of taking our values further. We have supported over a thousand young people in their efforts to study abroad, and today our network represents 25% of Brazilians who study in the 40 best universities in the United States. Through information, guidance, and more inspirational examples, Brazil went up in the rank of countries that send more students abroad. We inspired 60 million and sparked the leadership potential of 80 thousand young people, who became more confident to dream bigger and change their realities. Driven by the ambition to maintain and increase our relevance, we created new programs to support talents in technology, advanced the programs’ digital experience, transformed high-end leaders into online course professors and achieved a historic result in the scholarship program selection. In the last 10 years, we exponentially increased our reach and impact, and diversified our financing sources to build a more sustainable and lasting Fundação Estudar. An organization that only achieved all these results because it has good people, many good people, who believe and are willing to work for a great dream. The legacy Estudar has already left in Brazil is great.

Reaching 30 years is rare – less than 5% of Brazilian organizations get there. Our history makes us proud, but it also brings with it more power, which should be used in a positive way, and responsibly to contribute to our surroundings. Leaders who are able to move forward with this history must have: • strength, as the lasting existence of the organization is a consequence of daily efforts; • humbleness, to recognize the limits of our impact and that it is still possible to do more and do better; • consciousness, to remember that it does not matter how successful one is, there are still many people suffering around us; • responsibility, as Brazil needs many more leaders who are competent, committed and have integrity. For the next 30 years, we need to keep evolving to become better leaders and, above all, better agents of change, because the future depends on what our generation is building today. May our transformations generate even more transformations.

2. 30 YEARS OF FUNDAÇÃO ESTUDAR

Transformations generating Transformations

CELEBRATE THE PAST AND PLAN THE FUTURE. THE CELEBRATIONS FOR THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF FUNDAÇÃO ESTUDAR WERE BASED ON THESE TWO MAIN OBJECTIVES.

LOOKING BACK AT THE HISTORY we created and the numbers we achieved, our legacy is evident.

people to be successful, we are also aware of what they need to learn. Thus, we can create study and career programs at scale”, adds Anamaíra.

“Fundação Estudar has transformed people – and they acted big and inspired many others to also make a difference. This created a network effect that goes way beyond what we can imagine or even measure. This is what we are calling transformations generating transformations”, comments Anamaíra Spaggiari, Executive Director.

This same trajectory also brings the responsibility to increase our relevance in the future. And it is thinking about the expansion of this impact in a country of continental dimensions with so many challenges and in a world in constant change that we need to be evolving and updating ourselves.

The threads that appear in the visual identity of these thirty years refer exactly to the ability to reverberate our impact, empowering some; and from some of those to many others, and then, to many others more. The use of the color purple represents the strength of all our initiatives, collaborating among themselves to help us in the mission that originated Fundação Estudar. While in the first two decades the development opportunities were limited to the scholarships and the Leaders’ Community, the last decade was marked by the growth of information programs about study, career, and leadership development that encourage thousands of young Brazilians to go further. “An important milestone of this transition was the change of the Fellowship Program selection criteria into an Education methodology. If we know how to evaluate critical factors for talented

One drive remains the same: the search for talents who are capable of leading relevant transformations – conscious that in the face of a volatile, uncertain, and complex world, one should be in constant development and personal evolution. Our role is to inspire, guide and encourage, so more and more, these young people may pursue a path of high impact, dream big, want to leave a legacy and execute, acting based on knowledge. So they may be righteous protagonists. At the 30th anniversary event, we conceived a robust agenda so our leaders could engage in becoming even better and more prepared for the upcoming challenging decades. With this in mind, the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of Fundação Estudar were based on four pillars: Legacy, Vision of the future, Education and Action.

2021 – Annual Report • 7

I. LEGACY

Reinforce the mission and values that built the past and are essential for the future During these 30 years, we built a solid and impactful history, with 760 leaders occupying relevant positions in private and public organizations in Brazil and in the world, in various sectors, and driving important transformations. After over a decade, Beto Sicupira, Jorge Paulo Lemann and Marcel Telles meet to celebrate Fundação Estudar’s 30th anniversary. The protagonist trio in the construction of Fundação Estudar has been relevant throughout our history. To make Estudar enduring, they now encourage the leadership of the talents they supported. Knowing that, from the beginning, our founders are driven to understand (in order to boost) what makes a bright young person generate concrete changes, at this moment of the event, they not only answer the questions from the scholars, but also interview these rising leaders. They are 4 young Leaders representing the community in their area of occupation, in science, technology, politics, the financial market and entrepreneurship: Giovani Rocha, Estudar Leader

2018; Pedro Franceschi, Estudar Leader 2014; Tábata Amaral, Estudar Leader 2013; and Tatiana Rezende, Estudar Leader 2007. This is a conversation about how to look at the world in front of us with knowledge and new perspectives. In the 90’s, one of these outstanding young people was Carlos Brito. Considered to be the “Scholar Number 0”, today he is an endowment donor and has a fellowship to support and mentor Estudar Leaders. Brito shares how his leadership evolved over the past 30 years and what he thinks about the relationship between business, government, and society in today’s world. Knowing that our values are applicable to all and any area of occupation, let’s get closer to great examples from the Brazilian Olympic sports: Formiga, the only player who participated in 7 editions of the Games; Mayra Aguiar, three-time Olympic medalist; and Fernanda Garay, gold medalist in London and silver medal in Tokyo.

II. VISION OF THE FUTURE

Broadening the perspective towards the world is the best path Leaders who actually generate transformation have a broad view and up to date knowledge about the future. Only then can they look to the future with a drive that is fitting to the context in order to create powerful solutions that contribute to the development of Brazil and the world. Since the beginning of Fundação Estudar, our founders stated that one of the benefits of studying abroad at the best North American universities is that we have the chance to experience the future in a country which is more developed than Brazil, and that this experience opens up our vision and possibilities. Much can be replicated and adapted here from what has already been created there. Our community knows and lives the North American culture to a great extent, either because most have studied at the best universities, which today are still concentrated in the United States, or because the world as a whole is geared by the greatest power. Now, we believe it is necessary to be open and understand what China is building. For this reason, Ricardo Geromel, a 3G Radar’s partner-investor and author of the book “O Poder da China” (The Power of

China) is going to lecture about how the country has risen from poverty and is on its way to become a world power in just 40 years, starting from a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Uri Levine

Nitin Nohria

Cláudio Fernández-Aráoz

Since entrepreneurship is one of the big engines for the creation of more prosperous societies, we will have Uri Levine, an Israeli entrepreneur and co-founder of Waze. He details how he created one of the most downloaded apps in the world, focused on solving a problem instead of being passionate about the solution. Furthermore, he brings his view on Brazil’s entrepreneurship and a comparison with the scenario in Israel. Besides entrepreneurship, competent, righteous leaders from different sectors are necessary. However, what type of leadership is needed for this future? Two renowned professors from the Harvard Business School, Nitin Nohria, who is also a former Dean of the Institution, and Cláudio Fernándes-Aráoz, partner of Egon Zehnder and rated by Bloomberg as one of the most influential talent consultants in the world, will share their insights on maximizing talent after having contributed to the formation of thousands of global executives.

HOW WILL THE WORLD BE IN 2051, 30 YEARS FROM NOW? Aligned to our development goals, to educate and build a vision for the future, a group of Leaders, staff, and Board chose critical themes for Masterclasses that take place throughout the year. They are: Health, Leadership, Technology, Environment, and Democracy. All of these have a direct impact on what we aim to build for the future and are integral for all and any TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER.

We invited Estudar Leaders to imagine the future of these critical areas, which need important transformations in the next 30 years. From these debates full of insights, four different artists illustrated the engravings that are attached to the 2020/2021 Annual Report. We thank the Estudar Leaders and the artists who contributed to transform the vision of the future of such relevant areas for society into art.

III. EDUCATION

To go deeper with cutting-edge knowledge in order to evolve as leaders After broadening our vision for the future, it is necessary to study these critical subjects deeply. Due to their complex nature, these future challenges require us to make more innovative models of approach and solutions, different from what we have been using thus far. For that, we need to access the best that is available in research. In order to have top-knotch knowledge, we invited prominent professors from the best universities in the world, who prepared interactive classes, using the case study method, for a class of Estudar Leaders, Tech Fellows, Prep Scholars, donors, partners, advisers, and team. If we already feel privileged when we are in the classrooms of leading universities, with access to the professors who are authors of many of the books we read and in interesting debates, we believe that a class formed by Brazilian talents from our network promises high quality debates.

HEALTH During the Covid-19 pandemic, it became very clear that health should not be a concern only for scientists or doctors. Building from knowledge based on reliable sources, we need to talk about what we have learned in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, understand how the record in vaccine production happened, and the interaction of governments, academia and the private sector to make it happen. With science being increasingly more valued, we hope to deal better with the next health crisis, improving the way we manage the consequences and the imbalances diseases can cause in vulnerable populations, in the economy and in education.

MASTER CLASSES

LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP Do you consider yourself a bright mind? And do you consider yourself a changemaker? What have you changed up to now? More than leading, it is necessary to transform. And transforming goes through entrepreneurship. Whether it is starting a business or leading public policy, the principles of systemic thinking may help you better outline your impact. Before intervening in order to solve a problem or jumping on an opportunity, you need to understand the system, diagnose its causes and consequences. When we systematically visualize a problem, the necessary changes become clearer, as well as its depth and scope, in the micro and macro spheres. And only then comes the moment to draw up a solution. It is only possible to make real change if you outline the impact that you want to have and its contribution to the entire system.

TECHNOLOGY

DEMOCRACY

ENVIRONMENT

The world is on a rapid evolution, partly due to the development of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, augmented reality, automation and robotics. Their strategic uses put companies and governments in leadership positions. And, regardless of the area of work, encouraging technological initiatives and talents will be, besides essential, a great opportunity to exponentially develop the Brazilian labor market.

Public participation and responsible reforms are some of the pillars for the evolution of Democracy. However, the types of democracy are varied, with different consequences and benefits and, when discussing this subject, theory and practice are not always the same.

In the next 30 years, how will the world be for us, for our children and for our children’s children? What do we need to do as individuals, public and private leaders, to build a more sustainable world? Which economic models are already available and that we will need in order to generate this balance?

With a high impact on society, ethical discussions also arise, which question the unfolding of technology and its limits. These issues already bring up questions and controversy today in the future, this will be even stronger – we must seek knowledge to answer such questions and deal with these trade-offs.

Governments which are more transparent, fair, and effective make up better societies. Thus, it is necessary to discuss policies, practices and institutional designs that strengthen and deepen the quality of democratic governance. However, it is important to remember that this democracy is only complete when citizens and leaders learn to apply democratic practices in an effective way in their political and social lives.

More and more, the many decisions we will need to make as leaders of the future will go through the consideration of the trade-offs between sustainability and economic growth. We need to reflect and understand the potential impact and influence the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) concept may have in business from now on, and the ways in which the basic structure of an industry and companies’ relations with government and consumers shape the possibilities to conciliate sustainability and profit.

IV. ACTION

To transform potential into real power and knowledge Only execution makes transformations feasible. More than diving into the greatest challenges in Brazil and in the world in the intellectual field, it is time to be hands-on and make it happen. As better prepared leaders for the future, it is important to execute actions at the individual, organizational and institutional levels, to maximize impact.

FOR THE INDIVIDUAL We want to provoke reflection regarding one’s role as a professional, citizen and member of society, since the leader of the future needs to make the best decisions not only for oneself, but thinking in a systemic way. The goal is for you to become a protagonist in order to transform your acquired knowledge into practical actions in your daily life. Therefore, we invite you to reflect, question, provoke and, more importantly, act.

FOR THE ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTERPRISES

FOR ESTUDAR’S COMMUNITY

If the better part of our lives is dedicated to work, may we use our organizations as channels for positive transformation to happen.

Thinking about the role and the transformation potential of the Community, we created groups of Leaders separated by themes, the special groups, to encourage the discussion of relevant and complementary aspects to the master classes in the Community’s schedule.

If the times are challenging, more than ever we are called to innovate, take the projects out of paper and leverage results.

Besides the classes’ schedule with Harvard and Stanford professors, in the coming months we will have chats and discussions among the community and people who are references in the complex issues of the future.

Thus, we invite you again to reflect, question and provoke yourself, now focusing on your organization and its role in Brazil’s transformation.

Given that to generate transformation it is necessary to understand the system, our role, causes and consequences, and, in fact, build new endeavours, the special groups are also called to act and use all the acquired knowledge and human potential to make concrete changes in Health, Technology, the Environment and Democracy for the Brazil of the future. During the closure of the 30 years celebration, these groups will be able to share with the Community and Fundação Estudar the lessons they learned and their vision for the future on each of the four complex subjects.

3. ESTUDAR LEADERS

Good People who transform Brazil

CURRENTLY, 760 PEOPLE ARE PART OF THE ESTUDAR LEADERS NETWORK – AN ENGAGED AND TRANSFORMATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPABLE OF GENERATING THE CHANGES BRAZIL NEEDS.

BE IT IN POLITICS, with scholars elected in different regions of the country with significant engagement; In the Private Sector, directing market-leading companies; In Entrepreneurship and Technology, leading startups which became unicorns or building robots that go to the moon; In Health, coordinating researches to cure cancer or working in the first artificial heart for transplant in the world; In Environment, through initiatives which contributed for the non-emission of more than 885 tons of carbon in the atmosphere; In the Third Sector, generating talents for public management or in so many other areas of work…

Fellowship Program, bringing up the level and making the process even more efficient”, explains Patrícia Aguiar, 2007 Fellow and Network and Selection Manager at Fundação Estudar.

Throughout 30 years of history, we always searched for people with trajectories above average and the potential for high impact. We learnt how to expand our presence and became more plural.

“We organized trainings with Google and Brex to understand how we could take advantage of their best practices in the selection process of new scholars. We had insights that brought essential changes, such as a decision-making process based on more information and with more investment in deliberation”.

We became more mature to be able to understand the complex problems that the world faces (and will face) and to identify how we can contribute in a systemic way. “As an organization, we also need to be constantly evolving when it comes to searching for the most promising talents in Brazil. Thus, in the last cycle, we implemented many improvements in the recruitment and selection process for the

Among the main changes, there is the preparation of the panel so it can better evaluate the young participants from different knowledge areas and a more in-depth interview with each applicant. Patrícia highlights that in this process of continuous improvement, it was important to look outside and learn:

The result was noticeable: 34 new fellows were selected – a record number in the last 11 years! “Among them we have 12 admissions in North American Top Schools, with a greater participation of Harvard, with 6 scholars. Most of these new fellows showed interest in pursuing a career in the private sector or entrepreneurship”, says Patrícia.

SINCE SHE WAS A CHILD, Catarina, from Pernambuco, was taught to go after her goals. At 14, she decided to leave her home, alone, to conquer her dream: study at ITA. Today, she is a Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineer and has a Master’s in Applied Economics. Innovations for the Class of 2021 While 43 students receive personalized support, how could we assist the more than 7500 young people who signed up to the program and also have the dream of studying abroad? This was the question that challenged us and motivated some changes in the last cycle. “Now, from the moment that the young person begins their registration, they start to receive information with important tips and guidance about the university application process, so they can fulfill their dream of completing their undergraduate education abroad. It is also important to note that the Prep selection process replicates the application process for North American universities, precisely to support the young person in the preparation for this moment”, explains Juliana Kagami, Prep Estudar Fora Coordinator. Furthermore, any young person who is interested in studying abroad may get information and get to know in detail the step-by-step process to complete their application through the portal estudarfora.org.br and, soon, they will also have access to a recorded course which will provide guidance and exercises so the student increases their chances of admission

Even with all the people who have recently graduated in the area being employed in Brazil, we would still have a gap of 72 thousand vacancies not fulfilled until 2023. However, the risks are even greater: besides having few graduates, according to data from BCG, 87% of these professionals are willing to move abroad to have better career opportunities. The great gap in shaping talents in the area is clear and worrisome, since technology is one of the main drivers for the development of any country in the world. Aiming to directly contribute to this problem’s solution, Fundação Estudar created the Frente Tech, which is getting more space inside the Estudar Fora pillar and has the goal of supporting the development of talents in the sector.

In order for Brazil’s greatest challenges to be solved through technology, we need trained professionals, both technically and in management and leadership skills. “All program benefits were created to leverage young people who wish to have an impactful career in technology. We will financially support their formal studies and actively contribute to the development of fundamental skills in order for them to be capable of leading technological revolutions in the coming years,” explains Aílton Cunha, Fundação Estudar’s Frente Tech coordinator.

THE 2020 FELLOWSHIP TECH selection process considered leadership competencies as well as relevant experience in development and programming.

6. NA PRÁTICA (IN PRACTICE)

Informing and developing Good People in scale

THE YEAR 2020 HAS DRIVEN THE DIGITALIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE EDUCATION MARKET. AND, DURING THE COMING YEARS, THE TREND IS FOR EVEN FASTER GROWTH. IMPACTED YOUTH 2020

8.748 Recorded Courses

ACCORDING TO AN ANALYSIS done by Heartman House, a pro-bono consultancy that has been working closely with Fundação Estudar, the expectation is that by 2025 the demand for courses will increase the sector revenues by 19%. When we talk about soft skills, the increase should be 23%. With more than 8 million college students, there are many opportunities to increase our own impact through courses and digital content.

3.667 Live Courses

However, to achieve this, we need to keep adapting to the new context, reviewing programs so they are assertive in relation to the current challenges faced by young people, consistent in format, and delivering high quality.

2021 JAN-JUL

In 2020, with the whole portfolio migrating to the online format, we learned to be more efficient. In the live editions, we improved the occupational rate by 29% and brought the cancelation rate to zero. Despite the drop in revenue per edition during the pandemic, the expense reduction made the courses more sustainable and with a better financial result when compared to 2019.

Changes have already begun... The revision of the Na Prática (In Practice) courses is an important part of the market repositioning process that is taking place. The main focus is the increase in desirability by positioning Estudar’s courses competitive differential. “We will differentiate ourselves by strategically using what only Fundação Estudar has: access to a network of Leaders and partners who can contribute with a lot of excellent and inspirational content,” explains Anna Valenzuela, Product, Technology, Communication, Educational and Editorial Content Manager. In 2021, the first course to get a new face was Leadership 16h, which had already impacted over 18 thousand students throughout 8 years of in-person editions with its presence in more than 300 cities in Brazil. Now, in the recorded course format, it also received a new name: “Make it happen”. With a more dynamic content and with the concern in having modern and high-quality settings, the recordings reached a cinematographic standard. However, the biggest news was the inclusion of a Master Class with Jorge Paulo Lemann as part of the course. In this new format, Lemann helped to disseminate throughout Brazil the lessons learned on risk-taking, innovation in a digital market, and diversity to develop teams that are in fact successful. “We had many conversations with Jorge about how to make more young people dream big, awaken their potential and get out of their

THE GOAL OF THE MASTER CLASS IS TO MAKE OUR COURSE MORE ATTRACTIVE TO YOUNG PEOPLE. WE WANT THEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE GREAT MARKET LEADERS AND WHO LEAD TRENDS IN THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE, SO YOUNG PEOPLE MAY LEARN THROUGH THESE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCES. comfort zone. And his answer to this is incredible: when someone experiences success, even if it is a very small success, this person begins to believe that they are capable and want to live that success again, and this will only increase with time,” says Anamaíra Spaggiari, executive director, who interviewed Jorge Paulo and followed along the recordings. Amid the changes brought to Make it Happen, there is also content facilitation by more senior level professionals. They are: Nathalia Bustamante, former Education Coordinator at Fundação Estudar and Master’s student at Harvard; and Wellington Vitorino, Estudar Leader, social entrepreneur and MBA at MIT. Besides these experienced facilitators, the course has the participation of 7 Estudar Leaders, references in their areas of expertise and who share their experiences in their fields. They are: Ana Paula Pereira, CEO at Instituto Sonho Grande; Marcos Antônio Oliveira Júnior, Fiuke’s founder and CEO; Felipe Rigoni, Congressman from the state of Espírito Santo; Joice Toyota, Co-founder and Executive Director of Vetor Brasil; Gabriel Bayomi, Unbox co-founder; Larissa Maranhão, Tech Business Partner GM Brex and Ralf Toenjes, co-founder and President at Renovatio and VerBem CEO. Note: we thank all the people who facilitated the Leadership 16h course and actively contributed to our expansion, making the Fundação Estudar content reach several cities in Brazil.

Volunteering Program While providing greater financial sustainability and increasing Fundação Estudar’s impact, the volunteering program is also a development opportunity for those who donate part of their time. The possibilities are many: becoming a sales volunteer, mentoring other volunteers or even facilitating Na Prática (In Practice) live courses. In each activity, the young person finds a different experience and development path:

Diversity in formats and topics As a great ally of young people in search for development, career and market content, Na Prática (In Practice) has been maintaining its results in its traditional channels such as the portal and YouTube, besides exploring new platforms.

879 volunteers

Throughout 2020 and 2021, we were able to take advantage of the upward trend in podcasts to formalize content partnerships and launch new programs, such as “Em Diversa Companhia” (“In Diverse Company”), together with AB InBev, the “Visão Panorâmica” (“Panoramic View”) with Fundação Lemann and “Crack the Case”, with episodes signed by Stone, EDP Brasil and AB InBev. Besides the podcasts, the partnerships were also a highlight in the launching of the e-books focused on specific sectors and issues. Some examples are the editions “Carreira em Impacto Social” (“Social Impact Career”), also with Fundação Lemann; “Carreira no Mercado Financeiro” (“Career in the Financial Market”) with Votorantim, and “Desafios e Habilidades para o Advogado do Futuro” (“Challenges and Abilities for the Lawyer of the Future”), with the VPBG office – Vella Pugliese Buosi and Guidoni Lawyers.

Donors and Partners OUR DONORS AND PARTNERS bring the resources and the necessary support so the impact of Fundação Estudar may become greater and more sustainable every year. Amid the donations, since 2018, we are working on the long-term pledge strategy, which helps us increase the predictability of our fundraising revenue. Pledges can be for 3, 5, or 10 years, with donations starting at BRL $10,000. As this is a long-term agreement, it is important that the donors are well aligned with our strategic planning. That way, once donors commit to a pledge, they will have the right to participate in three discussion forums: 1. Long term strategic planning (with Bain & Company consultancy); 2. Discussions regarding strategies for fundraising through individuals; and 3. Discussions regarding strategies for B2B fundraising. Moreover, institutional partnerships function in two main ways: through financial support, bringing one of the greatest revenue sources of Fundação Estudar; or with projects’ support, bringing expertise to improve our strategy and/or operation. In return, we offer different benefits, which include, but are not limited to, access to our network, branding dissemination and employer branding, and participation in events. Finally, our Frente Tech partners are great philanthropy supporters whose donations are mostly for the Fellowship Tech scholarships, besides the projects of development and youth engagement in the technology field.

Message from the Board THE LAST TWO YEARS alone would be enough for us to reflect on how much the world has changed. Proof of this are the innumerous times that we heard the expression “new normal” or that we talked about the “pospandemic” expectations for our lives. Imagine, then, if we were to look at the transformations that have taken place since 1991. We would spend hours talking about everything that has changed in society, businesses, and governments over the past 30 years. Just to give a few examples, we can mention the advent of the internet as a fundamental element of our daily lives, the democratization of information, the creation of disruptive technologies that have altered the way we consume and that have revolutionized entire markets. In such different scenarios, it would be incoherent to think that our concept of Leadership would not need to also evolve to keep up with the trends of what happens around us. Leaders exist to generate transformations and to engage society in search for solutions to complex problems. This means that we need to be flexible when facing change. We must face this increasingly challenging present with the ambition to be contemporaries of our own time. There is no

70 • Annual Report – 2021

longer room to embrace a single perspective or worldview because the collective intelligence is greater than individual intelligence. As part of the whole, we need to update ourselves, redefine concepts, and learn in a continuous way. This is the only way we will ensure the relevance of the impact we generate. Therefore, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Fundação Estudar is, above all, an invitation to share knowledge and to debate reality, focusing on key issues such as Health, Technology, Environment, and Democracy, thinking about the future we want to create. This is the only way to become Leaders of the future, those who will really make the changes that Brazil needs. So, those who are part of this network of people who are in constant evolution in the search for a more prosperous country, thank you very much!
